Un petit Hic : le voisin du dessus vivant la nuit malgré le message de copropriété précisant la nécessité d'être discret entre 23h et 7h. La solution : les bouchons d'oreilles.

Propietario muy atento y amable. Piso con un tamaño perfecto para 4 personas. Volvería a alojarme aquí. Sólo eché en falta un microondas.

• Justyna (9/5): - Mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację - bardzo blisko stacji metra, Agory, Akropolu, ulicy z mnóstwem kawiarni i restauracji, a jednocześnie trochę na uboczu. W odległości kilku kroków świetna piekarnia i sklep spożywczy. Mieszkanie składa się z kuchni połączonej z salonem, łazienki i dwóch zamykanych sypialni. Wszystkie pomieszczenia są świetnie wyposażone. W całym mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto. Kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona. Przed przyjazdem i w czasie całego pobytu był świetny kontakt z właścicielami - bardzo szybko dostawałam informacje i odpowiedzi na moje pytania zarówno na bookingu, jak i na WhatsApp. Nie mieliśmy problemów z dostaniem się do mieszkania - bardzo dobrze został zorganizowany system odebrania i oddania kluczy.
• Anna (10/5): - Lokalizacja jest super, blisko do niebieskiej i zielonej linii metra, blisko do Akropolu, całkiem spory sklep na przeciwko. Apartament jest dość duży, są 2 osobne sypialnie, łazienka i salon z aneksem kuchennym, jest smart tv podłączone do internetu, można się zalogować na netflixa, youtube, bardzo nam się to spodobało. Jest farelka do ogrzania się i 2 klimatyzacje. Bardzo czysto, czysta pościel i ręczniki. W lutym było dość chłodno wewnątrz, fajnie byłoby dostać jakąś kawę/herbatę albo olej do smażenia. Jednak jest to mega tania oferta jak na taką lokalizację, także w tej cenie nie mogę na nic narzekać.

Lokal czysty, pościel pachnąca. byliśmy w styczniu, kaloryfery były zimne, ale na wyposażeniu mieszkania były 2 przenośne kaloryfery, to nam wystarczyło. Obok mała piekarnia w sam raz na pyszne śniadanie. Nie do końca udało nam się odkryć działania klimatyzacji - być może jedynie funkcja grzania jest problematyczna.
• Felix (9/5): A very nice stay in Thissio. - Excellent location 11/10! The apt. was very clean. Access to it was very easy and the host was very communicative. We had a very good time. That is why I rated it 9/10. It needs to be a bit better equipped. A few more kitchen utensils would be nice. We could have used 2 tbs spoons of oil and a bit of salt/pepper/oregano/paprika etc. 20 euros of investment in these would make it from 9 to 10/10 :)

Küchenausstattung spärlich. Ein Minitopf und eine zerkratzte Minipfanne. Beleuchtung in Wohnzimmer und Küche.

Staff super kind, helpful and available to help with any request. Overall the apartment needs a little of a refresh. The road facing the rooms is quite noisy.

Bardzo blisko piekarnia, 200m sklepy spożywcze, restauracje z dobrym jedzeniem, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, osoba szybko odpowiada na wiadomości i pomaga w razie problemów. Czysto, schludnie. Mieszkanie na drugim piętrze. Zbyt mała winda, nie zmieści się wózek z dzieckiem, wózek trzeba wnosić po schodach.

• Wendy (9/5): Lovely unit, great location - The location was fantastic--a quiet area not far from restaurants, within walking distance of the Acropolis and Thisio train station. Air-conditioning was appreciated as respite from the hot weather. Washing machine was also appreciated. Convenience store only a couple of blocks away for food supplies. Email instructions to retrieve the unit keys hadn't arrived by the time we left Dubai, and I forgot to check before leaving the airport. Fortunately we were able to ring staff and get the information. Warning: there is no lift so you have to carry luggage upstairs.

The interior is very well equipped. The space is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! N/A

• Susan (8/5): A fantastic location, excellent value, fine for short stays. Could be a little more homely. - A really excellent location and very good value. Clean, with mosquito screens and a balcony accessible from all rooms. An iron, hairdryer, washing machine provided. Also some basics like a washing-up sponge, liquid and clothes-washing tabs. Great communication and a willingness to be flexible on timings which was much appreciated. Also, a large apartment which can accommodate families. The comfort level (sofas, chairs etc) could be better. I opted not to use the double bed because, for me, it was too hard - although some will like that. I booked this accommodation quickly at the end of planning several weeks in Greece and really appreciated the excellent value for the money. But, overall, I found the decor a bit depressing. Could be uplifted a little. There were comfortable chairs on the balcony which was great.

• Yakupova (8/5): Very good - The appartment is really big and comfortable, you have everything there. We stayed two nights and it was perfect. The only one thing - the hot water in shower was coming out of the tap slowly (or was not at all on our last night), but I guess it is problem in the Athens in general since we noticed it in restaurant’s or cafe’s bathrooms.

• Kocow (9/5): Superb - I found a delightful bakery just 10 meters from where I'm staying, offering a variety of Greek bread, snacks, and coffee. The Acropolis is within easy walking distance, and I came across numerous restaurants along the way. The Thissio metro station is also nearby, providing quick access to stylish, budget-friendly restaurants that's sure to leave lasting memories around the entrance to Ancient Agora and the vibrant Flea Market near Monastiraki Square. It's not located in the heart of downtown, so the streets from Thissio metro station to the residence might be empty after 8 PM on weekdays. Therefore, it would be better to check in earlier if possible.

• Goran (10/5): An excellent apartment for a tourist tour of Athens. - If you want to walk from Syntagma Square to the Acropolis, this apartment is ideal. Kerameikos, Athens Agora, Hadrian's Library, Plaka, Psiri, restaurants next to the Agora, streets full of souvenirs - every place can be reached on foot. Tisio metro station is 200 meters from the apartment. A supermarket is at a similar distance. An excellent bakery, with coffee and sweets, is 20 meters from the apartment. The building is older but not unpleasant. Excellent communication with a very businesslike but also relaxed and charming lady who replies to messages in 5-10 minutes. She organized a transfer for us from Piraeus to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport and the drivers were very precise with the arrival time. We had a pleasant stay in Athens in this apartment. A bed in a smaller room could have a small memory foam insert over the mattress. Not everyone will like the bathroom. It is not dirty, but it is the oldest part of the apartment.

The beds were very uncomfortable, old and the pillows were trashed. The kitches was very poorly equiped. there was only a spatula for cooking no other kitchen utensils. I was staying for 17 days and cooking and had to purchase my own pans and utensils. Very disappointing. there was no microwave. The walls were bare except for one mirror in one bedroom. The Couch in the living room is very old and poor quality with no comfort.

• Simon (9/5): Fantastic location to explore Athens, friendly and helpful hosts and reasonable cost - The host was very helpful - they were available via whatsapp and helped to book a transfer from the airport (I recommend doing this through them). The location is terrific for exploring the city by foot and the neighbourhood seems safe. A bit of dust and dirt under big furnishings (e.g. the spare bed, which we moved next to the sofa bed, so was the only reason we discovered this).

The space was enough for us three with a nice balcony. The host is amazing with excellent communication and making sure everything’s is ok. Recommend some modern furnishings but everything was very clean and orderly. The kitchen was very helpful but Some small touches like having sugar and some instant coffee would be nice.
