Lisa (1/5): Absolute Frechheit! - Für dieses Zimmer und die Nacht von 26. Juli auf 27. Juli 2024 in der Stadt Essen habe ich 99,00 € im Voraus bezahlt (Abwicklung über Klarna), konnte jedoch dieses Zimmer nicht beziehen. Die Schlüsselausgabe funktionierte nicht und telefonisch war diese Person nicht zu erreichen. Telefonisch erreiche ich leider unter der von dieser Person hinterlegten Handynummer nach wie vor niemanden. Es erfolgte auch seit meinem Anreisetag keinerlei Rückruf! Ich bin richtig sauer und werde meinen Anwalt mit weiteren Schritten beauftragen!!
LOKA Speditions GmbH (7/5): - Lage war OK. Die Buchung war dem Vermieter nicht bekannt. Gab es scheinbar einen Übermittlungsfehler zwischen Booking.com und dem Vermieter. Wir mussten dann warten bis die Reinigungskraft kam, war etwas unangenehm.
