As a welcome gift, we received delicious rosehip juice made by them The accommodations offer a stunning view from the terrace. Delicious breakfast. 🧡 The owner showed us how she makes her own wool rugs. We bought one beautiful carpet. I highly recommend it. 🥰
• mohamed (10/5): Heartwarming, Thank you Nabije - We had an amazing stay at Bujtina e Qilimav. Nebije is one of the kindest and most adorable hosts we have ever met. She was incredibly helpful, generous, and always made us feel welcome and at home. Even with the language barrier, she did everything possible to communicate with us, always with a smile and so much warmth. Talking with her was genuinely fun and memorable. The place itself offers a truly authentic local experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, traditional, and full of charm. The terrace is absolutely beautiful, with a splendid view that makes you want to stay there for hours enjoying the scenery and the calm surroundings. You can really feel the heart and hospitality behind this guesthouse. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine and unforgettable stay in Albania
• Benno (10/5): Top in allen Belangen, sehr empfehlenswert!! - Sehr sauber mit wirklich guten Matratzen! Die Inhaber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus serviert auf einer Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den See Leider war die Unterkunft mit einem Navi nicht zu finden. Die bergabfallende Einfahrt ist zwar ein Herausforderung für Motorradfahrer… aber es rentiert sich!!!
• Gabriele (8/5): - Eine außergewöhnliche super tolle Unterkunft. Die Besitzerin und ihre Familie ist super nett. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück war toll und lecker. Auch am Abend zuvor gab es schon kleine Leckerbissen. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn wir nochmals in der Nähe sind, buchen wir bei Nebije.

• Eva (10/5): Familiär, authentisch, ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einem - Wunderschöne Lage im authentischen Dorf. Sehr nette familiäre Unterkunft. Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und See fussläufig erreichbar. Fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse und auch vom zimmereigenem Balkon. Sehr leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit albanischen Spezialitäten. Die Mutter der Vermieterin betreibt mit fünf weiteren Damen aus dem Dorf eine traditionelle Teppichweberei (Schafwolle und Baumwolle) unten im Haus. Diese anzuschauen und im kleinen Verkaufsraum ein besonderes Stück zu erstehen ist ein besonderes Highlight. Hinweis: Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte von oben anfahren, sonst muss das Gepäck steil über viele Treppen hochgetragen werden.

La posizione è stupenda: situata in un piccolo paesino in cui il tempo sembra essersi fermato in un passato felice in cui le tradizioni e della pesca e dell' arte della tessitura a mano con il telaio sono ancora vive. La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è molto disponibile e gentile, vi coccoleranno in ogni modo. Le stanze sono funzionali e pulite. La doccia e il condizionatore funzionano perfettamente. La grande terrazza con vista lago regala momenti indimenticabili. La colazione è abbondante e preparata con amore. Fermatevi a visitare il laboratorio tessile e il piccolo negozio della struttura. Ci torneremmo volentieri! Posto stra consigliato!

Es ist ruhig und abgelegen, die Familie ist sehr bemüht und unglaublich gastfreundlich. Es gab ein leckere Traditionelles Frühstück mit regionalen Zutaten aus dem Dorf. Abends kann man gut frischen Fisch aus dem See in einem der zwei Restaurants essen. Der Ausblick von der Hotelterasse ist unglaublich. Wir wären gern länger geblieben!

La hospitalidad de la propietaria y su familia es atenta y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno, servido en la terraza, es casero, espectacular, con productos locales. Habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas y cuentan con buenas comodidades (aire acondicionado, baño privado, Wi-Fi). La carretera de acceso a la localidad es terrible! Está en obras y por la noche la ruta se hacer eterna.

• Stephan (9/5): Grandioser Ausblick, famoses Frühstück, einwandfreies Zimmer & liebenswerte Menschen am Shkodra-See - Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Shkodra-Sees und die Terrasse bietet einen grandiosen Blick über den See. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und liebenswert, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Das Frühstück ist traditionell, üppig und lecker. Die Unterkunft zu erreichen ist zur Zeit ein unfreiwilliges Offroad-Abenteuer, da die Straße nach Zogaj erneuert wird. Wir empfanden das aber als Albanien-like und nicht problematisch. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus (statt unterhalb im Ort verbunden mit Treppensteigen) empfiehlt sich mit der Suche nach "The Carpet Inn Zogaj" (https://maps.app.goo.gl/zDqai8Wn2YkPoUgG7)

La propriétaire a eu un geste en nous offrant un napperon fait main par elle même. L'hôtel est dans une colline très pentue et pour accéder aux chambres, il y a de nombreux escaliers. La route pour accéder au village, est en travaux et actuellement c'est une route de cailloux et terre sur 3 km.

Seul point “négatif” : les travaux sur la route qui mène au logement, faire attention à votre voiture quand vous la traversez
• Rocío (8/5): - Personal atento y amabilísimo. Buena cama e instalaciones, limpio. Buen desayuno y bonitas vistas. El llegar hasta allí es un suplicio, sobre todo por la noche. Toda la carretera del lago en este momento está en obras y es complicado. La ubicación de Google maps si le pinchas desde booking es incorrecta la de mapas de Apple está bien. Hay que pagar en efectivo, creo que el problema en general es en Albania no en el alojamiento como tal.
• F. (10/5): - Wspaniałe miejsce z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro. Gospodyni bardzo gościnna i pomocna, brak znajomości angielskiego nie stanowił bariery w komunikacji. Pokój był bardzo komfortowy i czysty. Śniadanie obfite i bardzo smaczne. Polecam to miejsce z całego serca. Jedynym utrudnieniem była droga dojazdowa, która była w przebudowie i trzeba było bardzo uważać żeby nie uszkodzić auta.

• Javier (10/5): Ubicación perfecta, desayuno casero y atención excelente" - Las vistas al lago desde la terraza de la casa son espectaculares, probablemente de las mejores del pueblo. La ubicación es excelente: en pleno centro de Zogaj pero en la parte alta, lo que permite disfrutar de esa panorámica. La familia anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. En especial la madre, que nos trató con una calidez y familiaridad entrañables incluso comunicándonos con gestos y sonrisas, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más auténtica. También destacar la buena disposición de la hija para ayudarnos siempre que lo necesitamos. El desayuno fue otro punto fuerte: abundante, variado y con productos frescos de la huerta, frutas incluidas. Una estancia muy acogedora. El camino que indica Google Maps para llegar a la casa no es correcto en el último tramo: lleva por una pista en construcción que además no permite el acceso real al alojamiento. Sería conveniente que los anfitriones avisen de este problema en la página de Booking o al confirmar la reserva, ya que puede hacer perder tiempo innecesariamente a los huéspedes

• Micha (10/5): Beautiful - What a view. Absolutely breathtaking. There are quite a few stairs if you’re coming from the lower entrance, so keep that in mind. The owner is incredibly kind and a real pleasure to talk to. Do not miss the traditional carpet weaving on the lower floor. It is a beautiful and unique experience.

Her breakfasts were a treat, different each day with wonderful homemade traditional food and on top of it all it was amazing to watch her and her 3 colleagues rug making with traditional looms. Freshly cooked and different each day. The owner was charming, warm and friendly. She even gave us a gift from her carpet shop when we left. Best place to stay if you like quiet lakeside locations. It was all perfect.

Dom ma piękny taras z którego masz widok na całe jezioro. Szczerze polecam. Zaraz ponizej domu jest restauracja i pomost z którego można skakać do wody.
• Christina (10/5): Perfekt. Individuell. Abgelegen. - Zauberhaft!!!!!! Unglaublicher Blick. Perfektes Frühstück. Eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin Nebia ohne Englischkenntnisse. Warmherzig und großzügig. Joghurtdrink und Rosenlimo als Willkommensgruß. Die Abgeschiedenheit muss man wollen. Es ist quasi das oberste Haus im letzten Dorf vor der Montenegrinischen Grenze. Der Schotterweg ist ein Abenteuer. Wir haben es geliebt!!!!!

• Christina (9/5): Wunderschöner Ort! - Die Lage ist absolut aussergewöhnlich und einfach nur atemberaubend. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig und das Frühstück mit frischen Lebensmitteln aus dem Dorf. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber es reicht vollkommen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder an diesen Ort zurückkommen! Geweckt wird man morgens von einem unglaublichen Sonnenaufgang über dem See und den Vögeln.. nichts...ausser dass man ein bisschen Treppensteigen können sollte, mit Gepäck ;)

• Lori (10/5): Valuable stay if you want a true Albanian “tradition” to see her home and work. It’s very clean and quiet and peaceful - This was an “experience” location. The hosts are amazing and Nebije is very anxious to make your stay lovely. She runs her own business with looms to make rugs and other products as well as running the B&B. It was amazing to see her work in her home with her employees and watch the three of them make the rugs. We videoed them and what a treasure to see the process. She’s very proud of the tradition and art form and with good reason!!! The rooms are nice and very clean. Beautiful view of the lake. The only challenge is the drive and the steepness with a lot of stairs. Don’t book if you can’t climb stairs. Breakfast was all homemade and fresh and brought right on time. It was a little hard to find and a step climb for a vehicle. We drove there in our rental car. When we saw the stairs we were worried we’d have to carry our luggage up 80 stairs but their son was there to help. We opted to leave luggage in the car and just took backpacks up with essentials. We ended up buying a beautiful table cloth with matching napkins and a small rug from her business—Wouldn’t trade the experience there for anything—one of our favorite stops on our Albanian adventure—and we love adventure. We are ages 77 and 63 and didn’t have a problem with the stairs. Great restaurant in town within walking distance. Try their crab rolls—delicious!!!!

• Gerd (8/5): Schöner Blick mit Abstrichen - Herzlicher Empfang und total liebe Vermieterin. Von der großen Terrasse ein wunderschöner Blick auf den See und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Frühstück gut und alles selbst gemacht aber nicht sehr reichlich. Zimmer und Inventar ziemlich neu und farblich sehr schön. Großes bequemes Bett. Das Haus ist nur mit Hilfe anderer zu finden, an der Straße ist immerhin ein Schild. Die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz sehr steil und nicht jedermanns Sache. Der Aufstieg zu der Unterkunft entsprechend mindestens drei Stockwerken aber z.T. steil und schwierig falls man nicht sehr fit ist. Bei Regen sicher nicht ganz ungefährlich. Dies müsste unbedingt in die Beschreibung ! Das Zimmer war zwar hübsch aber sehr klein und minimal ausgestattet, der Blick ging nicht wie beschrieben auf den See sondern auf einen vermüllten Hof. Waschbecken undicht sodass Pfütze auf dem Boden. Frühstück im freien auf der Terrasse, da friert einem der schöne Blick ein. Im Sommer sicher toll, aber bei kaltem Wetter sollte es eine Möglichkeit drinnen geben. Alles in allem haben sie sich Mühe gegeben, aber sind dabei von albanischen Verhältnissen ausgegangen was in Albanien OK ist, aber für ältere Leute oder nicht so fitte wie uns ein Problem ist. Mehr etwas für junge Abenteuerurlauber. Die Einheimischen wurden wohl auch von dem Tourismusboom überrollt und wollen jetzt das schnelle Geld machen. Wir fanden den Preis für Albanien ziemlich überzogen.
• Maciej (10/5): Cudowny pobyt - Piękny widok, który na żywo wygląda 1000 razy lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Gościnność i ciepło właścicielki przewyższa oczekiwania. Śniadanie pyszne jak u babci i z super widokiem, najlepsze miejsce nad jeziorem Szkoderskim, nawet i Bałkanach.
• Denise (10/5): The hostess was a very friendly lady, made you feel very welcome - The location is over looking the lake, so home made traditional breakfast with a stunning view. Not for somebody with mobility issues.
