• Maxim (8/5): Lovely service good value for money - Rooms are clean, simple and have everything you need, they give you small toothbrush and shaving kits which save money and are very convenient, nice showers! Comfy double bed! Minibar which is actually cold! Staff were exceptional & give you a nice service and make you feel welcomed. I would recommend, only thing is location, close to Konyaaltı beach, has a gym around the corner. But a little far from old town. Staff were also nice enough to print my boarding passes, thank you x Nice amenities, nice pool

Everything was faultless, the hotel, location, staff everything was marks - From the moment I arrived, the guy on the front desk at the time, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name I wish I did because he made feel so welcome and so helpful, lovely man he was. The location was spot on and proper value for money. Rooms were lovely the whole hotel was. And breakfast. Would highly recommend and return Nothing really to say I didn’t like

Было очень шумно особенно рано утром, когда в ресторане готовили завтрак. Свет в комнате можно включить и выключить только около входной двери и это было не очень удобно. Не было прикроватных светильников. Негде было сушить купальные принадлежности

• Ekaterina (7/5): На 2-3 ночи нормально. - Приятный отель, мы искали именно в районе Коньяатлы и выбор пал на этот отель. Расположение отличное, 2я линия от моря, рядом магазин «Перекресток» , по ночам тихо, рядом нет баров/клубов. - Ремонт (особенно, электрика) в номере сделан из серии «и так нормально», розетка в ванной не работает. От других розеток и выключателей отваливаются рамки. - Сценарий освещения не продуман, нет никакого «ночного света», только центральное освещение номера. И также нет прикроватных индивидуальных светильников или бра. - Завтраки холодные, даже те блюда, которые стоят в мармитах (типа яичница, омлет, тушеные овощи, котлеты) холодные. Видимо, мармиты не работают. - Кровать очень скрипела, даже если на неё просто аккуратно садишься. - Плохая звукоизоляция. Мы жили на 3м этаже и было очень шумно, когда поздно вечером (23:30-00:00) громко разговаривали в лобби, смеялись. Как будто это было прямо за дверью.

Вместо номера с одной двуспальной кроватью поселили в номер с двумя односпальными кроватями и десятисантиметровой щелью между ними. Вдобавок и ощутимо прокуренный. Поменять номер смогли лишь следующим утром

• Bihter (3/5): Bir daha asla kalmayacağım bir işletme - Tesisin konumu dışında kayda değer hiçbir özelliği yok Fotoğraflarda geniş açı kullanılmış ve yanıltıcıydı. Her sabah camı açıp kapatmak farketmeksizin kızartma kokusuyla uyanıyorsunuz. Klimaların filtrelerini uzun zamandır temizlemiş olduklarını da düşünmüyoruz. Kahvaltılar taze değil paketlenmiş gıda ağırlıklıydı.
• Dariko (7/5): A good and fair-priced option for a one night stay - Room was spacious and clean, check-in was smooth and fast, the hotel is very close to the beach, the hotel itself is very clean as well. Pool seemed nice, but it is not heated, so it was too cold to use it, I was told. The design of the room is nice, it had a fridge and water in it. In the description of my room "a large double bed" was mentioned, but there were two 1-person beds put together with a small space between them, so definitely not a one big bed I hoped for. Also there was an ashtray in the room and it smelled a bit of cigarettes — and I haven't noticed anywhere in description that the room was for smokers, as I wouldn't have chosen it, I hate smell of cigarettes. The room is all grey, which was a bit depressing. You can also hear the water going down the pipes whenever someone upstairs or nearby uses bathroom. But the weirdest thing happened in the morning — there's an automatic curtain/window blind (you can control it with a remote control), and while I was still in bed it had opened on its own and started to go up. Luckily I was dressed (as the window was facing the street). I have reported that to the reception, so I hope this was taken care of — as it was quite scary, actually. All of the above didn't bother me much as I only spent 1 night there, but if I was supposed to stay longer — I would definitely have asked to change the room.

• Em (7/5): Modern hotel in great location - Clean modern hotel. Great location on quiet street 2 blocks from the sea. many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast buffet. Good wifi. Friendly and helpful night security guard and check-out lady. Overall very good value for money. First impressions not so good. There is a large ash-tray by the front door that attracts smokers and also makes the lobby smell. Check-in was strangely silent, no information or orientation was provided. Maybe there was a language issue. Cleaners didn't visit room on first day, and barely touched it during the remaining three. I ran out of clean towels and toilet paper.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Our 4-day stay at Sam Hotel was wonderful! - All staff, from receptionists to ladies who cleaned and cooked, were very welcoming, communicative and went an extra mile to accommodate our requests. The rooms are very modern, well-equipped and super-clean, breakfast had impressive variety and was delicious, allowing you a taste of Turkish cuisine, as well as providing a variety of more standard breakfast options. The location on Konyaalti beach is excellent, a 3-minute walk to the beach, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop from where you can easily get anywhere in Antalya and the suburbs by public transport. The breakfast was really great. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The cleaning was not done every day. The were just coming putting pillow and the bed cover and that is it. They didn’t even bother to take out the trash. I asked the cleaning ladies one day and during g our 7 day stay only one day the room was cleaned well for the rest they didn’t bother. They stuff were a bit weird. They didn’t even greet you hello, except the kitchen lady. The girl working during the breakfast had only eye for the boss to take care and didn’t cared about the other guests.

• Anastasia (8/5): Приятный отель для морского отдыха - Удобное расположение, приятный и отзывчивый персонал. До моря 5 минут, несколько бич клабов, рядом небольшой продуктовый, много кафе. Завтрак супер разнообразный, горячие блюда менялись каждый день. Убирались каждый день, мусор и полотенца, пол мыли не каждый день. Полотенца для моря/бассейна не выдают (хотя это указано в описании объекта), но можно было брать банные Бассейн к середине октября уже был прохладный, поэтому имейте в виду при планировании поездки Было много отзывов про новый ремонт - он уже не самый новый, по крайней мере в номерах, видны следы неаккуратных гостей, но это никак не влияет на общее впечатление. В душе скакала горячая/холодная вода, не всегда, но иногда получался слишком контрастный душ

В конце концов выключила его и открыла окно; - нет геля для душа, на ресепшене попросила шампунь, дали. Но прям плохой; - На второй день горничные забрали у меня половину полотенец (а я ими пользовалась); - очень плохая уборка - даже постель только раз застелили; - wi-fi работал с перебоями и сигнал был не везде.

• Kristina (9/5): - Прекрасное место, которое хочется порекомендовать. Отель небольшой и со свежим ремонтом. Он не слишком большой, что нам особенно понравилось. Была атмосфера уюта и спокойствия. Все чисто, персонал приветливый. Мы проживали 29.09-09.10 и вода в бассейне, к сожалению, была уже достаточно прохладной, поэтому не было возможности там купаться. Но все равно было приятно проводить вечера возле бассейна. Комнаты чистые, дополнительная уборка по желанию может быть хоть каждый день. Персонал был приветливый, всегда помогали с нашими вопросами. Нас даже заселили намного раньше, так как мы приехали утром. Отдельный плюс это расположение. Море в двух минутах ходьбы, вокруг много заведений, общественный транспорт так же близко, до старого города ехать 20 минут. Развлечений вокруг хватало. Завтрак тоже порадовал, каждый день блюда менялись и было вкусно. Даже самые переборчивые в еде найдут себе что-то по вкусу. Единственное, из-за чего поставила 9, а не 10/10 это интернет. Везде на территории отеля он был отличным, но почему-то именно в нашем номере плохо работал. У друзей в соседнем номере такой проблемы не было, видимо нам так повезло. Но в остальном мы остались очень довольны и с удовольствием бы вернулись сюда ещё раз.
• Paulina (7/5): Ogólnie Ok. - Lokalizacja Obsługa na recepcji na wysokim poziomie Pokoje nowoczesne Hotel bardzo ładny Basen bardzo zimny, przez większość czasu jest w cieniu i nie ma jak się nagrzać :( Nie rozumiem na czym polegało sprzątnie codzienne, kosze na śmieci nie były opróżniane, pościel nie zawsze jest zmieniana, podłoga wyczyszona powierzchownie, a pod prysznicem zostało dużo kamieni, które niestety przynieśliśmy razem ze sobą z plazy, uważam ze powinno być to posprzątane.. Jak na tak ładny hotel, sprzątnie bardzo nas zawiodlo.. tak naprawdę oprócz nowych ręczników i raz na jakiś czas zmiany pościeli nic innego nie było robione.
• Stefan (10/5): Нов хотел на одличној локацији по веома повољној цени - Све - Хотел је нов, све је ново, лепо и квалитетно. Налази се на доброј локацији у односу на плажу, ресторане и град. Радници у хотелу су веома срдачни, поготово Ердинћ са којим смо се највише дружили. Балкон је веома мали, може се изаћи на балкон, али то је то.

Хорошие завтраки шведский стол и вайфай. Особая благодарность Оксане на ресепшн за помощь. Не предусмотрено место для сушки вещей, развешивали, где могли по номеру. Не понравилась уборка. Некачественная. Все время забывали то полотенца положить, то помыть. Один день вообще пропустили уборку, а постельное белье сменили один раз за неделю отдыха.

• IRINA-DARIA (10/5): - Заселение прошло быстро, повезло - предложили улучшенный номер: большая лоджия, вид на море, две комнаты. Номер чистый. Из душевых принадлежностей самый минимум (дозатор рядом с раковиной и в душевой кабине), поэтому покупала шампунь. По поводу звукоизоляции претензий нет, хотя отель был полностью заселен. Наверное это зависит от расположения номера. Была полная тишина. Завтраки хорошие, обычные для турецких отелей. Единственное нет кофемашины, кофе в термосе. В номере нет чайника, но попросила, принесли. Есть русскоговорящая сотрудница на рецепции - Оксана, очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая. Лично мои ожидания оправдались. Цена/качество соответствует заявленным. Был ранний выезд до завтрака. Заказала ланч-бокс, все сотрудники были в курсе, но когда при выезде напомнила о ланч-боксе, его не оказалось.

Staff friendly and helpful, let us leave bags after check out. Wifi reliable but kicks you off once you’ve checked out (this is fair enough). Breakfast spread decent. We didn’t realise there isn’t a lot in the Konyaaltı area. Would recommend staying closer to the old town, but not the hotels fault at all.

• Grigory (7/5): Good ratio value - money. - Breakfast was luxury compared to other hotels in Antalya and also design of the rooms and renovation, hotel is quite modern and decent. Not much facilities, just sleep and go but again for this money compared to other hotels in this area it was good deal.

• Matúš Jambor (10/5): - We had an amazing 8-day stay at Sam Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The pool was great, most of the time we had it to ourselves, perfect for both relaxing in the sun and swimming. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety and small changes every day. Twice we had to leave early at 8:00 for tours, and even though breakfast normally starts at 8:30, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us without any problem. Roomkeeping was also great – every day our bed was made and fresh towels were provided whenever we left the "clean the room" sign on the door. The only small note is that toiletries don’t include shampoo, only body soap, so it’s good to bring your own. The pool hours (8:00 to 22:00) were a big plus, since we love an evening swim after coming back to the hotel. The location is wonderful, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and bars, and just a 4-minute walk to the beach. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had – highly recommended! Small suggestion for the hotel: it would be great if you could add photos of the breakfast on Booking, since it’s worth showing and I wasn’t able to find it anywhere before our stay.
• Miriam (8/5): Good value for money overall. - Close to the beach, had a pool, clean hotel, comfortable stay. Smoke alarm had a bright light that flashed frequently and was disturbing at night time when trying to sleep. When we came back from morning run, cleaners were in the room and a tshirt we had left on the bed must have accidentally been taken with bedsheets as they gathered things up in a hurry when we returned but we didn’t manage to get it back!

• Morena (3/5): Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Our experience was negative, and we will not be returning. - The pool is a great option for days when you don’t feel like going to the beach, especially when the temperature outside rises above 40°C. Fresh towels are provided every day, which makes the stay more comfortable. Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. Breakfast quality was poor, with very limited options. The only acceptable choice for me was milk with Nesquik. The staff behaved unprofessionally at times, often laughing and talking behind guests’ backs. Communication was also difficult due to the lack of English knowledge. The noise isolation in the rooms is very bad. We could hear people talking, shouting, and doors slamming loudly throughout the night. One night around 2 A.M., a guest was yelling at reception, and we could clearly hear it even from the third floor. The room itself had an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable.

• Morzal (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mit einer angenehmen, familiären Atmosphäre in einer super Lage in Konyaalti - Wir waren für eine Woche im Sam Hotel als Familie und haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt : ) Das Personal ist sehr lieb und es ist schön, jeden Tag die gleichen Menschen zu sehen, es hat sich sehr familiär angefühlt. Vielen Dank an Fatma, die Managerin, für deine Herzlichkeit, aber auch Menschen wie Rozerin, die uns jeden Morgen so freundlich beim Frühstück empfangen haben. Frühstück war lecker und hatte genug Auswahl. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Strandpromenade (vor allem abends ist es dort sehr schön), sehr viele Restaurants, Cafés & Co, Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln usw. Die Altstadt war so ca. 20 Min entfernt. Es wäre schön, wenn die Zimmer besser ausgestattet werden könnten, wir hatten nur in einem Zimmer (zufällig) einen Wasserkocher, kein Bügeleisen, Mini Kühlschrank hat etwas Probleme gemacht (war zB laut in der Nacht). Trotzdem ging es und damit kann man auch leben :) Ein Gast war nachts sehr laut und hat Stress gemacht, da hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass das Personal schneller reagiert und eingreift.
• Igor (9/5): - Hotel is very new. Breakfast was incredible, a masterpiece of cooking art. Room is designed in modern style of simplicity and efficiency; the number of shelves, surfaces, drawers are enough and to spare. The window louvres has double layer - in and out of the room, by that it provides absolute darkness and silence if you want. Location is fine, 5 minuted walking to perfect public beach. A lot of shops, cafe, restaurants are nearby. Reception , cleaning team are helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby is quite good to work with laptop and for meetings if you need that. The safe was disabled, I was told that is same in all rooms of hotel. Some small things as shampoo and shower gel are not supplied, the available one is kind of universal liquid for all occasions in bathroom. The fridge door is not convenient to open and close. Personally for me that stuff is not of great importance because the major things are on the high level.
• João (8/5): Would book again - Location - short walking distance from the beach, restaurants, local bus stop to go anywhere. Staff - not overly expansive but very nice people. Room - with a nice balcony and a small fridge to keep cold water and some food. Shower - the hot water in our room was inconsistent (I told this at the reception but it wasn’t fixed). Fridge - its electricity is attached to the room’s electricity, which means when you take the card out it will turn off (we had to throw food away because of this). This can be solved if you leave one of your cards (same size of a credit card) in the room in the place where you normally put the room card. Cleaning - sometimes at 9am, others at 5pm, some days not showing up at all. One day they took the card that was keeping the electricity on, and we had to throw more food away.

• Elisabetta (7/5): A pleasant stay 5 minutes away from Antalya beaches - It’s in a good location for the beach, not for Antalya centre, the area is full of restaurants and cafes. Very clean!! Comfortable bed. The swimming pool is small but we enjoyed it on a very hot afternoon. Breakfast was fine with a good variety of food. Comfortable seating areas in reception and by the pool. When you enter, it looks quite grand and elegant but then you realise it’s plastic all around. The tables at breakfast could be placed better, instead of long rows and with some people having to face a column. There is an unnecessarily sophisticated system of remote controlled double blinds which makes it complicated to simply open a window. No bedside lights, there’s a switch next to the bed but it’s for the central lights. Difficult to get the right temperature for the shower and once you do, it may change to cold or hot again. I wish to add that we still had a very pleasant stay here.
