Максимально располагающий персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в любой ситуации и ответить на все вопросы. Завтрак на террасе с приятным видом, мы наблюдали дельфинов после завтрака с балкона террасы! Наш номер находился прямо у лестницы и было шумно. Это было дискомфортно.
• Валентина (10/5): Просто пожелание - если большая компания на завтраке, поставьте лучше сразу двойную порцию, что бы люди не чувствовали с - Очень удачное расположение до всех достопримечательностей, но при этом в очень тихом переулочке, куда не заезжают машины, не ходят туристы и не слышно ресторанную зону. Персонал замечательный, каждый день менялись полотенца, в номере всегда чисто! Советую безусловно данный отель, административный персонал безумно душевный! Спасибо большое, вернемся к Вам обязательно! Завтраки для меня чуть сомнительны, нас было 4 человека и нам на стол ставили те же наборы закусок, что и для одного - грубо говоря 2 колбаски, 2 сыра и тд. Управляющая нам говорила, что всегда можно попросить дополнительно, но как то не особо персонал радовался нашему прибытию на завтрак, возможно, это я предвзято отнеслась, но просить не хотелось откровенно говоря.

However, they moved us into a bigger room soon after, so everything was resolved

Die stets bestens gelaunten Birol und Tolga an der Rezeption haben uns jede Frage beantwortet und sehr gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Alle im Hotel, angefangen von der Rezeption , dem Zimmerservice bis zu den Mitarbeitern im Restaurant waren äußerst freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinzu kommt die Nähe des Hotels zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir empfehlen das Hotel mit seinem Restaurant sehr gerne weiter. Alles bestens

Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ! Gerade in der Nachtzeit . Das Zimmer 202 könnten besser von der Tür nach draußen Schalgedämmt sein ! Sie hören vom Zimmer 202 die Stimmen der Gäste wenn sie aus dem Lift aussteigen!

Colazione non eccellente come avevo letto; ti arriva lo stesso vassoio con formaggio e altre cose tipiche abbastanza buone ma non buonissime e per chi non è abituato non è il massimo. Niente yogurt e cereali, poca frutta. Niente di eccezionale.

• Elmira (10/5): - Свежий ремонт в отеле, все в хорошем состоянии и красиво. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, особенно Ирина. Оперативно помогали с любым вопросом, давали рекомендации по активностям в городе. Расположение удобное, 5 минут до Ая София, а оттуда до трамвая. И столько же до набережной, где можно сесть на автобус. Отель помог с трансферами с аэропорта и обратно. Всегда угощали вкуснейшим кофе и чаем. Уборка в номере тоже была ежедневной. Завтраки хорошие, вид из ресторана невероятно красивый, каждый день из окна наблюдали стаю дельфинов. Номера маленькие, но я поняла, что в Стамбуле в основном везде маленькие номера. В любом случае нам это не помешало получить приятные впечатления от поездки и от пребывания в отеле.

• Kristy (10/5): Lovely, perfect stay for us - The staff members went above and beyond to help us arrange different needs we had. The location is excellent to visit the main attractions. We easily walked everywhere, to Galata tower, balat neighborhood, grand bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, and the mosques. It was quiet at night time as it is not on a pass through street. A 24 hour market is 1 minute away. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic…more than we could ever eat in one sitting. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace to have our meal and overlook the sea. The staff were attentive, kind and friendly. The shower was also excellent- modern and good water pressure.

I had always dreamed of visiting Istanbul, and the team at Tria Hotel made me want not only to come back to this incredible city, but to return to this hotel again. The sense of service is simply outstanding, from the reception team to the breakfast staff, every single person made us feel truly welcome and cared for. The location is perfect, with everything close by and easy to access. Even the goodbyes are thoughtful and meaningful. I’m leaving with a handmade bracelet they offered, something they do for every guest. It feels like taking a little piece of them, a little piece of Istanbul, with me.

Cómodo y limpio - Lo mejor : la limpieza, el baño amplio, las vistas al Bósforo preciosas, la grandísima atención de Cem ( el encargado de servirnos el desayuno en la terraza, súper amable, hablaba español y estaba pendiente de que no nos faltara detalle), terraza preciosa con vistas al Bósforo. Me gustó todo. Lo único pondría las sábanas más largas( pues no nos daban para someterla por dentro), pero es una tontería. Todo Genial
• Ion (9/5): This place is a gem and definitely should be your consideration. - The location could not be better: a 5 minute walk to Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque, but far enough from main streets to have a quiet rest. Very friendly stuff that tried to accommodate all our needs: early check-in, tourist guides, restaurant recommendations, help with booking attractions, sending postcards, they even gave us a small complimentary gift on our birthday. The room is a bit smaller than it looks in the photo, but it shouldn't be a problem if you came to visit the city and not spend the whole day in the hotel room.

The interior was lovely, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy the historic part of Istanbul! The main downside was that we had to call reception each time we wanted to turn on the air conditioning, and it couldn’t be set to cooling if others had requested heating. That said, we were still able to cool down the room most of the time, which was a plus. Also some parts of the room could benefit from a bit more maintenance, like the water drain in the shower.

Las habitaciones parecen mucho más grandes en las fotos de lo que realmente son, pero para lo que es, más que suficiente. En España tendría la categoría de hotel boutique por el cuidado de lo detalles y el tamaño. Todos los días te ponen una botella de agua grande y tienes té de cortesía en la habitación. El desayuno está bueno, tienes huevos fritos o tortilla francesa, una tabla de quesos y ensalada y alguna cosa dulce y salada típicas de Turquía. Resultó un poco repetitivo, al final no es un buffet libre. Nos quedamos en la primera planta. El personal que estaba por la noche hablaba en un tono muy alto y por la mañana, desde bien pronto trabaja el personal de limpieza, eso, unido a que el aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones y pasillo no es nada bueno, hizo que descansar por la noche no fuese fácil, de la calle no entra ni un solo ruido. El colchón es muy blando, pero eso es para gustos.

Το δωμάτιο ζεστό και οι παροχές τους πλήρεις.

Ирина помогла нам с трансфером, прогулялась с нами по городу в первый день приезда и сразу же дала всю необходимую информацию, и советы по тому куда лучше сходить, что посмотреть. Отдельная благодарность за заботу во время проживания и само расположение отеля. Стандартно для этого района отель не большой, но он супер удобно расположен, всё необходимое, включая несколько основных достопримечательностей, находятся в шаговой доступности. С радостью приедем с друзьями еще раз и рекомендуем вам остановится в этом отеле. Бонусом идет очень вкусный завтрак с видом на Босфор на 4-м этаже!

Room was clean and staff friendly. Was difficult to adjust rooms temperature during night. A bit too warm at the room.

• Val et Steph (9/5): Super emplacement à deux pas de Sainte Sophie et du centre historique , Istanbul est magique - La localisation de l'hôtel avec son charme, la gentillesse de tout le personnel avec une mention spéciale pour les serveurs du petit déjeuner et ceux du restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner est super très varié avec des plats locaux. La carte du restaurant est aussi à découvrir. Nous ne regrettons pas nos 6 jours à Istanbul :) Notre chambre était certes petite comme on peut le lire dans certains commentaires mais ce point nous ne nous n'a pas spécialement gêné cependant aucun emplacement hormis sous le lit pour poser nos valises ... c'est un souci majeur avec des grosses valises .... voire avec des petites … et pas de rangement hormis une penderie. De plus nous étions au second étage et heureusement sinon on avait vu sur le mur d'en face …. !! (surement à préciser sur le site de réservation).

• DAVID (10/5): - El desayuno espléndido. La atención del personal excepcional. Es un hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio que ofrece unos servicios muy por encima de lo esperado. Es un hotel pequeño pero con encanto y con servicio de restaurante con un amplio horario y una carta más que aceptable a un precio acorde con la ciudad. Todas las instalaciones parecían nuevas o, al menos, con un buen mantenimiento de las mismas Por decir algo, un poco más de iluminación no le iría mal aunque es tendencia de los diseños actuales las luces tenues.

• Dagmar (9/5): liebevoll geführtes Altstadthotel - Sehr,sehr sauber, netter Empfang mit Kaffee und beim Auschecken kleines Geschenk. Unser Flieger war so früh und wir durften schon um 8.00 Uhr ins Zimmer und da Frühstück dann noch nicht inkludiert war, wollten wir bezahlen, wurden dann eingeladen Das Zimmer war unglaublich liebevoll gestaltet aber doch sehr klein, gerade so ums Bett und dann leider ziemlich dunkel, wenig Tageslicht da es auf einen Innenhof, eher mehr ein Lichtschacht mit Feuerleitern, ging. Jetzt im Winter für 3 Tage, 2 Nächte vollkommen i.O. aber im Sommer muss das furchtbar sein.

• Sam (9/5): Fabulous stay - The location was fabulous, so close to everything in the old quarter. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and the hotel and room were gorgeous. We had breakfast included in the hotel and it was a delicious Turkish spread which was served on the rooftop with a lovely view out to the Bospherous. Thank you Tria Hotels for a wonderful stay! The food in the restaurant was delicious, but we felt dinner was very overpriced for a similar quality even in the most touristy priced areas.
• Mariam (9/5): Beautiful and charming hotel right in the heart of Istanbul. The staffs are very accomodating. - Everything If i have to mention anything, that would be the bed mattress. It was a bit on the hard side so I woke up with back pain. Apart from that, everything else is good.
• CHUN (10/5): - The breakfast were excellent ! And The service is very friendly ! Location is perfect for walking to those famous attractions , and it is nice to close to the ocean!

• Martin (10/5): Perfect visit to Istanbul! - We had such a nice time staying at the Tria Hotel Istanbul - Special Category. The location was perfect in the heart of Sultanahmet as we could easily walk to all of the top sites. Our room had lots of windows and provided us with a nice view of the Bosphorus Strait and Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel staff treated us so kindly. Fatih, at the front desk, greeted us by name whenever he saw us and Birol took amazing care of us each morning at breakfast. Tolga, also at the front desk, was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend the Tria Hotel Istanbul - Special Category.
• Claudine Wattrelot (9/5): Parfait pour visiter Istanbul - Charmant établissement très proche de Topkapi, Aya Sofia et la Mosquée bleue que l’on peut donc visiter à pied. Beaucoup de cachet car c’est un bâtiment historique mais ce que nous avons surtout apprécié c’est un excellent accueil et un personnel très gentil et toujours disponible pour des conseils et répondre à toutes les demandes. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de me préparer un gâteau d’anniversaire au petit dej et aussi de nous apporter une bouteille et une corbeille de fruits dans la chambre. Le petit dej pris dans le restaurant avec vue magnifique sur le Bosphore était excellent varié et très copieux. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits et il était différent chaque matin. Je ne regrette absolument pas ce choix d’hotel qui nous a permis de passer un séjour agréable à Istanbul. La chambre était un peu petite et manquait de rangements mais était très agréable quand même. Le restaurant où nous avons diné deux fois proposait de bons plats mais un peu chers.

• Sue (10/5): This cozy boutique hotel’s location and care make it a great find! - The location, amazing restaurant and included breakfast, warm and helpful staff and immaculate cozy room were wonderful. The room was very compact with no view at all but we did have everything we needed.
