• Lizbur (10/5): Descanso perfecto - Las instalaciones estaban muy bien para tomar el sol y descansar en el frente. La habitación muy cómoda para todos. No hubo mucho ruido y pudimos descansar. Todas las personas del staff muy amables nos ayudaron con todo desde que llegamos y estaban muy pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. El desayuno estuvo bueno. Si hay restricciones de agua y luz porque es una isla pero es muy entendible y no nos afecto. Todo estuvo bien.

Hay que caminar unos 10 min para ir a donde se pueda bañar tranquilo Se cortaba la luz en la noche quedando un calor insoportable en la habitación. Había cucarachas en la habitación que salían de los agujeros de la pared por las noches. El desayuno muy pobre con 3 trozos de bananas y las moscas no te dejan comer. La ducha un hilo de agua bañarse imposible. La puerta del baño rota. Sábanas manchadas. Pague por un servicio de traslado me mandaran un vehiculo, avise teníamos maletas 3 y mandaron un Kia que entraba solo 1 en el maletero y viajamos apretadicimos como animales. Solicite un auto más grande para el regreso la encargada interpretó lo que quiso y le dijo a la dueña que dijimos que nos estafaron y pedí explicaciones y no dio la cara. Al regreso me mando otro Kia más nuevo que era más grande el maletero y entraron 2 maletas.
• Collao (4/5): Problemas con los precios, el mobiliario y la limpieza - la ubicación frente a la playa habitación muy pequeña para 4, no cerraba la "puerta" del baño, se cortaba la luz constantemente sin poder usar los ventiladores, había moscas y cucarachas en el lugar. El agua que salía de la ducha era poquita. El desayuno eran dos pequeñas arepas con huevo revuelto, 6 trocitos de fruta y la mitad de taza de un café americano. No había agua para los huéspedes. La cabaña tenía agujeros por donde entraban cucarachas del exterior, el entorno tenía mucha basura. El precio señalado en booking estaba mal supuestamente y nos lo subieron al reservar. Al momento de irnos y pagar unos café helados consumidos no nos querían cobrarlos como 2x1 siendo que la publicidad del lugar así lo señalaba. En el día decidimos estar en otros hostales para consumir y disfrutar. El acceso al mar justo al frente tenía muchas rocas.

• Johana (1/5): Dejan en muy dudosa credibilidad la app que elige promocionar estos sitios. - La publicidad es falsa, y publican un precio y después que se llega a la isla le cobran otros valores aprovechando que ya uno está allá. Las fotos no muestran lo mala estancia y lo mal hotel que es. Las instalaciones, el aseo, y no especifican los valores reales cuando se llega allá cobran lo que quieren diferente a lo promocionado, y no es lo que muestran. Publicidad falsa.

El personal es super amigable y te atiende como en casa, la comida es variada y rica. Honestamente sorprendidos por lo hermosa que es la cabaña y la playa justo al frente. Durar solo un dia :(

• Daniela (3/5): - La playa Lamentablemente nuestra experiencia fue realmente decepcionante. En tres oportunidades solicitamos desayuno: los dos primeros llegaron incompletos, recién el tercero fue entregado como correspondía. Esto demuestra una falta total de organización y atención al huésped. A esto se suma algo inadmisible: las habitaciones no cuentan con cortinas, lo que generó una situación de total falta de intimidad, ya que trabajadores que se encontraban en el sector contiguo podían ver directamente hacia el interior de la habitación, incluso hombres, exponiéndonos a una situación incómoda, inapropiada y completamente evitable. Por otro lado, siendo un establecimiento ubicado al lado del mar, no cuentan con materiales ni espacios adecuados para cuidar la ropa mojada(habia una madera el baño que te mancha la ropa). Como consecuencia de esto, mi conjunto de baño quedó completamente arruinado y manchado, sin que nadie se hiciera cargo. Pero lo más grave ocurrió anoche: a mi hijo se le cayó un cuadro mientras dormía, le cayó en la cara y lo lastimó. Ante una situación así, el establecimiento no contaba con ningún botiquín de primeros auxilios y, peor aún, nadie se preocupó por verificar el estado del niño ni por brindar asistencia básica. La falta de reacción, empatía y responsabilidad fue total. Pagamos por un servicio que no estuvo a la altura en ningún aspecto. No fue una estadía placentera y, lejos de descansar, nos llevamos malos momentos, pérdidas materiales y una situación de riesgo que jamás debería ocurrir en un alojamiento.

• High (9/5): Superb - Rafael and Sol we’re just wonderful. Tjhe proximity to the beach and ocean were great. The staff was so helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from the airport, including a van and taxi boat, as well as boat transportation the next day to enjoy the islands and go to our next hotel destination. So nice! Flies at breakfast.

• Kimberly (5/5): Locally run hostel, nice people, some changes would benefit hotel - The beach in front is pretty nice, and the room was good. The staff try to be accommodating and frequently check in with you. The breakfast the second day was better - eggs and some hot corn cakes. Generally, this area isn't very supported by the government, so if you know that going in, that you might be roughing it a bit compared to Cartagena or other fancier locations on the beach, you might be okay. For example, the power did go out in the middle of the night, so the fan turned off. The hotels rely on solar energy, so there is limited power. I think they also rely on rain water. The hotel helped me arrange a plankton tour and island tour, which were overall good. The island tour started pretty late compared to when I was told to be ready, but then it ran later so, it worked out. Just generally, things didn't always start on time or happen when I thought they would. The car ride there by land takes a very long time and the roads are not good. I advise you to take a boat. I was told it would take about an hour to get there and it definitely took more like 2 hours. The WiFi was not always available - you have to rely on the cell phone hot spot of the staff. Arranging the boat away, I was told I should start waiting for the boat at 2:30pm and instead I left at 4. So just be aware that travel away can take a while. There isn't potable water to drink at the hostel, so you have to keep buying bottled water. I would recommend that the hostel buys a water dispenser for guests. The water coming out of the common bathroom sink is salty, so not good to brush your teeth with it. I didn't eat much of the food at the hostel, but it seemed expensive compared to some of the other locations. One morning, the staff weren't there at the hostel and it took a while to figure out when breakfast would come. There were bugs, so be bring bug spray if you are someone who gets bit, often.
• Meredith (10/5): Excellent service and very clean - The service is amazing, the rooms are unique! The entire place is perfect for photos. I loved the tree swing! You can see the sea and relax. One of the few places that have a party some days, they play music and keep the bar open late if there's party. Everything was perfect.
• Seppa (9/5): Superb - This was a very special place. Right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean, good food and comfy beds. But the best is the manager Rafael. He is de kindest person ever and helped us out with everything we needed. Thanks Rafael for making our stay so memorable!! This is not a luxury resort, but a very local stay. So only cold water and not to much pressure. But for us that added to the charm!
• Anci (10/5): Lovely place !! - I fell in love with the place, everything is perfectly arranged; in other words, if you love music, you will love this place. Everywhere you'll find spots for great photos, and the staff is very friendly. Oh, I almost forgot, taking a nap in the hammock with the beautiful sea view was great. Everything was fine, understanding that you are on an island with limited services, this cabin is one of the few that has solar panels to provide electricity and has regular drinking water in the bathrooms.
