• Jennifer (9/5): C’est un musée à ciel ouvert. - Nous avons aimé son emplacement, la qualité de service et la chambre en elle même. Le manque du petit déjeuné qui est rarement disponible dans les hôtels de Rome.

• Günther (7/5): Zweckmäßig, gute Lage, schmaler Raum - Lage super um Rom zu erkunden, Öffis fussläufig, sehr ruhig gelegen aber in wenigen Minuten mitten im Ausgehviertel von Trastevere, Zimmer modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet Bett konnte nur nach vorne verlassen werden, da der Raum so schmal war - das sollte in der Beschreibung besser hervorgehoben werden, für Manche vielleicht ein Problem: kein Aufzug
• Herbert (7/5): Grundsätzlich sehr in Ordnung - Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung. Unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer aus den Abflüssen. Der vorhandene Schimmel bei den Silikonfugen im Badezimmer könnte mit wenig Aufwand beseitigt werden.
• Maarit (9/5): Tilavaa majoitusta omatoimimatkailijoille täydellisellä sijainnilla. - Sijainti Trasteveren rauhallisessa kulmassa, viikonloppu lomalla kävellen kaikkialle/ päänähtävyyksiin. Ratikka ja bussit lähellä. Huone oli iso, puhdas ja siisti( vaikka vähän kulumaa). Kattoterassi. Talossa ei ole hissiä, korkeahkot portaat sopii rinkkamatkustajille. Jääkaappi piti meteliä, sen takia joutui korvatulpat yöksi laittamaan. Yläpuolen huoneesta kantautui askeleet, muuten ihan ok äänimaailma.

• David Hyatt (8/5): Trastavere is great!! - The location and the staff were great - in fact exceptional. It was clean and had all we needed for a short stay. The room was on the third floor which was a bit hard for two people in their sixties. Our bed took up the width of the room so we had to climb in from the bottom each night. I know not all the rooms are like that so guess we were just unlucky this time.

• Verena (8/5): - Uns haben die Zimmer und die Möglichkeit des Familienzimmers besonders gut gefallen. Als Familienzimmer hatte man sogar zwei Bäder. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und man hatte ausreichend Platz. Es gab alles, was wir für einen Städtetrip benötigten, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Blick über die Weite Roms. Der Geruch aus den Abflüssen war nicht in den Griff zu bekommen. Das war etwas schade, weil man beim Türe öffnen schon davon empfangen wurde. Auch die Lüftung im Bad kam nicht dagegen an.

• Barbara (9/5): Bardzo fajne miejsce - Świetna lokalizacja wypadowa, dużo restauracji i barów w pobliżu, blisko spacerem do najważniejszych atrakcji. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Pokój czysty, panie sprzątają pokój na błysk, w pokoju cicho, ogólnodostępny taras z pięknymi widokami. Mieliśmy w ostatnim dniu pobytu problem z wodą - nie dochodziła zimna woda pod prysznicem, zgłosiliśmy problem - mam nadzieję, że udało się usterkę naprawić :) Uwaga - w hotelu nie ma windy, wchodzenie po schodach na 3-4 piętro po wielogodzinnych spacerach może być męczące ;)

• Emily (10/5): Perfect base for few days exploring the city - Great location, perfect spot for a short walk into city centre and located near plenty of great foodie spots for evening meals and breakfast. Perfect base if you are looking for a basic room if you are planning to spend most of the day out and about in the city. There is a lovely roof top terrace which we enjoyed evening drinks on with a great view of the city! Rooms were comfortable and clean, comfortable beds and good amenities provided (little fridge, working air con unit etc!) • Magdalena (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt w sercu Rzymu. - Obiekt jest rewelacyjnie położony, do wszystkich ważnych dla nas miejsc chodziliśmy na piechotę. Dokoła wspaniałe restauracje i bary, ale jednocześnie jest to boczna, cicha uliczka. Na dachu znajduje się taras ze wspaniałym widokiem na panoramę miasta, widać m.in Ołtarz Ojczyzny. Czysta łazienka z zestawem kosmetyków i suszarką do włosów, Wygodne łóżka, pachnąca pościel, ręczniki, pokoje sprzątane na życzenie. Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Uwaga - nie ma windy, a są aż 4 pietra. Dla nas nie miało to znaczenia, ale warto wziąć to pod uwagę. Bardzo polecam! Nie było takiej rzeczy.

• antonio (8/5): Local muito recomendado! - A localização é excelente por ser muito central e permitir visitar Roma quase exclusivamente a pé. Trastevere é um bairro típico, com muita oferta de restauração e bares mas o Effe Luxury Palace está num local calmo e sem ruído. Fomos sempre muito bem atendidos nos horários em que a receção está aberta. O quarto em que ficámos é mais espaçoso do que parece nas fotografias. A cama é muito confortável. O que poderia ser melhor diria que a insonorização dos quartos e, portanto, depende do cuidado dos outros hóspedes em não fazer ruído.

• Andrea (10/5): - Für unseren kurzen Urlaub war die Lage perfekt, zu Fuß erreichbares Zentrum, Haltestellen in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Frau Jessica sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Was wir toll fanden, war nach ganzen Tag herumlaufen, abends den Sonnenuntergang und den Ausblick auf die Stadt aus der Dachterasse zu geniessen.

• Robert James Raleigh (6/5): - It's not luxury and it's not a palace so I'm not sure how this place got it's name. However, it's well located on one of the quieter streets of Trastevere. On the plus side the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet with a relatively contemporary feel. On the negative side, we didn't initially receive the code needed to access the property which was a little stressful when we arrived fairly late in the evening. That was sorted quickly however. We had a problem with the electrical socket in the bedroom not working which meant no kettle/coffee machine and we had to charge phones in the bathroom. We asked twice for this to be looked at but it was not resolved. The shower head also sprayed more water upwards than downwards which also wasn't ideal. The wardrobe was also a little bit tatty. The general feeling was that with 10% more effort this place this place could be excellent. We had a fantastic stay in Rome overall though and absolutely loved the Trastevere area in particular

• Lauren (8/5): Good bang for your buck in Roma! - Great location, very quiet but stilll in the happening area. Easily accessible and staff were friendly and accommodating. I was located on the 3rd floor and the gentleman at the front desk carried my luggage up for me. Air conditioning worked great. There is a safe in the room, although there were not any instructions on how to use it. Safe area, small and quaint. Bed was really comfortable and there is a large flat screen tv in the room. They also provide slippers for added comfort and individual toothbrushes and toothpaste which I thought was a nice extra added touch. Good value for your money. If you are just looking for a cheaper place to stay while you travel around the city of Rome and all you will be doing is sleeping there, I would recommend staying in this BnB Despite there having a disinfected wrap around the toilet, the bathroom toilet was not cleaned. There was very visible black mold along the backside of the toilet and it smelt really bad. I wish I had a toilet cleaner available because it grossed me out that much. I do not know how you miss cleaning that part when it is the first thing you see when you open the toilet. As a result, whenever I went to flush it would create a foul smell in the entire BnB so I had to avoid flushing between going to use the bathroom and only did when I knew I was leaving the room for some time.

• Samantha (4/5): Happy with location, not happy that my personal belongings went missing. - Location and big room A number of items were missing from my luggage! Including jewellery of lower value (thank god I put my valuables in the safe) as well as a number of cigarettes packets. The aircon was also leaking water on to the floor. They went into my room and fixed it without checking in with me first - which would have been fine if I had a chance to put all of my things away in hindsight. If you choose to stay here put all of your belongings in the safe and or in your locked luggage bag. The toilet seat was also broken.

Localização boa também, se o objetivo for curtir o bairro do Trastevere. Para regiões turísticas, cerca de 15 min de caminhada. Custo benefício muito bom. Se você tem malas grandes, sugiro reconsiderar ou pedir um andar baixo. O hotel não tem elevador, fiquei no 4o andar e foi trabalhoso para subir e descer com mala grande. Porém, tirando isso, tudo ótimo!

• Alex (10/5): - We had a really amazing stay here! The location is perfect and the unit is great. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our family. The only thing I would caution people about is there is no elevator so the first floor is the best if you have a lot of luggage.

Lovely restaurants near by and 20-30 minute walk from all the main sites. Great communication from the hotel. Fantastic air con which was much needed in July. Comfy beds. As it is an old building, would recommend an extension lead as plugs were limited (one by the bed). Not a deal breaker just something to add to the packing list.
