- Wai (10/5): Instructions received upon booking is very clear. Self check in is ok. - Very well maintained unit. The drainage in the shower cubicle is not smooth and will lead to water ponding. The main door digital lock is not auto lock and need to use the key to manually lock, which is rather unusual.

- Janet (9/5): Superb - Details of check-in and check-out were clear. The apartment is right in the heart of food and entertainment of mount Austin, all wishing walking distance. Apartment is clean and the beds comfortable! Very minor, but will be good if we can adjust the fan speed. Nonetheless, Aircon was working well for us.

- Echoblue (7/5): It was pleasant but expect noise from outside vehicles and ongoing construction. - Basic necessities are available in the unit like a hairdryer, washing machine, detergent, towel (could be of better quality), etc. Responsive property owner and got videos on how to check in and out. Close to Sportshub and austin food and restaurants (but can get noisy as mentioned). Even on the 15th floor, you can clearly hear all the loud motorbikes and cars at 2am onwards, then morning at 9 you can hear construction noise from the opposite area, then evening upstairs neighbors were drilling on and off throughout the evening. Thankfully, the property owner is responsive to our complaint on the noisy upstairs neighbours. The rest of the noise is beyond control of the owner unless they sound proof their windows. Lamps don't have light bulbs. Two shower heads, but only one has heated water Room design and layout can be updated.

- Rosemary (9/5): Very happy with the place! - Very clean and cosy place. Bathroom, toilet, room, kitchen and floors are clean. Mugs are clean. Owner provides hand towels, floor towels, hand soap, snacks and 2 decent sized mirrors, which another owner in the same building didn't provide. Water pressure is good, even has a rain shower. TV in bedroom as well. I have stayed at another apt in the same building, and that one was way sub par compared to this unit. This owner is also very responsive. This unit faces away from the noisy restaurant downstairs, but there were alot of revving motorcycles at night, so it was still noisy overall. All the little touches to the place adds hominess, highly recommend. I will stay again. Toothbrush given is very flimsy. Better to bring your own.

- Shane (10/5): Perfect for our short weekend stay in Johor - 1) Very easier check in process primarily because host shared the steps with a detailed video prior to arrival. Very helpful. In addition, whenever I had any questions the host was extremely responsive and reverted pretty immediately. 2) The unit was kept very keen and wifi was fast. 3) Host provided amenities like tooth brush, coffee, tea and snacks. 4) Secured free parking provided. 1) It was a Saturday night and the noise of cars revving their engine went one till very late. Not good for those who are light sleepers. 2) One way street around the area made exiting the location by car very hard as the jam is very bad in the evening.

- Anon38325 (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Water pressure for shower and toilet was strong. Security guard downstairs was helpful. Property owner was friendly and prompt in her replies. 24 hour mamak shop nearby, lots of food establishments within walking distance, saw loklok trucks and some other food truck downstairs. For early morning (~5am) hunger pangs there's a prata shop open. Some parts of downstairs and surrounding area is not fully lit. Be careful of wild dogs hiding in the shadows if walking around after sundown.
- Asaph (10/5): Convenient and Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service - I would highly recommend this homestay for its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service. It is ideal for travelers looking for a convenient base to explore the area, with various amenities just a stone's throw away. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
