• Juan Antonio (7/5): - Sitio tranquilo, en medio del pueblo. Nada que destaque. Terraza estupenda que no pudimos disfrutar por el viento. Salón amplio, pero incompleto.. da la sensación de que falta algo La terraza es espectacular, con un sofá enorme. El problema es que con el polvo y la lluvia está sucio y mojado, por lo que no apetece mucho sentarte allí. La televisión es enorme pero los canales en abierto no se ven. No tienen señal, así que o tienes alguna subscripción a un canal de pago o no la puedes ver. El aparcamiento no es tan fácil. No hay problema en encontrar sitio pero tienes que andar un rato hasta el apartamento.

• Martin (9/5): Tolles Apartment, wo es leider Nachts nicht immer ganz ruhig ist - Wir waren im Februar da und hatten das Apartment mit Dachtertasse. Das ist eine tolles Apartment alles war so wie beschrieben, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Wenn die Renovierung der Uferpromenade abgeschlossen ist, kann man hier auch schön baden. Das ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden und sich danach auf der Dachterrasse in die Sonne zu setzen. (nach Maspalomas 20 Min, nach Las Palmas 30 Min) Das hätte ein Traumurlaub sein können, wenn es nachts nicht immer mal wieder zu Ruhestörungen gekommen wäre, insbesondere durch die Bewohner der anderen Wohnungen. Mit allen andern Herausforderungen sind wir sehr gut zurechtgekommen :-).

• Igors (9/5): In generally all was fine. - The bed was comfortable, quite good place, near are few restaurants. The beach is 5 minutes by foot from this location. The owner always answered, thanks for it. In my opinion, when is hotest time outside, in this apartment, probably, can be too warm. Wi Fi not in progress in bedrooms.

Lo staff è stato eccellente abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno sono intervenuti la mattina seguente, super disponibili. È una casa molto calda, non circola aria e servirebbe mettere dei condizionatori

• Kathrin (4/5): Preis- Leistung passt nicht. Nicht nochmal. - Die im Ikea- Stil eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr modern. Die Bilder zu Wohnung 3 suggerieren einen Balkon. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall. Analoges gilt auch für Wohnung 2 und 1. Alle 3 Wohnungen haben einen gemeinsamen Sharing-Terasse. Die Bilder suggerieren aber einen eigenen Balkon. Lüftung der Wohnung ist sehr schwer, da keine Durchzugssituation geschaffen werden kann- Außer Haustür auf. Abluft im Bad gibt es auch nicht. Die Ausstattung ist nicht so umgfänglich, wie von andern beschrieben. Wir waren 3 Personen aber hatten gerade mal 2 Tassen, kein Besen und Kehrblech im Haus -Nur auf Nachfrage. Messer sind richtig Banane, die biegen sich in alle Richtungen. Kein Geschirrspüler oder Safe vorhanden. Es ist allgemein sehr laut Nachts, da der Jugendtreff direkt hinterm Haus ist und Dino - Supermarkt startet in der früh. Es gibt kein Handout wie was wo - bspw. Wo Müll entsorgen? Alles muss man einzeln über Tage erfragen.
• Sophie (7/5): Appartement agréable pour un séjour reposant. - L’emplacement, la propreté et la fonctionnalité. Lits confortables. Grande terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes et le coucher du soleil. Manque de certains équipements en nombre suffisant ( couverts, tasses, torchons…). Manque également un système efficace pour ombrager la terrasse qui est en plein soleil une grande partie de la journée.

• laurence (4/5): - L'appartement est entièrement neuf ou refait, très bel appartement, très fonctionnel sauf les 6 chaises de la cuisine car toutes cassés donc aucun intérêt de les laisser, literie très bonne Il n'y a pas de climatisation (3 ventilateurs non efficace en été car l'appartement est sous le toit, dont il fait trop chaud...36 degrés dedans) , des cris toutes les nuits jusqu'à 2h du matin car la place juste en bas est skaté, je déconseille l'appartement en été où alors il faudrait une vrai clim pour pouvoir fermer les fenêtres et dormir la nuit .un porte monnaie avec de l'argent a disparu donc ne laisser rien la journée

• Paulina (9/5): Nice flat for short and long stay - The apartment was clean and spacious. Excellent for 2 people, even for 3 and 4 will be ok. Location is nice, nearby ocean and municipal beach. Nice for night walking, restaurants are close and have good food. Very recommended. The apartment for staying in winter time is excellent idea, but it could be hot in summer because there is no air conditioner. Dish washer and washing machine will be helpful.

• Paul (7/5): Good - Excellent flat - wrong location! It's an excellent flat. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Good local on street parking. A small shop nearby with most stuff you would need. Open late. NOT a place to stay if you have room no. 2! The amount of sleep could be poor! I dont like to be too warm and like to sleep with the window open. The noise from congregating youngsters almost outside the bedroom windows can be horrendous, and almost every night going on sometimes until 3. 30am! Usually a group of 20-30 of them. A fan is supplied, but it's extremely noisy even on slowest speed - and drafty. You swap one noise for another. Also as well as the noise, I photographed one urinating onto the street that the bedroom window opens onto, about 5 metres away! Apparently this is something that has 6 going on for over 20 years, said the owner. It has been going on for at least the five years that he has had the property. Despite a strong protest he would not budge re a refund although booking.com did give me a goodwill gesture. He said sorry a few times but that it is what happens in the village as the youngsters have nowhere else to go! Not a great attitude even though he did visit, for which he was over an hour later. Apart from that it's a really nice village. Also... wi-fi is a joke!! Even if you're next to the repeater there is hardly any Internet! Local data signal is also poor. Finally, the toilet! It so needs air extractor especially as a window isnoto possible. Also, the shower easily floods with water outside of the shower area in the shower/toilet room. I've tried to.be as honest and fair as possible. It's a great place but definitely wrong location!

• Rik (10/5): unwind after hiking in the wilderness - It's a good, brandnew place to unwind and recover after exploring the wilderness! 42 euros for a Monday night! The location is in a blue-collar town on the hot south side of the island by the ocean, so don't expect much from that. The brandnew TV was on the same mode as in the store and wasn't set up yet to connect to the Wi-Fi. It would be nice to have the Wi-Fi code somewhere inside. Is parking available on the street itself? There are temporary parking spots across from the building, but it seems people leave their cars there overnight. An electrical outlet near the dining table would be useful for a laptop. There is no coffee or coffee maker available.

There is a sandy beach behind the port. Contactless check in and check out. Very quiet, small fishermen village. Terrace on the roof of the house. All great.

• Thomas (9/5): Nice retreat - Great spot in a nice village away from the tourist crowds with nice restaurants and street bars where the locals meet. Chillout area (terrace) at the 2nd floor. Christian was very helpful, always responding, and provided nice tips for exploring the island. Plus: the supermarket is just round the corner! Windows only in the bedrooms, but daylight window through the ceiling and caribic vibes from the wallpaper. ;) Neighbours audible, but at reasonable hours.
• Sarunasan (9/5): Spacious, bright, modern apartment with amazing outdoor area - Very spacious, bright, newly built apartment with an amazing outdoor terrace. The apartment is on the top floor of the building (3rd), so nobody above you :) the outdoor terrace is very spacious and good to spend time there. Fully equipped kitchen (well, a dishwasher would be fine), nice bedroom, bathroom, everything very good. Huge TV with Netflix etc. for some movie evenings. As a greeting we got a bottle of wine, which was really welcoming :) also the host was amazing, we wanted a bit warmer beddings so he bought new ones and brought us very next day. There is some outdoor noise from washing building ventilation over the street. Also there is a grocery shop warehouse just very close and the truck comes to unload every second day and they do it very early in the morning, so ear plugs is a must.

The property is in a small village and one can watch Sunrise by walking 200 meters. Parking is available nearby. There is no regular cleaning and there is no ventilation in bathroom.
• Valentina (9/5): Superb - The place is cozy and very large. there is a kitchen, a large living room and a pretty cool terrace. i enjoyed the most the location: Castillo del Romeral. It is a tranquil village, with natural swimming pools and nice restaurant. The kitchen doesn't have any coffee powder nor oil, salt, sugar.

• Marian (9/5): Big like - This place has everything you could need, it is very nice and tidy. The entire place is modern and very well kept. A major plus is the kitchen which is well equipped. Quite noisy in the morning because downstairs there was a storehouse and the workers start their program pretty early in the morning. Also, it didn’t have a balcony as in the booking!

There was even water, wine and nibbles! The host, Christian, was great - he couldn't have been more helpful from checking in to when I stupidly locked the keys inside the flat. Excellent location close to supermarket and only a short walk to the seafront. 10/10 A little noise from the supermarket that is close by in the morning but nothing that bothered me.

Free snacks and wine upon arrival were a nice surprise. The entire apartment was well thought through and very roomy. Our expectations were exceeded by far and we were sad to leave on the day after.
