- Jenny and Alan (8/5): - Location and roomy. Be aware the apartment is hard to find.
It’s down a one lane back street with very poor signage. Could easily be fixed with name and number on the gate. It didn’t help our host was over 40 minutes late from arranged meeting time and had the keys.
Apartment on the fourth floor (no lift) and no parking so stressful trying to unload suitcases while double parked - the drivers in Naples are aggressive!
The apartment is surrounded by local residents so could get very noisy.
Kitchen utensils were basic. Again easily fixed.
- Debora (9/5): - Personale molto accogliente! Camera fantastica

- Abbas (8/5): Decent place to stay for a night - Comfy beds
2 air conditioners
Clean rooms
Host was kind enough to let us in before check in time
Easy access to metro and train lines
Useful kitchen
Good design for greeting
Restaurants and shops nearby Area is not the best one. The dirtiest and noisy compared to other sides.
Make sure you check coffee machine water reservoir before to use it. When I was there it was super dirty
Smelly toilet room. I think it had some chlor smell from canalization. I always kept the door closed
Definitely not suitable for families with infant or small children. Consider that there is no elevator and it is last floor
- Vagic (10/5): Valerija is a wonderful host – so hospitable, kind, and helpful. The accommodation is in a great location, the rooms are - Everything was great. I have no complaints.
- Daniella (8/5): Overall, the apartment was lovely, but the hosting experience really impacted our stay. - The apartment was much bigger than I expected—there was enough space for everything. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great. It had everything you might need, like an iron, a hairdryer, and a huge closet. The toilet was a bit tricky to use at first, as I had never seen this 'button system' before, but we got used to it after a while 😁 All in all, this apartment is really great value for money, and we enjoyed our stay there! The apartment itself was great, but the check-in and communication with the host left a lot to be desired.
When booking, I didn’t notice that check-in was only available until 18:00. I travel frequently and usually there’s a key box, or keys can be picked up from a nearby location—or at the very least, the host is flexible. While I was already on the plane, I received multiple messages from the host asking about our arrival time. We landed at 17:50, and the host immediately called me, saying that because of a big football match that evening, the streets would be closed. She insisted we take a taxi, and warned us that if we didn’t arrive on time, she wouldn’t let us in 😅.
I found this completely unacceptable. Everything had already been paid in advance, and being shouted at over the phone just minutes after landing in a new city is not how anyone wants to start their trip. We rushed to find the bus stop and hurried to the apartment stressed, only to end up waiting for the host for another 20–25 minutes—so I’m not sure what all the urgency was about.
Yes, I understand the match may have caused traffic disruptions, but as a host, it’s her responsibility to offer alternatives—like a key box or another way to access the apartment. Flight times aren’t always flexible, and delays happen. Telling guests they might not be allowed in despite full payment because they miss a narrow 4-hour check-in window in a tourist-heavy city is just unreasonable.
Another unpleasant moment was when the host asked my 26-year-old friend if she was my mother (I’m 24). It was rude and inconsiderate.
Then, the night before check-out, the host started calling me repeatedly at 22:30 and 23:00 to ask what time we’d be leaving. Being contacted that late at night during a vacation is quite inappropriate. If this information is really necessary, it would be much more respectful to ask during the day or simply send a message. We could have already been asleep.
- Sopbau (8/5): Very good -
- Danica (8/5): Lovely base for going into pompi or other areas - The apartment was perfect for a bases and easy connections for train lines, but it has a lot of stairs and I mean I lot over 70
- Amin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Izabela (8/5): Very good - Big room, available kitchen with equipmemt. Bathroom a bit stinky.
- Zsófia (9/5): I would def recommend it. Great place to stay in Naples. - It was great. Perfect location, kind owner, spacious and comfy. There were some kind of black out curtains but they are not the best so the sun shines in the morning.
- Andri (10/5): Perfect - Clean Nothing
- Theresa (3/5): No service by rude host - The apartment itself was okay. The beds so-so, but our stay started off with having to wait 1 hour in 37 degrees Celsius because the owner was late and didn't even bother to let us know, so we were just standing on the street not even sure if we had found the right address. Overall, the service was non-existent. We were 3 people, but there was only 4 bags of coffee for the espresso machine. Also beware that the apartment is located on 3rd or 4th floor with no lift.
- Viliam (9/5): The nice good equipped apartment for those who want to enjoy the Napoli. Be prepared for the stairs! - The apartment itself was very nice and equipped with all you need for the stay. Located quite close to the airport - it takes about 15 minutes by bus + 20 minutes of walking.
Keep in the mind that it is located on the top floor - 3rd floor - but prepare for a lot of stairs.
There are small supermarkets around + restaurants. The prices are affordable there.
It is possible to also park on the street for free but suggest to use the paid parking (25 eur/day).
The owner is very helpful, we had some issues with the rental company and the lost luggage - helped us with the communication. The apartment is located on the top floor with the narrow stairs - prepare for many stairs 😀. We were 20+ kg suitcase - it took me a while to bring it to the apartment.
Outside of the buildings and the buildings around are not very well maintained. The inside of the apartment is the different world.
- Anja (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious, clean and we had everything we needed. The host Valeria and her mother were so nice and helpful! :)
- Aaron (9/5): Highly Recommended! - The apartment is very spacious, fresh, clean and cool (A/C). The property owner was extremely helpful, providing a map and instructions of what is available, how to get there etc etc. once in the accommodation you feel very safe and secure, with gated access to the courtyard below before climbing (alot) of steps to your apartment. Naples is crazy, scooters everywhere tooting away at all hours of the day, and a buzz that never sleeps, hundreds of people, children on motorbikes, eating, drinking galore but the accommodation takes you away from this allowing a peaceful night's sleep ready for the adventure of the next day.
- Tiivi (7/5): Great location, cozy and clean apartment, very nice owner. - Although the surroundings (the streets) were a bit daunting in the beginning, the apartment is in a perfect location - everything is quite nearby and you can reach everything by foot. The apartment is clean, cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped, it has a balcony, sweet neighbors and a very nice and helpful owner. The requested extra bed did not have any linen. The toilet stopped working (no water to flush). The apartment had a very intense room perfumer which was very hard to tolerate even after it was taken out. Some sewage smell in the toilet.
- Izabela (8/5): Very good - It's very modern, full of light and nicely decorated apartment. The bedroom is spacious with high ceiling, so the temperature was comfortable. Beds have good, soft mattresses. Kitchen is well equipped and even seasonings are included. It's convinient location although the street is a bit shabby, although it's a standard in that area. We appreciated that windows don't face the street so we could have some privacy and some break from the street noise. Unfortunately the toilet is very smelly, the strong, unpleasant smell was difficult to stand. I think it's because of the old drain system and probably there is not much to be done. The only thing I would ask the owner to improve, is to buy better pillows....the one we could find in the apartment were the hardest we have ever seen, really it was difficult to get a proper sleep ;)
- Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - This flat was incredibly nice. Pristinely clean, which was great for my partner who has dust allergies. The street it was on was a little bit busy, but we couldn't hear any of the noise from it in the flat. The owner was very nice and helpful, and answered all our questions. An overall great stay :)
- Bogomilov_g_b_i (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. The apartment is very nice, clean, and cozy. Everything was fine.
- Markéta (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and very comfy. It is a lovely place to stay in the historical centre of Naples. Thank you for everything, we would love to come back. ❤️ Everything was perfect. ☺️
- Claudia (7/5): Good - The host is very nice and helpful, the kitchen fully equipped, the room spacious and nice looking, bed comfortable. The place was kind of far away from the center and the metro only works until like 10/11pm. Closest metro station is 10min walk away. Area didn‘t look really inviting. Having to carry up luggage several floors up by stairs.
- Karel (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located right in the center of Naples. Everything is in a walkable distance. It is bright and there is a balcony. The kitchen has all the things you need. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back. The neighbours can be a bit loud at times but that’s not something that could be changed easily.
- Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Great accommodation in a great location. The apartment is practically in the center, but we still had our peace, considering that it faces the courtyard side. Our host was extremely kind and helpful with great advices and she was here for everything that we needed. Thank you :)
- Mirjana (9/5): Superb -
- Josipa (10/5): Excellent 10/10 :) - The host was very kind and helpful. She explained everything to us.
The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean! We were welcomed with food and drinks. Honestly, the best accommodation I've been in so far :)
- Marvel (10/5): Very clean and in a nice quiet area not too far from some good locations -
- Anna (10/5): Perfect flat in the city center - This apartment has everything that you need for a perfect stay at Napoli. Well equipped (cutlery, pan, small oven, coffee machine and electric kettle). Flat was very clean and spacious, it's close to the historical area of Napoli, local markets and cafés were nearby. Contact with Valeria was great.
- Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accomodation in the heart of Naples!
The rooms are large and you have everything you need. The host was very nice and helpful, gave us some insights and was easy to checkin/checkout.
It felt like home and we’ll be happy to come back! Loud neighbours
- Laila (5/5): Passable - The location is good, central and close to many things. Neighbors can pass through the balcony of the flat into the main staircase , they’re loud at night as if they’re in the bedroom with you. We hardly had a good night sleep. Incredibly bright white lights everywhere (not the cozy look as in the photos) and the smell of sewage is very strong whenever you use the bathroom.
- Kochia (9/5): Spacious apartment - The hostess is very friendly and puntual. She gave us some information about Napoli and a map. The apartment is spacious. There are some bread, snack, water provided which we are so appreciated. Recommend for people who travel light because there is no elevator. Overall is a nice apartment. The shower is a bit disappointing. The water pressure is quite slow and even with the slowness the drain doesn’t work very well. After few minutes, it forms a little pond. Apart from that, everything is on point.
- Hai (10/5): Perfect Naples stay - The place was spotless, with a very nice welcome basket prepared and everything was just perfect! The landlord lady is very warm and patient, not only showing us the room facilities but also the main tourist spots with the nice map to help us. I loved the kitchen, as we prepared our own breakfast those days in Naples! The neighborhood itself is very convenient, close to everything you need! I would definitely stay there again! Everything was perfect
- Mathilde (10/5): Modern and neat apartment :) - The house was extremely clean, completely new and had even air conditioning. Every detail was nicely presented and there was water in the fridge, and little snacks for the breakfast waiting for us. The metro was just a few minutes walking distance away. Valeria is a very helpful and generous host, you can tell she enjoys being a host and helping her guests making them feel comfortable. This is not specifically about the apartment: when we arrived at first we weren't sure whether we were in the right place, because the apartment is located in a side street of the main road and the smells there are intense and the street seemed a bit shady. However, after a few times walking to the apartment, we realised the street was actually safe and we got used to the surroundings.
- Ivana (10/5): A nice stay in Napoli - Valeria, the host was really welcoming and nice. The apartment is spacious and has everything you would need for a short trip. It even has a tiny balcony, but it is shared with neighbors so it’s not really private. The neighborhood is very calm and cleaner in comparison to other parts of Napoli. Grocery store is just around the corner, there is a very nice market (fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish) and a famous pastry shop. The city centre and famous restaurants are 20-30 min walking distance. There are not many coffee shops or bars to go to in the evening.
- Krystyna (10/5): Very nice apartment in a great central location. - Very modern hotel style like apartment, clean and quiet. The 3 flights of stairs, lol. Actually this was not a big issue for us as we enjoy walking.
- Jasulis (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is causy.
Good price and quality rate.
- Miklenda (8/5): Very good -
- Ken (10/5): Exceptional - It was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Lots of room and a cool patio.
- Marcel (8/5): Very good - The host, Valeria is exceptional. The staircase up to the fourth floor, no elevator
- Jonas (10/5): Exceptional - Great service from a very nice family. I enjoyed the neighborhood that had a great atmosphere. My flight was cancelled and Valeria was very helpful in the reorganization i had to make.
- Tomáš (10/5): Exceptional - Valery and her parents were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. We would love to choose from different types of pillows, those were little bit high and hard for us.
