Freundlicher Vermieter, sichere Gegend, etwas klein! - Gute Lage: 5 Gehminuten vom bekannten und sehenswerten Friedhof Ricoleta entfernt, 15 Taximinuten zum Inlandsflughafen Aeroparque. Ins Zentrum (Obelisk, Teatro Colon, Tangoshows und Fußgängerzone) geht man ungefähr 45 Minuten - ist tagsüber machbar, abends unbedingt ein Taxi nehmen. Das Apartment liegt im Botschaftsviertel und ist daher in einer ziemlich sicheren Gegend. Es befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Haus im 6. Stock - es gibt einen Lift. Rundum sind viele Lokale, Cafés und kleine Supermärkte. Der Vermieter ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte nicht alles mit sehr gut bewerten, weil das Badezimmer im Dusch- und Wannenbereich stark verschimmelt war. Wie mir der Vermieter mitteilte, hat dies die Ursache in einem Wasserschaden im 7. Stock. Die Verhandlungen mit der Versicherung dauern noch an. Sobald es möglich ist, wird das Badezimmer saniert. Na ja, wir sind in Argentinien - da dauert alles ewig. Besser vor der endgültigen Buchung nachfragen! Da das Apartment in der Nähe eine stark befahrenen Straße liegt, ist es auch während der Nacht (und ab den frühen Morgenstunden deutlich merkbar) sehr laut - nichts für geräuschsensible Schläfer, außer mit Ohrenschutz. Ich war alleine unterwegs und blieb nur eine Nacht in diesem Apartment. Für mich war es groß genug. Ich bezweifle aber, dass zwei Leute gut zurecht kommen, vor allem wenn sie länger in der Stadt bleiben.
• Diedrich (10/5): Cómodo y acogedor - La ubicación es excelente, zona muy segura y cerca de muchos restaurantes y puntos de interés. También está muy cerca de Aeroparque. Es un muy buen lugar para estadías cortas. Había bastante ruido de la calle pero estoy acostumbrada a dormir con tapones en los oídos y de esa forma pude descansar perfectamente.

• Andrey (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very cozy place and lovely owner! He helped me a lot. He always can change linen, towels and make cleaning. Very good if you need living for 3-5 days!
