• katalin (10/5): Kellemes, udvarias házigazda. Ha van hely csak itt foglaljatok. - Frédérico a tulajdonos korrekt, kellemes, udvarias, segítőkész, figyelmes... mit írhatnék még. Nincs nála jobb házigazda. A szállás központi helyen van, átlagon felüli tisztaság, a fürdőszoba sok melegvízzel, konyhahasználattal. Bőséges reggeli, sok gyümölcs. Nem lehet kifogásolni semmit. 10 pontból 15-t adok.
• cristina (10/5): - Gostamos Muito de tudo. E o senhor Fred é fantástico. É muito mais que um Host🥰 Sempre Muito atencioso, foi buscar-nos ao aeroporto,passear conosco,. Um pequeno almoço maravilhoso. Agradeço de coração tudo e quando regressar vou ficar na casa Fred Parabéns!
• Patrick (10/5): Fabuleux - Quel plaisir d'être accueillis par Frédéric : A l'aéroport, visite de Mindelo et tour de l'île, bar panoramique pour assister au coucher de soleil, restaurant typique avec musiciens. Des discussions toujours intéressantes sur l'île et les cap verdiens. Frédéric est toujours disponible pour rendre service. L'appartement est très bien placé, proche du centre ville et des animations. RAS
• Mari (10/5): Nice place in good location, great value for money! - The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the wifi worked well. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that would have been available for cooking but we chose to eat out this time. The breakfast was included in the room price and it was very good and generous. No issues with shower, there was plenty hot water. Washing machine was available for use. Parking was easy in front the building, and there was a gas station across the road. The location was good, 10-15 minutes walk to the ferry port, short walk to grocery shops and to a great bakery-cafe. Easy check-in and very good communication with the host. Payment was possible in escudos or in euros. The host was very friendly and helpful and offered us a lot of useful information about the island. We had a great stay and would stay again. Nothing to complain, we had a great stay.

Fred vous renseigne sur toutes questions concernant la vie locale et peu éventuellement vous accompagner pour une visite locale suivant sa disponibilité. Aucun point négatif.
• Andrew (10/5): Best place to stay in Mindelo - Perfect place to stay and couldn't ask for more. The value is incredibly high. Fred welcomed us and was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay with local tips, and organising a taxi and just generally being very thoughtful and taking time to help despite the language barrier. The house was super clean and is in a perfect location near to the beach, shops, the centre, ferry terminal, bars with live music etc. The WiFi was also very good and the best we experienced in Cape Verde. We enjoyed the breakfast and felt very comfortable. Thank you so much Fred Nothing it was perfect
• Ana Miguel (10/5): Estadia incrível na casa do Fred - Adorámos a estadia na casa do Fred. Fui com uma amiga e sentimo nos sempre muito seguras e bem acolhidas. O Fred foi extremamente atencioso, sempre preocupado com o nosso bem estar. O pequeno almoço foi preparado com muito cuidado e as sugestões de locais a visitar fizeram toda a diferença. Sentimo nos verdadeiramente em casa. Recomendamos.

• Ilaria B. (10/5): Un francese a Mindelo - Siamo capitati in questa struttura la notte del nubifragio. Fortunatamente la casa di Fred non é stata toccata. Chi viene a dormire qui, soggiorna a casa sua. Perfettamente organizzata, grande e pulita. Il gioiello é Fred stesso: un francese sposato con una signora locale che é rimasto a vivere qui e porta avanti questa attività, oltre a creare gioielli per i bambini di Mindelo. Ha un cuore grande e fa una colazione strepitosa. Grazie mille! Assolutamente niente, tutto benissimo, solo un po' di traffico sotto la camera che dà sulla strada.
• carole (9/5): - Le confort de l'appartement en général et des chambres. Bon emplacement stratégique entre départ des aluguers et plage de Laginhas. Frédéric est quelqu'un de profondément gentil avec un grand sens de l'hospitalité et du partage. Telle la Gazette, il connaît tous les potins de Mindelo, qu'il affectionne et qu'il vous fera visiter si le cœur vous en dit. Merci Fred pour ta générosité! Situé sur une rue passante, malheureusement on entend assez les bruits de circulation. Toutefois des bons bouchons d'oreilles et le tour est joué.
• Liam (10/5): The Best in Cape Verde - Fred, the host was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and showed me around Mindelo. The room, bathroom and kitchen were top quality and I would give it a top ranking. Breakfast was also delicious. This was my favourite place in Cape Verde.
