empublicfile (9/5): A very, very comfortable stay in one of Saigon's newest commercial centers - Fine location (just next door to our place of work). Superb facilities. Great customer services (a shout-out to the front desk staff member named Kyle). Considering Saigon's year-round warm weather, a pool would be an excellent feature.

Paolo (8/5): Perfect place to stay if you go to the exibithion centre - If you need to go at the exhibition centre it is probably the closest place to stay. The AC is so weak everywhere (in the gym It was like to make a sauna). In the room there are regulars home AC splits that turns off when you leave it so it’s really hot when you come back.
adolast (8/5): Great business hotel for an exhibitor at SECC - Great location close to the SECC very good if you are an exhibitor, room nice, breakfast very good and also the gym free. in the room the air conditioner was not working very weel, too cold or too hot the temperature in the room....maybe the machine should be renewed.

Called the manager — he did nothing, fully supports this behavior (he is in the photo with that awful woman). They took a deposit and kept it with a fake excuse. Shame on Novotel. Never stay here. khaliun (5/5): - It was much more expensive than other hotels. Hotel is outdated it’s not that clean. And they don’t provide us anything with that price. And the staffs aren’t friendly at all, the receptionist looked like she just hates her work. We didn’t cause any problems she didn’t had to be that cold. Location is not that great it’s far from everything. Wall is made of paper there is no soundproof. We booked this hotel because our hotel cancelled the day we check-in so we had no choice. I wouldn’t come back here again

Rubi (6/5): It was ok but not comfortable - It was clean and very spacious. Reasonably close to Center of city, 30 mins cab to district 1. There is huge construction going on just beside the hotel and there was really loud construction noise in the night, even after 12 in the night. We couldn’t sleep in the night. And they are building a whole big building so it will go on for at least a few months.

Shoutout to Nick who was kind enough to answer any question and make sure I had a taxi ready after my work meeting! It was extremely hot and the air con isn't centralised, It worked great when on but only works with the key connected, so every time I went out I came back to a roasting room.

My second room smells like smoke/cigarette. Staff said though it’s not in the smoking area floor, guests from 2 rooms next to me are smoking. It could’ve been perfect.
