- Mathias (1/5): enttäuschend - Die Lage war echt top! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider sehr schlecht. Wir haben Anfang Mai für eine Nacht 170 € bezahlt. Der „Luxus“ im Namen der Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht eher Schein als Realität. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt solide, hatte jedoch einige deutlich spürbare Mängel. Die eine Nacht war zwar auszuhalten, insgesamt waren wir vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber sehr enttäuscht.

Corners are moldy, walls are dirty, shower head is spraying everywhere, clothes rack halfway ripped out of the wall..

- Matthias (8/5): Authentische Berliner Unterkunft. - Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr authentische Berliner Wohnung. Es ist im Großen und Ganzen alles da, was man braucht. Der Duschkopf muss gewechselt werden :)

- Forino (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Comodo e pratico gli spostamenti - Ottima posizione. Appartamento molto luminoso e accessoriato. Ha tutti i comfort essenziali per una bella vacanza Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento non troppo pulito, c’era molta polvere.

- Anemette (1/5): Helt igennem utilfredsstillende og ubegribeligt, at Booking.com tillader udlejning af lejligheden. Total uhumsk! Tjek Tr - Intet - stedet var på ingen måde som beskrevet. Lejligheden var beskidt i en hel uhumsk grad og havde intet med Luksus at gøre selvom den udlejes under begrebet luksus. Vi vil fraråde enhver at leje hos Homaris som er udlejer af lejligheden - tjek de meget dårlige anmeldelser af Homaris på Trustpilot. Det er HELT igennem uholdbart, at de får lov at leje den ud igennem booking.com
