• Mara (6/5): Muy buena ubicación pero el dueño no es recomendable. - El departamento está bien, justo como se ve en las fotos y condice con el precio, pero podrían quitarle el sarro a las canillas y al hinodoro. La ubicación si es magnífica!! El dueño tuvo desde una semana Nets de llegar cuando le avise a qué hora llegaba, una actitud muy despreocupada, ya que nunca me respondió los mensajes. Al llegar estaba la señora de la limpieza que nos grita desde el balcón que no era una reserva para dos personas sino para una (yo había avisado que se sumaba una persona más por mensaje) obvio no dudaron en cobrarnos un extra. La puerta de entrada es imposible de abrir y tuvimos que pedir ayuda a los vecinos cada vez que queríamos ingresar al departamento. La misma se cierra con una patada fuerte.
• Walter (4/5): Die Lage ist wirklich top, ansonsten haben wir uns aber leider nicht sonderlich wohl gefühlt. - Es liegt sehr zentral im spanischen Viertel. Nachts ist es sehr laut. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, als wir ankamen. Die Handtücher haben nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und hatten Flecken. Im Bad hat es auch nach Rauch gestunken. Beim Check-in haben wir über eine halbe Stunde auf den Besitzer gewartet. Die Haustüre ist sehr kompliziert und schwer zu öffnen. Man braucht viel Kraft und auch Nerven, bis man sie aufbekommt.

La casa è pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un arredamento che ti fa sentire subito immerso nella cultura locale: bellissimi i cornicelli e tutti gli elementi tipici napoletani che decorano l'ambiente con gusto. La posizione è strategica, super centrale. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è l'host: una persona fantastica, di una gentilezza rara e infinitamente paziente. Consigliatissimo!
• Martin (1/5): Avoid this property – misleading listing and dishonest host. - We booked what was advertised as a spacious 50 m² one bedroom apartment, but it turned out to be a cramped 30 m² studio with no separate bedroom. Key amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine were also missing. The apartment wasn’t ready at check in; after waiting, the owner sent someone to hastily clean while we stood by. On arrival there was no toilet seat installed—an unopened box sat beside the toilet until the owner finally appeared around 9:30 pm after Booking.com intervened. His attitude suggested a total lack of concern for guests. That evening, in the presence of three witnesses (including his interpreter), the owner agreed to refund six nights and confirmed we would stay only one. On this basis, we immediately booked another property for the remainder of our stay in Naples, expecting the promised refund. Later, however, he pretended it was not possible because the booking was “non refundable,” despite Booking.com confirming this refund was a valid and feasible resolution in a case of severely misdescribed property. He eventually returned €54 for the six nights of local tourist tax—but only after direct confrontation, apparently intending to keep that as well. A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish— a false listing, a host who misled us, and an apparent intention to default on a witnessed arrangement. Because of his dishonesty, we paid twice for accommodation in Naples. Think twice before booking this place.

• Rolinka (8/5): Goed, alles was er, klein balkonnetje, en voor een dag of 4 helemaal perfect! - Geweldige lokatie, middenin t kloppend hart van Napels. Dichtbij alles! Het was goed, klein, gehorig, je zit tenslotte aan een drukke straat. De bedden waren okay, prima douche. Even wennen ah toch wat geïmproviseerde luxe, maar echt, het was goed. Prima geslapen en zo fijn dat alles in de buurt was.
• melissa (1/5): Napoli è una città che merita bisogna solo stare attenti e guardare attentamente le location che si prenotano leggendo v - la posizione La struttura non è curata ,mobili con antine che cadono , tavolo con le stesse gambe che vanno all indentro ,se ti appoggi potrebbe cadere, lasciando perdere per quanto riguarda la Pulizia …..bagno senza neanche la tavoletta, letto, che se ti siedi vai giù per terra . Inoltre, abbiamo più volte chiamato la persona senza risposta, malgrado ci avesse detto qualsiasi cosa di chiamate, lo stesso ha detto che doveva cambiare molte cose della casa in quanto rotte . Per quanto ci riguarda, è una struttura che NON CONSIGLIAMO

• Elliot (7/5): Great apartment & location. Needs a little TLC - Really cool location in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Has basically everything you’d need for a short or long stay. Host is a friendly guy. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Washing machine was broken which was a bit of a disappointment. There was no toilet seat either which was kind of shocking. Overall the place could have been cleaned better - specifically the bathroom.

• Tamas (7/5): Would only recommend this place if you spoke Italian - I actually only stayed 1 night between September 2-3. I always choose a place by looking at 3 things: location, price and reviews. This house ticked all the boxes especially for a 1 night stay. I could also make my own coffee in the morning and the wifi was great as well. Communication was not great with the owners. They only speak Italian, which I don't speak. When I landed in Naples I messaged them that I'm here at the airport and will arrive at the house at about 2:30pm. They said (in Italian) that it's okay and just call them when I get there. I arrived there exactly at 2:30 (no kidding) and I tried calling them but I could barely hear them because of the noises of the area and even if I heard them they spoke to me in Italian. Luckily I speak a bit of Spanish and I let them know that I was there (in Spanish) and they said ok, they're coming in 2 minutes but that was more like 15-20 minutes. They then showed me around and everything was great because they kind of understood my Spanish, they don't speak it though. Checkout was even worse than that. My booking confirmation said that CO time is 11:00-12:00. They came in my room at 10:30 saying I should leave because there's gonna be a new guest and they have to clean the room. I tried to tell them this is what I was aware of and I'm not ready to leave at that exact moment but I'll leave at 11. I even used Google Translate to translate that to Italian but the owner lady refused to read it no matter how many times I told her "italiano" and pointed at phone, she kept telling me that I should leave or she's gonna call the polizia. They tought that I didn't want to leave I guess. The cleaning "lady" was a guy who said that he speaks English and he was calmer so I tried to talk to him and I thought they finally understood that I'd leave at 11. Well, the owner lady came back at 10:55 saying "ok go!", and I only needed like 2 minutes. I showed her the keys, put them on the table and said "gracie mille" and left. So I'd say the things I didn't like was communication with the owners and the check-in/check-out process.
• Hitalo (9/5): Superb - Good location, very comfortable and clean. The toilet flush didn’t work but I was later told there was a special maneuver that needed to be done in order to use it.

• Tetiana (1/5): Bad - It is pretty good location in the center of the city, even though it is noisy. There are enough kitchen utensils, it has a washer. When I booked the place the owner was ignoring me until evening and did not reply on messages and emails and even the phone was off. When she finally replied (after I texted a booking support), she said it wasn't clean yet, so I had to wait until 7 pm to get into the apartment while it was still not done. The host and the cleaner at the same time was very unprofessional during the whole stay, starting from that she invited me into the apartment while she was smoking and cleaning there. The bed sheets were very used and not clean, the bed also wasn't comfortable. The water in the shower always became cold in a few minutes, so it was not enough even for 1 time. The bathroom was kinda old and was not clean enough too. It is dark in the apartment, but it is obvious from the photos. There are not enough hangers, and some things in the frizor were left from the previous guests.
• Barbora (7/5): Best place to really live Naples - The flat is really in the heart of Naples, of course it is little bit more noisy, but you cannot expect anything else, if you decide to stay in Quartieri Spagnoli. You get out of the house and you really live Naples. No internet
• Barbara (10/5): I have a great stay in an authentic Napolitan neighborhood! - The apartment was very clean, and in a very authentic Napolitan location In the center. I felt very welcome and supported by the host in every way. The apartment has everything you could possibly need to make yourself breakfast or even a dinner. There are several little markets very close by as well as many restaurants and cafés The value for the prize was very very good, looking forward to seeing here soon again! • Linda (7/5): Good - Apartment was clean and cozy, location was excellent. Totally recommend if WIFI connection is not a priority Not suitable to work from remote (there' s no WIFI connection and even for regular phone service the only spot with signal is the balcony)
