• Uros (8/5): Great ski getaway - The apartment was clean and nice. It was functional but a bit on the smaller side. We expected more space. The surface area, in our opinion, is smaller than stated.

• Honor (10/5): Great spot and great value in Borovets ! - Clean and cosy with good provisions for our stay. Even though it’s a studios slept 3 adults easily and certainly doable for a family. Only a short walk to the centre of Borovets and the gondola. 100% recommend if hiring your equipment to pick a shop that stores it for you to avoid having to carry it up and down the little hill. Could do with an extra couple of chairs / stalls. The layout of the table and TV and Bed was perhaps slightly suboptimal.

Имаше си заредени душ гел, тампончета за грим, добре оборудвана кухня, бордови игри. Разбира се, камината също внесе уют в престоя ни. Ще се върнем отново :)

• SERGE (10/5): Joli nid douillet. - Appartement très confortable, très bien agencé, idéal pour un couple. Sa situation au sixième étage lui permet d'être dans un espace sans bruit. RIEN
• Aliz (8/5): - The location. It was very quiet, the apartmant facing the back of the complex. The beds were very comfortable. The fridge hasn't been cleaned.

• Lenka (9/5): Fully recommended appartment - Very nice and comfortable place, with everything you need. Also the location is nice - just at the beginning of Borovets, so quiet, but very close to the center. We were there in mid June, where season haven't started yet, so everything in the hotel was still closed, but the room itself is fully equipped, easy to check-in, and we could stay with our dog for free. Totally recommended.

• Salvaggio (7/5): The host was absolutely great. The staff in the complex were so bad they’re better off avoided. - The host was extremely accommodating. I would give them a 10/10, the property was also lovely. The staff in the apartment complex complex were horrendous. They either completely ignored us or shouted and screamed at us for asking general questions. Maybe the host could provide a reliable taxi company someone staying could use to and from the airport, as the staff wanted to charge us 150bgn, which a resident told us was a laughable number.

• Dinovska (10/5): The apartment is solid 10 - Very comfortable, cosy, nicely designed and very clean. The residence is with reception, free parking, lobby and entertainment center and it’s very close to the chairlifts. The owner is also very nice and easy to talk to. Everything was great.
• /// (1/5): Disgusting staff !!! - Unhelpfull & insensitive staff ! After asked to change our mosquito infest apartment a female staff member told me that there where no empty rooms when there where no more than 6 apts occupied in the whole complex which looked more like a ghost town !!!! There are lots more to say but I don1t want to waste more of my precious time !!! Rats !!!

• Natasza (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, 7-10 minutes walk to gondola, free parking in front of the building, nice balcony, very quiet. The apartment is spacious, has a very comfy bed, and a well-equipped kitchen (there was some tea and 2 capsules for the coffee machine so we had a good start on the first morning, you can get capsules in the local shop, but there is a good cafe machine on the ground floor of the building). The Internet was working well, and check-in and out was smooth (key in a safe box). The fireplace worked only for 15 minutes (probably the liquid has finished, but there was not refill left). There is no ski room in the building (quite a surprise taking into account that Borovets is a ski resort) - we were advised by the guy at the reception to keep equipment in the room which is a bit odd ( we ended up keeping skis in the car and boots in the room).

• Vicki (10/5): Exceptional - Womderful apartment just a short walk from local restaurants and bars, and gondola. Quiet, clean and comfortable, it had on site parking and felt really safe and secure. A shop right outside and cooking facilities so we had everything we needed. It was possibly a little snug for 4 people but we were comfortable ( would suggest it's perfect for 2 or maybe 3)

• Yolita (10/5): The perfect weekend getaway! - The host thought about every little detail. We felt at home immediately. There were some board games and magazines, as well as some local candies. All that made us feel very homey and really made the difference. We had some questions about the internet, the host was very responsive and solved it quickly. It all was just perfect!
