• Francesca (10/5): Speciale - Elisa e Alessandro fantastiche persone, avevo delle richieste particolari e sono state accolte senza problemi, davvero un ottimo posto, basta prendere un autobus e sei in centro, fantastico super consigliato
• Celine (7/5): - Le calme du quartier, le lit double confortable, la terrasse même si nous sommes venus en février et que la terrasse n' était pas aménagée. Le bus à 5 min. Il faut tout de même compter 40min pour aller au Vatican et 1h pour le Colisée Je ne l' avais pas vu dans les commentaires précédents de 2023 mais 1 seule plaque fonctionne sur 4 a la gazinière. Et cela n'a pas été changé depuis 2023. Il n'y a pas de micro-onde, un tout petit four qui n' était pas adapté ni pour 4 personnes ni pour 3 personnes. Les casseroles sont toutes abîmées et rayées. Difficile de préparer les repas pour une famille. Il y a des équipements comme une table a repasser, une machine à laver... Mais pas de balai, pas d'ouvre boîte, pas de four, pas de four micro onde, 1 seule plaque. La propreté n'est pas impeccable : trace de stylo sur le mur, joints du frigo sale, peinture craquelée Il y a 2 chambres,1 avec lit double et l' autre chambre pour 2 enfants normalement avec un lit Gigogne. Mais le 2eme petit lit est a ressort, inconfortable et pas stable. Ma 2eme fille a donc dormi avec moi. Concernant la taxe de séjour, elle m a paru disproportionnée 90€ pour 5 nuits pour 1 adulte et 2 enfants alors qu'à genes nous n'avons payé que 6€ pour 3 personnes la nuit. Nous n'avons pas été accueilli par les hôtes en revanche nous avons du laisser les 90€ de taxes dans la boîte à code qui se sont empressés de récupérer et dont je n'ai pas eu le justificatif. Pour information j' étais avec mes 2 filles de 13 et 15 ans. Nous avons payé 408€ les 5 nuits pendant les vacances de février. Cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix.

• Roberto (10/5): - Casa nuova, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. A 100 metri dalla fermata, nonostante non sia estremamente vicina dal centro, bene collegata con i mezzi e a 2 passi da San Pietro. Vicino casa supermercato, tabacchi e un bar eccezionale . Vi consiglio di andare Daniela per la colazione , il bar sotto casa , super ospitale e dotato di tutto. Soggiorno splendido! Grazie!

• Spinelli (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Appartamento delizioso, curato e molto pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. All’esterno si trova un ampio gazebo immerso nel verde, perfetto per rilassarsi all’aria aperta. Il parcheggio su strada è sempre disponibile e comodo. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochissimi passi dall’ingresso si trovano un grande supermercato, una fermata dell’autobus, bar e ristoranti. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza.

• Tatyana (9/5): - Very good staff and good location,very close to bus stop and access to the public parking.We were welcomed with some sweets, tea bags and coffee capsules in the apt upon arrival. We had few issues upon arrival but it was super quickly solved by the owners,they were in touch with us during whole our stay. Uncomfortable bed for the 4th person but as an option there was a sofa bad in a living room

We arrived at the apartment in the evening when the local supermarkets had already closed and they left us water and snacks in the apartment, for which we are grateful. We had a small problem with the water boiler, which they quickly fixed. At the apartment in particular we liked the terrace, which was quite big, spacious and the weather being nice we were able to eat as a family outside, which was a plus for our holiday. As already mentioned, there was a small problem with the boiler, but being in constant contact with Elisa, this was quickly resolved, and we were able to continue our holiday without any inconvenience.

Grocery store and some restaurants nearby. You can cook easily. Good place for 4 people. The owner is supportive. The place is a bit far from city centre. Even though there is a bus station nearby but the bus time is not reliable in Rome. Spend most of our time waiting for bus

The owner is not proactive and an responsable because we wrote for him that the water in the shower is very, very weak, and even hot water is not available all of the time.
