• Jan (9/5): Penzion lze doporučit ke krátkodobému pobytu, výborný poměr cena výkon, 15 minut od centra (busem) - Lokalita blízko zastávky městské dopravy, výborný poměr cena výkon. Komunikace před příjezdem - výborná. Penzion nový a čistý. Snídaně na pokoj - od 8 hodin, výběr ze 3 menu. Množství a kvalita jídla - dostačující. Pokoj prostorný, uklizený, velmi čistý s komplet kuchyňským příslušenstvím, varnou konvicí a kávovarem. Velká prostorná, čistá a vybavená koupelna. Měli jsme výhled do protějšího domu, který byl v těsné blízkosti penzionu (ale zase na stranu od dálnice, takže klid od provozu) Nešlo předat snídani před 8:00 (ale vyšli nám vstříc s předáním den předem). Stejné menu po celou dobu pobytu.

• Ellen (9/5): Affordable and luxurious hotel in a quiet neighborhood outside the city center - • Spacious, clean, had everything (i.e. mini fridge, stovetop, microwave) for a comfortable stay. Located near mini markets and supermarkets for easy access to groceries. • Good for business travelers but requires uber to get into the city center. • Great water temperature and water pressure in the shower • The hotel is located next to the bus station right by the highway; however, being that it is in a prime transit location for commuters and tourists, the buses (A2, B2) towards the city center and sightseeing attractions get crowded. Not the hotel's fault though. • The room that I was assigned was on the ground floor so sounds from the nearby roads and reception desk were easily heard. • Power went out at one point and the AC cut off.

• YAEL (8/5): OK - The room design is modern &new. The bed is very convenient. I took the superior room on the 5 floor. It was very big with a large bed, a sofa, and small kitchen, table & chairs. The building is located very close to the conference centre, and 10 minute walk from the main square of Nea Smirny neighbourhood - a beautiful area with restaurants& shops. The historic city centre is about 20 minutes with bus The noise from the near main road. The water pressure in the shower was law and was not hot enough. when i complained about it to the lady in the reception i was answered that because it's Saturday morning- its a weekend and they cannot take care of it until Monday...

• Rafal (9/5): Very clean and functional apartment - The place is a very nicely renovated apartment building with all apartments (of different sizes) available for guests. That also means it's not a hotel, so there is no usual 24 h reception or a restaurant. It's worth taking that into account if that's what you're expecting. We don't mind. The staff are very nice and helpful. They were willing to wait a bit longer for us because our flight was arriving close to the end of the day (they called us on our way from the airport to make sure everything was ok). Fortunately, that wasn't necessary. All floors are accessible via stairs (our preference) and lifts (our preference when carrying luggage...). If you're arriving late, you can do self-checkin which isn't difficult (we saw how it works). Our apartment was very spacious with a comfortable and clean (checkbox number 1) bed, equally spacious and clean (checkbox number 2) bathroom and a small but very functional kitchen. It's functional enough to allow you to bring your own supplies (we soon had to buy more coffee) and cook if you don't feel like eating out. Regardless, you should still go some place local and try some souvlaki and horiatiki at least once. Breakfast, if ordered, is brought to your room in a box. Remember, there is no restaurant in the building. Breakfast is available in 1 of 4 different menus (we've tried 2 of them) at the time of writing. It's simple but very good - orange juice (freshly squeezed!), Greek yogurt with fruits (of course...) and a sandwich or a piece of pastry. In spite of being quite close to a major street, it wasn't noisy. It was easier to overhear somebody's conversation in the courtyard than hear the traffic from the street. The street being a major one has a frequent bus service and the bus stop is right next to the street where the building is located. Within about 15 minutes it takes you downtown where you can change to subway (convenient) or other buses and trams. I can't really think of anything specific. Perhaps more breakfast options would be worth trying if someone wants to explore more? But the ones we've tried were very good, anyway.

Clean, comfortable, and great location too. - The building and the apartment are new, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you might need: good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bathroom accessories, kitchen utensils, a smart TV, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and even hotel slippers. Breakfast is delivered right to your apartment at the exact time you choose. Although there are only three possible breakfast menus, they are quite good. The staff are very kind and helpful. In the fridge, there was a 1.5L bottle of water as a welcome gift, along with a couple of coffee capsules and tea bags. This place is located very close to a bus stop, from which you can reach the city centre in about 10 minutes. The location is also quite calm. Thank you very much, Earos Urban Living! I would only suggest adding a couple more breakfast menu options. Also, there is no remote control for the air conditioning — it’s on the wall, so if you want to turn it on or off, you need to go to the control panel. For some people, this might be inconvenient, but I don’t really have any complaints. This is a perfect place to stay for a few days.

Letto comodissimo, bagno ben organizzato (doccia grandissima, un bello specchio grande); un vero asciugacapelli in dotazione; arredamento gradevole e funzionale; anche il divano comodissimo; pulito; cucina adeguatamente attrezzata. Molti punti luce. Raggiungere il centro è agevole, perché la fermata degli autobus è molto molto vicina (Google dice a 4 minuti, ma anche meno!). Si possono prendere diverse linee e i collegamenti sonon frequenti. In 10' si arriva in centro, se non c'è traffico. La zona è residenziale, gradevole. A 4' a piedi c'è un supermercato molto fornito, MyMarket. Se si torna a casa di sera, siccome la fermata utile al rientro è dall'altra parte della grande strada a percorrenza veloce (l'albergo si trova in una traversa, cui si accede dal viale laterale), è necessario prendere il sottopassaggio pedonale. In orario tardo non è proprio il massimo. Fortunatamente i taxi, prenotando con Freenow o con Uber, non hanno prezzi elevati (con 5/7 euro si rientra).
