• Marianna (10/5): La perfezione - Posizione fantastica a 2 passi a fermate bus e metro, ristoranti e bar vicini, anche senza glutine. Palazzo bello, appartamento meraviglioso! Pulizia perfetta, letti comodi, 3 TV enormi,.grandi spazi e luminosità. Silenziosissimo Laura e la sua famiglia sono host perfetti. La nostra nuova casa a Roma!
• Rosalie (10/5): Hébergement idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou famille - La situation proche des transports, la propreté, le confort du logement (grand, bien équipé), accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire qui était à notre écoute tout le long du séjour) Pourquoi pas prévoir un grille-pain et une grande carafe (ou théière pour pouvoir infuser du thé). Mais cela reste vraiment un détail
• Anna (10/5): - Appartamento collocato in zona servitissima: metro A dietro l’angolo. Negozi, bar e pasticcerie a pochi metri dal portone. Spazi ampi in cui sono state previste le comodità che ti consentono di trasformare un giorno di lavoro in una piccola vacanza e in un confortevole momento di attenzione a sé. I proprietari gentilissimi sono la ciliegia su questa torta. Grazie mille, alla prossima!

• Christine (10/5): This was a home from home accommodation.Just perfect - Location, location, location it is everything !!!and this was perfect for what we wanted . Next to the metro providing us with easy access to central Rome . I loved the little touches such as complimentary drinks even a bottle of red wine..fabulous !!!! The hosts were easy to contact ,and replied promptly ,which was just great when you are unsure of where you are arriving. We loved everything no complaints at all ..

• Ayad (10/5): - Besonders gut gefiel mir die Gastfreundschaft des Gastgebers. Er war sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung war grossartig, komfortabel und sauber. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, was unseren Weg schnell und bequem machte.
• POLYCHRONIDIS (10/5): - Πολύ καλό και περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα. Πεντακάθαρα με πολλές παροχές και οι διαχειριστές πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Είναι δίπλα σε σταθμό του μετρό και έχει κοντά πολλά καταστήματα εστίασης και αγοράς τροφίμων. Συγκρινοντάς το με αντίστοιχο που μείναμε στη Βερόνα είναι μέρα με τη νύχτα.

• Malwina (10/5): Exceptional - I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, perfectly situated right by the Colli Albani metro station in Rome! It was an absolutely fantastic choice for our stay. First off, the owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome and cared for. The apartment itself is a gem: spacious and equipped with high-quality amenities. A huge plus was finding basic essentials like coffee, tea, and toiletries already stocked, which really smoothed our arrival. The Colli Albani location was ideal. Being outside the main tourist hustle, we got to experience the authentic Italian atmosphere and local life. Plus, there's an amazing pasta shop right nearby that we highly recommend! If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located place with a genuine Italian vibe and wonderful hospitality, this apartment is a must-book. We'll definitely be back!
• Therese (10/5): Exceptional - The owners were very supportive when our travel plans were disrupted by a dust storm in Turkey causing delays in arrival time. They stayed in touch and did all they could to help. They were amazing! The unit was very comfortable and close to the metro making it very easy to get around a Rome. Highly recommended!

• Karin (10/5): Great place to stay if you want to explore Rome - We are a family of 5. This was a very convenient appartment. The metro station is just around the corner, a private parking garage is available (parking on the street seems impossible), the building has a (small) elevator, the appartment has everything you need (umbrellas, coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, extra blankets, airco, etc), also it was clean. Finally the hosts are a lovely couple. They communicate well and they even helped carrying our luggage to the room. I can really recommend staying in this appartment! The sound isolation was not 100% between appartments, but for us this was not a big problem. There were some normal sounds, nothing excessive.
• Luke (10/5): Pleasant apartment located next to Metro Station for easy travel. - The apartment is located extremely closely to Colli Albani Metro Station, making it easy to get in and out of Rome Centre and the attractions. There are bars, restaurants and shops all in the immediate vicinity. The hosts were kind enough to meet us at check in and check out so that there was a convenient handover of keys. They were extremely helpful and readily contactable. The apartment itself had all the necessary amenities, (including air conditioning) and there were differently weighted duvets available in accordance with the temperature. There was a generous living space great for downtime in between exploring the city and the whole place was clean upon arrival. There was nothing really to dislike. Location, furnishings, and appliances were all available and working correctly. The check in and out was flexible and easy.

• Monika (10/5): Most comfortable place and helpful owners - There was possible early check-in (9am on 28th of December). This is bright, spacious and very comfortable apartment about 5km from the center of Rome. Everything was clean and exacly like on the photoes.There are: the dishwasher and the washing-maschine, the hairdryer, the coffee-maker and the capsules, tea was included. Laura and Adolfo are really helpful and hospitable. There is very good connection with the "Centro Storico" thanks to the metro station: Colli Albani (line A - about 20 minutes to Coloseum, Vatican, Spain Stairs) and bus depot. It's so close to the oldest road to Rome: The Via Appia Antica, Circus Maximus, The Quo Vadis Church and the Baths of Caracalla (20-30 minutes by bus). Plenty of restaurants and groceries are in the neighbourhood. I strongly recommend this place to book for holidays in Rome.
