• Irene (8/5): Nice and clean room. Good location - Good location. Nice and clean room and well equipped. Quite a long walk from the main road/main entrance to the unit.
• Deep (7/5): Good location but service not commensurate with the price - Location was good. We could walk to the town centre easily. The airport bus stops near the hotel. We checked out as we had booked for a day excursion. Rather than lug our suitcases we thought we would keep it at the hotel and collect later on return before going to the airport. The receptionist asked us to pay to keep our luggage at the lobby. This was unusual. We just took them with us to the shop were the excursion started. They kept it for free. The elevator at the hotel was down one day. It got fixed but had us worried as we were on 4th floor with some big suitcases. The bed was small. The washing machine did not have a manual in English. Small irritants.

• Carolyn (9/5): Nice apartment - Modern apartment. Everything you need to prepare meals. Good location. Quiet ! Great to have washing machine and drying rack. Found check instructions clear. I wish the check in instructions told me there was an elevator at the other end before I carried my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. Found it a slight challenge to remember the path to get out at check out time.
• ASKO TAPIO JAAKKOLA (9/5): Kaupungin ydinkeskustassa, mutta hiljaisuudessa. - Yllättävän hiljainen/hyvin eristetty huone vappu hulinoiden aikaankin, ainakin sisäpihalla. Kaupungin ydinkeskustassa kaikkien palveluiden ääressä. Siivouksen yksityiskohdissa olisi vielä parantamisen varaa.

Neutraali sisustus ja perusvarustelu keittiössä Saapumisohjeet oli puutteelliset. Pihalla pyöri muitakin etsimässä sekä sisäänkäyntiä että autohallia. Autohallin katuosoite olisi hyvä mainita varauksen yhteydessä. Täydentäviä viestejä tuli liikaa, niistä oli vaikea havaita tarpeellinen kaikkien kelkkojen ja joulupukkien seasta :D Onneton paistinpannu...

• Ruth (9/5): Zentrales, modernes Appartement in Rovaniemi - Sehr zentral in Rovaniemi, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Schalldichte Fenster, die den Baustellenlärm gut abgeschirmt haben. Nettes Personal. Kommunikation per WhatsApp hakt manchmal ein bißchen, vor Ort persönlich aber sehr nett.

• AYAKO (9/5): 快適！コスパ最高！！ - 広くて、気持ちがいい。キッチンも食器もケトルも電子レンジも、食洗機まで付いていて快適。洗濯機も、物干しもあった。スーツケースのキャスターに外の土が付いていたが、掃除機もあったので、3泊したが、掃除もできて快適に過ごせた。立地もバス停にも近いし、徒歩圏内にレストラン・スーパー・ツアーデスクなど何でもあって良かった。 ゴミの仕分けを自分でするようになっていたが、部屋には青いビニール袋のゴミ箱が1つしかないので、仕分けしにくかった。部屋にも仕分けできるように、種類別のゴミ袋を置いてあれば良かったと思う。でも、気づいた点はそこだけ。値段も安いのに、とても快適だった。

• nelly (8/5): - Definitely the location and the sauna inside! The apartment was quite nice and had all the utilities. The owner was always available to help. Unfortunately, I had trouble finding the apartment. The booking customer service wouldn't answer me at all, and I spent 30 minutes in the basement (completely dark, so I didn't feel comfortable) trying to find my way, despite the information. Once I did, I had trouble getting in and out of the apartment. I had to knock on the nearby doors to ask for help, as no one was there. Luckily, a gentleman helped me, and then I was able to contact the landlord, who was very helpful and helped me.

• Nuša (9/5): Great place - The apartment has everything you need and is in the center of Rovaniemi, where you can catch any bus you want near. For the price you pay, you really get a lot. The last night we had luck, when the clouds were gone and we could see Aurora just next to the Arktikum museum, 10 minutes of walking from the apartment. As mentioned from other guests, more or less all the bathroom is wet, when you take a shower, there are no courtains or shower cabin to block the water. Also the workers in the next building start to work and make noise in the morning and during the day.

Qualità/prezzo struttura più che sufficiente! Pecca rilascio chiavi stanza, se nn scatta l’ora esatta per il check-in il rilascio delle chiavi non avviene dalla cassetta automatizzata e può essere fastidioso quando si arriva molto prima del previsto. Gli ultimi due giorni l’ascensore non è stata funzionante e salire 7 piani o scendere con i bagagli non è stato il massimo

• Emily (8/5): Die Lage des Apartments ist super. - Die Sauna im Badezimmer war eine Überraschung & hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Die Lage in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone ist super. In der Beschreibung der Wohnung standen Sachen, die dann in der Wohnung nicht zu finden waren. Wie zum Beispiel der Toaster oder den Wäscheständer. Zum Kochen hatte man lediglich ein paar Töpfe, Pfannen & eine kleine Dose Salz. Einen Besen oder Staubsauger gab es auch nicht, sodass man keine Chance hatte zwischendurch zu säubern. Der Check In war auch sehr schwer, da zwei Gebäude die gleichen Hausnummern haben. Da sollte es ein Bild vom Gebäude in der Anzeige geben, um das finden zu erleichtern.
• Nina (3/5): - Asunto jonka saimme oli siivoamatta, petivaatteet kasassa eteisen lattialla, verhot irronneina yms. saapuessamme klo 19.45. Yritin tavoittaa henkilökuntaa soittamalla tuloksetta ja laittamalla wa-viestiä. Lopulta puheluuni vastattiin juuri ennen klo 20. Meille alettiin järjestämään asuntoa, jonka aikana odotimme epäsiistissä ala-aulassa. Lopulta siivooja soitti päättävälle ja sai luvan antaa meille toisen asunnon avaimet. Pääsimme asunnolle ja menimme sisään annetulla avaimella. Asunnossa oli jo asukas sisällä. Lähdimme takaisin ala-aulaan, johon myös siivooja tuli kysyen "älä vaan sano että siellä oli koku". Palautimme avaimen ja odottelu jatkui. Henkilökuntaan kuuluva henkilö tuli läppärin kanssa aulaan ja kertoi varanneensa meille vahingossa aivan eri osoitteesta asunnon, joten vielä odottelu jatkui kunnes virhe saatiin korjatuksi. Lopulta saimme asunnon, jossa oli puhtaat petivaatteet. Siisteystaso oli kuitenkim huono. Kaapista löytyi likaisia astioita yms. Seuraavana aamuna asiakadpalvelusta soitettiin, jolloin ensimmäisen kerran myös pahoiteltiin tapahtunutta. Olen yöpynyt näissä asunnoissa viimeksi kesällä 2025. Tällöin asunnot olivat siistejä ja asiat toimivat hyvin. Merkittävä tason pudotus Huomion arvoista on että klo 20 jälkeen ei välttämättä tavoita enää ketään vaikka ohjeistetaan toimimaan viestillä. • Chiara (9/5): Alla ricerca dell'Aurora Boreale nel cuore di Rovaniemi! - Struttura situata proprio nel cuore di Rovaniemi, facile da raggiungere e super accogliente. Nella zona c'è anche la possibilità di trovare qualche parcheggio gratuito. L'appartamento aveva davvero tutti i confort e il letto davvero molto comodo, forse il migliore mai provato in viaggio. Unica pecca, non so se è un modo di fare tipico nordico, lo staff non era mai presente e anche l'ingresso nella struttura e il rilascio delle chiavi della casa, avveniva tramite codici inviati telefonicamente.

• Paris (9/5): We loved our stay here! - We loved everything about this property! Great location in the city centre. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen included all the basic cooking equipment you would need, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and spacious, we had a washing machine and the apartment felt fairly new. We would definitely stay here again! Unable to access Netflix on the TV. We watched movies on YouTube instead.

• KL (9/5): Comfortable and convenient stay. - The location was very good, right in the city center. We took the bus to the city center and then it was just a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The instructions for getting to the apartment were clear, and the instructions for getting the keys were also very clear. The automatic key box was very convenient, especially as it was our first time using one. The room was clean and good enough for the stay, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. One downside was that it was difficult to understand how the combination microwave and oven worked. It would have been helpful to have clear instructions explaining the symbols.

• Hannele (4/5): Clean unit in a good location but overall disappointing experience. - It was on a central location in Rovaniemi. To get to the property, you needed 3 codes to different doors. Locations of each facility (parking hall, main door to the building, key collection area etc.) were provided in advance but within several different emails and in an unclear manner. Emails were long and the information was scattered in several different emails and sections within the emails so while looking for the information, one had to scroll through a lot of emails and information. Staff did not provide proper information and seemed uninterested. We could hear several people struggling to figure out what code goes where, how to find the parking and how to even get to the building etc. Unnecessarily complicated way of providing the information.. I appreciate efficiency and the need for minimal contact between staff and visitors but this was implemented in an unclear in unnecessarily complicated manner. I’d recommend putting all the codes and core information clearly in 1 email and on a one section of the email (not scattered all over several emails and all over the place). We also got emails both from the company itself and booking.com giving different information about the check in times and check out times. Bed was not big enough for a comfortable sleep for two adults- 2 children perhaps yes but not two adults.

Codice di accesso alla struttura e per il deposito bagagli, ricevuti via mail. Bel palazzo nuovo con ascensore. Appartamento caldo con riscaldamento a pavimento, accessoriato di quasi tutto. Mancanza di forno a microonde. Cuscini quadrati piccoli. Mancanza di coperta più leggera. Difficoltà di apertura della lavatrice. Mancanza del bidet (so che è difficile trovarlo all'estero).

• Aurora (6/5): - L’appartamento è bello La posizione indicata su Booking non corrisponde a quella reale dell’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato. La cosa è piuttosto assurda, soprattutto considerando che la posizione reale è persino migliore di quella segnalata sulla piattaforma. Nelle istruzioni ricevute erano indicati solo i dettagli per il ritiro delle chiavi. Dopo averle prese ci siamo spostate verso l’indirizzo mostrato su Booking al momento della prenotazione, convinte che l’appartamento fosse lì. Solo dopo abbiamo scoperto che in realtà l’alloggio si trovava esattamente nello stesso punto in cui avevamo ritirato le chiavi, quindi siamo dovute tornare indietro inutilmente. Basterebbe indicarlo chiaramente fin dall’inizio per evitare confusione. In una situazione del genere, se qualcuno dell’hotel non risponde subito su WhatsApp, si rischia seriamente di restare fuori casa per molto tempo. Purtroppo sono proprio questi piccoli dettagli organizzativi che rendono il soggiorno spiacevole e finiscono per farti davvero irritare.

• Christopher (10/5): This was the perfect accommodation for a wonderful stay in ROVANIEMI..compact, comfortable and with a perfect location. - The location of this property was unbeatable! I never had to walk more than 10 minutes to get anywhere in the city. It was cozy and comfortable and found myself spending a little extra time just to relax and enjoy the space. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. It exceeded all of my expectations.
