• Martin (10/5): Excelente - Excelente instalación, tal cual la publicación, comodidad de la cama de 10, cocina equipada por si queres cocinar, aire acondicionado y ventiladores en perfecto estado, nos gustó tanto que alargamos la estadía unos días más. Emy muy amable y atento. Sería bueno cerrar el espacio de ducha con una puerta de vidrio o cortina, ya que si no se moja el baño, el resto perfecto

• Simone (10/5): SOGGIORNO TOP a EMY HOUSE - Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nell’appartamento di Emilio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!! È a circa 500 m dalla spiaggia libera di Dominicus ma noi l’abbiamo usato come punto d’appoggio per cambiare Beach Club ogni giorno, evitando così di restare in un resort sempre nella stessa spiaggia. Emilio é gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta!! L’appartamento è in una stradina tranquilla ma molta vicina ai principali ristoranti e bardi Dominicus, a pochi chilometri anche dall’area portuale di Bayahibe. Aggiungo che a giorni alterni c’è il servizio cambio lenzuola e biancheria e pulizia appartamento, come un hotel. Tutto perfetto, consiglioo!!

Todo lo que solicité al dueño lo hizo con mucha rapidez y buena atención. No me di cuenta que no tenía frigobar ni cafetera, me hizo falta en mi estadía

• Davide (10/5): Tornero' sicuramente qui! - La struttura e' perfetta per un soggiorno a Bayahibe. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' a dir poco eccellente. L'appartamento si trova in zona Dominicus, uno dei punti di mare piu' belli della Repubblica Dominicana. Le stanze sono molto spaziose: la cucina e' fornita di tutto il necessario in caso si voglia mangiare in casa, il bagno ha una doccia molto ampia e comoda, il letto e' un fuori misura ed e' estremamente grande. Molto bella l'idea delle abat jour che fungono anche da presa di corrente. La pulizia dell'appartamento e' impeccabile. A giorni alterni le stanze vengono pulite e gli asciugamani da bagno sostituiti. La sistemazione si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia pubblica e direttamente sul corso principale del villaggio, dove ci sono tantissimi negozi, farmacie, supermercati e ristoranti (di gestione italiana). Il proprietario Emilio e' stato sempre super disponibile e presente per accontentare ogni nostra rischiesta: in base alla disponibilita', abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'appartamento fino all'orario della nostra partenza (dopo l'orario di check-out). Sarebbe utile una mensola da doccia per riporre gli shampoo e i bagnoschiuma.

La posizione era comodissima, a meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e con supermarket e ristoranti vicinissimi, inclusa la strada pedonale. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, attento alle nostre esigenze. La habitación estuvo impecable y la cama era muy cómoda. Emilio, el anfitrión, siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitamos y fue muy amable con nosotros. • Monica (10/5): Emy House rooms are simple, clean, and a geeat value. - The room was simple, tasteful, and clean. It had everything i needed. It's right in the middle of town, so an easy walk to the beach. I loved the balcony. Hot water, AC, fridge. I really appreciate places that do not offer lots of frills, keep it basic, but are clean. This was exactly that. Communication was excellent and payment and check in/out were simple. I had assumed the door would lock automatically after a few seconds, but you have to manually lock ot. Easy, but I didnt realize. Loved having a code rather than worrying about a key though! The only downside really has nothing to do with Emy House. There is so much music coming from everywhere. Unless rooms are soundproof, you eill hear noise and music till late. Dominicus is tiny, so it's unavoidable.
• Henna (10/5): The best place to stay in Dominicus - Emy House is without a doubt the best place to stay in Dominicus. Everything in the room seemed new and all works well. The fridge is a nice bonus so you can store food and drinks there. I loved the small balcony where you can enjoy the mornings and evenings. The bed and the pillows were great and so comfortable. The host was amazing and very flexible with everything. I appreciated that very much since I had late flight out of DR so we able to organise a late check out. Would recommend 100%.

• Guillaume (10/5): Meilleur choix pour Bayahibe - Dominicus - Emplacement top, propriétaire très arrangeant. Un de nos meilleurs logements en République Dominicaine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en termes d'équipements (literie confortable, climatisation, ventilateur de plafond, smartTV, coffre-fort...) et c'est très propre. En plus le logement possède un petit balcon équipé d'une table et de deux chaises ainsi que d’un étendoir. On avait même nos serviettes pour la plage, qui est proche à pied.

• Erick Fabian (10/5): Dominicus un Sueño hecho realidad... - El departamento queda a 10minutos caminando del Faro de Playa Dominicus, hay restaurantes muy cerca, tambien hay mini-supermercados a 1/2 cuadra y lugares donde comprar recuerdos, todo a un paso, si vas en auto lo puedes dejar estacionado al frente, el sector es super tranquilo de noche, el departamento tambien tiene 1 mesa y sillas al exterior/balcon por si compras algo de comer. Recomendable 100% si no quieres ir a un Resort y estar cerca de las mejores playas. Nada, todo excelente, muy buena la relación precio/calidad.
