• Victoria (5/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Sevilla aber leider deutliche Mankos - leider sind wir nicht ganz zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die bezogene Wohnung wich hinsichtlich des Zustandes und der Helligkeit sehr stark von den Bildern bei Booking ab. Die Wohnung war süß und man hat gemerkt das Sie liebevoll eingerichtet war, jedoch war es leider nicht so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Ebenso waren diverse Male, unter anderem zu sehr späten Zeiten (22:30), Bohr und andere Renovierungsarbeiten zu hören (von der Wohnung über uns?). Da uns dies zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht klar war und es hierzu keinen Hinweis gab, war es für uns etwas ärgerlich. Die Anzahl an Handtücher (4 Handtücher) fanden wir ebenso etwas wenig, das ist allerdings unser persönliches Empfinden. Die Lage war super und man kam schnell über all hin und auch von der Ausstattung fanden wir es soweit gut. Leider waren hier nicht alle Küchenartikel sauber und die Herdplatte war beschädigt und die Dusche etwas undicht. Nichts desto trotz hat uns der Aufenthalt in Sevilla gut gefallen.

On-line check-in e self check-in veloci e comodissimi. Super disponibilità dell'host per gestire eventuali visite guidate o esperienze in città.

• Ramón (8/5): Excelente ubicación. - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente. Situado en el centro de la ciudad. Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses de Pza. de Armas. Perfecto para vivir la Semana Santa de Sevilla. También hay supermercados próximos. Las habitaciones son muy amplias.

• Natalia (10/5): - Fantastyczna lokalizacja w centrum ale w zacisznej uliczce. Łatwy system zameldowania on linę. Mieszkanie było dostępne już wcześniej co znacznie usprawniło nasz pobyt. Klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie działały bez zarzutu. W łazience czuć nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji ale nie utrudniało nam to jakoś znacznie pobytu.
• Marzena (8/5): Bardzo dobry i wygodny apartament na krótki wyjazd do Sewilli. Polecam 🤩 - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum i blisko przystanku autobusowego, którym przyjechaliśmy z lotniska. Wygodne łóżka. Wyposażenie pełne. Było trochę chłodno i wilgotno w apartamencie. Czasami nieprzyjemny zapach pod prysznicem. Bardzo ciasna kuchnia.

This is illegal and highly disturbing - I am here for work and vacation - and I receive neither rest or peace tonight The management team is also highly rude.

• Claudia (6/5): Para tener algo céntrico está bien - El apartamento está muy centrico, planta baja, la casa es tranquila Gente de fuera tiene que saber que es un piso interior, que no le llega nunca el sol, las ventanas dan a patios interiores, y como está en la planta baja, siempre es oscuro. En verano es una ventaja con las temperaturas altas, pero habría que escribirlo en la descripción del apartamento para que la gente lo sepa. - suelo no estaba limpio - frigorífico y congelador necesitarían más cuidado, igual que los muebles (p.ej. el armario en el dormitorio pequeño casi se cae, cuando se abre) - las cuerdas en el patio muy provisionales - puertas hacen mucho ruido, pero hay un cartel que se ruega de hacerlo con silencio, las sillas al moverlas en el suelo igualmente, necesitarían unas gomitas, fieltro o algo parecido debajo - la cocina está muy pequeña, la ventana se puede abrir si se mueve el grifo, ya que está medio suelto, poco equipado, medio roto, viejo ... también la vajilla - esto no es para sentirse acogedor, como dice el título.

• Hernández González (6/5): - La zona donde se encuentra el apartamento es ideal, estas en el casco antiguo muy cerca de todo. El personal ha sido maravilloso, siempre disponible y te resolvían cualquier cosa muy rápido o te facilitaban diversas gestiones El apartamento en sí, no lo encontramos nada acogedor y es precisamente así como lo describen. Es pequeño para cuatro personas, la cocina diminuta, tenía una de las puertas bajo el poyo con la bisagra rota, el microondas cuando lo abres está oxidado, el cubo de la basura se encuentra bajo el poyo y es de pedal. Luego la habitación pequeña con cama doble, donde casi no puedes entrar, el armario al abrirlo corrias el riesgo de que se te cayera encima, porque se movía para todos lados. En la otra habitación las puertas del armario hacían tanto ruido que pensé que estaba en la Casa de la Familia Adam. El baño fue una odisea, te duchas y el agua circula por toda la habitación. Habían luces fundidas, etc. Vamos necesita que le hagan una puesta a punto integral

• Carolina (8/5): Cómodo y céntrico - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a 15' de la zona comercial y de los ppales atractivos de Sevilla. Hay un Mercadona a 2 cuadras y es una zona muy tranquila. No se escucha ningún ruido y se descansa bien, camas cómodas. Las instalaciones podrían mejorar, modernizar baño y cocina. Caía agua del techo de la ducha cuando se bañaban los de arriba, creo que lo solucionaron cuando dimos aviso. Y había mucho olor a pintura apenas ingresamos al apartamento.
• Isabelle (8/5): Je recommande - Appartement très bien situé pour visiter, proche du parking de la gare des bus où nous avons laissé la voiture. Logement dans une petite rue typique de Séville, petit immeuble sympa très propre. Logement très propre et bien équipé, un plus pour le lave linge. Le seul point négatif c est l isolation avec le couloir de l immeuble, apparemment situé au rez-de-chaussée, manque de luminosité, cela devrait être précisé dans le descriptif.

• Marilu (10/5): Hermosa estancia en Sevilla - El apartamento es muy cómodo y ubicado en un barrio tranquilo pero cerca de todo. A pocos pasos de.la estación de Plaza de Armas que conecta con toda Sevilla. Muy recomendable!
• Monika (6/5): Some things could have been better. - The location was good - near the city centre, bars and store. If you’re taking the bus from the airport, it’s only a short walk from the last bus stop. The instructions were clear and accessing the building was easy. Some things could get a little more cleanup, top drawer in the kitchen was barely working. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pods available. No kitchen towel to dry the dishes - the only piece of damp rag in the kitchen was old and stinky-ish. There is a TV but no batteries in the remote.

We were restless throughout the stay - The only good thing is the location, going downhill from there -the room was not clean, we found a cockroach, smelled damp -the walls were really thin and you could here everything. We heard the front door open and close everytime someone went through it. It felt really unsafe with such a shabby door - the apartment is on the ground floor and you can see inside the apartment from the street window

• Francisco Javier (8/5): Buena opción en el centro de Sevilla - Está bien localizado ,cerca de la estación de buses y del centro, calidad- precio está muy bien. La cocina (que no utilizamos) estaba un pelín sucia, y había restos de anteriores huéspedes.

• Georgios (9/5): - Good location inside the old city. The apartment is fully equipped and suitable for longer stays. Funny smell on the buildings common areas, but this was the case almost in every old part of the cities we visited.
• Nina (8/5): - Localisation is very good. All necessary shops are close by eg. Pharmacy is just around the corner in an emergency, food shop and main bus station is just few minutes away. The issue we had was broken sink. We came in the middle of the night, and wanted to wash something in the kitchen sink. Didnt notice at first, but later on the Water flooded the whole kitchen floor and cupboards,quite badly, so I ended up cleaning the whole kitchen instead of going to bed. I stayed there for 8 days, and it was really annoying to wash all our dishes in the bathroom sink for the entire stay🙈
• Simón (10/5): Acogedor y central - Super bien ubicado y los cuartos muy comodos. Fuimos dos parejas y nos vino genial la separacion en habitaciones. Además el apartamento tiene una terraza muy bonita para estar tranquilamente. La cocina es pequeña y las sartenes podrian estar mejor adaptadas a la vitro.
• Nerea (3/5): Muy decepcionante - El lugar era muy céntrico y la persona era muy amable y atenta. Nada más llegar había dos cucarachas en el baño y una araña enorme en el techo del salón, en la mesa del comedor había restos de tabaco de liar, había otro candado en nuestra ventana y por la noche llamaron a esta pq no sabían abrir, las fotos son MUY engañosas ya que por ejemplo parece que tiene terraza o patio privado pero en realidad está en medio del edificio donde hay más gente, el secador es minúsculo y está quemado y la cama del salón es MUY incómoda ya que el grosor del colchón no superaba los cinco centímetros. Por último cada vez que alguien abría la puerta de la calle o la cerraba parecía que la nuestra se iba a caer.

• Arianne (8/5): Good. - Property is close to the centre. Most of the attractions are walking distance. Close to restaurants as well. Air conditioning was not working properly. However, staff managed to relocate us to another apartment which was amazing.
• Aleksandra (10/5): What we loved most was the unique atmosphere of the apartment located in a traditional Sevillian townhouse — it really c - We had a wonderful stay in Seville! The place was very quiet, spotlessly clean, and comfortably equipped with air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Communication with the hosts was excellent — they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again!
• Julian (10/5): Great location - Perfect location, walking distance from bus station and to major sites. Quiet area and good soundproofing. It was on the ground floor but we don’t hear when people lock the gate. Host is also flexible and responsive.
