• LM (6/5): Vacaciones Tokio - La ubicación la cama esta bien aunque hubiera sido mejor una doble q dos colchones individuales la cocina no se podia usar bien es de gas era mejor vitrocerámica, algunas noches habia gente haciendo ruido y no pude dormir bien. lo malo que no hay persianas y la cortina no cubre bien todo asi que te va entrar luz del dia pronto. es un 4 sin ascensor ya lo sabia pero la escalera esta un poco mal, y la puerta de abajo de la entrada no tiene cerradura puede entrar cualquier persona.

• Atharva (10/5): - The stay was good and the staff were kind and friendly with us as well as cooperative with our requests as we checked out early they helped me to get the route to the airport as my flight was very early in the morning and we had to leave early too

Spacious house. Washing machine in the house (and around the corner if you're picky). Thank you! lack of lift to 4th floor (as many have mentioned)
• junko (6/5): 静か - お風呂快適でした。 マンガもありました。 あまり掃除ができてなかった。 チェックアウト後荷物預かりをしてくれると言っていましたが、実際チェックアウトの時にはスタッフさんが不在でどうしたらよいか分からなかったので結局荷物を持って出ました。

• Araceli Cortes (10/5): - Shu fue encantador! me ayudó en todo aquí en el alojamiento me ayudó a llamar por teléfono para saber de un equipaje que aún llegaba y había enviado días anteriores, no sé quién me atiendo por el chat Pero me ayudaron en todo momento la ubicación está excelente a solo una cuadra de la estación de asakusabashi aunque hay que compartir el baño está cómodo ya que la ducha y la habitación estaban en la planta alta y solo había que bajar al baño pero algunas veces solo estábamos nosotros fue muy cómodo lo recomiendo ampliamente. El tamaño de la habitación es aceptable más grande que las de hoteles.
• 錢 (8/5): - 地理位置很棒，附近也很安靜，房間也很大，不管是買東西、吃飯、娛樂或是出行都很方便，房東人也很好，到住宿的第一天就推薦附近好吃的給我們。 就是只能爬樓梯上去有點可惜，入住還好，可退房那天行李比較重，下樓梯會有點困難，特別是像我走到腳痛的……除了這點外其他都很棒！

• Seatehnoobworld (7/5): It’s alright - Good air conditioning for the summer, good space in your room. You’re allowed to leave your luggage but your still have to vacate your room by that time. There are no elevators if you have heavy luggage to the top floor and to the top floor room. The kitchen, bathroom and other facilities are shared. The guest rooms either have one near the living room or the other is near the bathroom and washing facilities.

• Philip (10/5): Excellent value in a great location, super close to Akihabara! - I was apprehensive after seeing the one negative review but I’m so glad I decided to look past that and stay here. The building exterior and staircase is quite old, but the actual room was excellent and very comfortable. This is the top floor of an apartment complex that has been converted into a guesthouse. There are individual rooms with their own keys and you get a remote to open and lock the front door as well. The bed was sooooo comfortable compared to most in Japan and the staff was very friendly. Bunches of complimentary items provided for your use. You also have free use of the washing machine and detergent is also included. Highly recommended!! A bit close to the train station which might bother some people, but I find that kind of noise peaceful.
