Jarvis (3/5): Good spot if you want to party 24/7 and dont like sleep. - Location. Spacious. Clean. Everything you neeed. Loud music until 4am EVERY NIGHT from the bar below. Impossible to sleep. Ok if youre there t9 party every night I guess. Also room wasnt ready. No towels. Laundry hanging in main room. Super expensive bar.
AJ (4/5): Good for short walks to town/ bad sleep. - Place was well kept and clean, facilities worked and was in a good location for quick trips to old town attractions. We stayed for a week and the main thing to take note is that if you are easily woken in your sleep this is not the place for you, located around many bars and nightlife buildings there is a lot of surrounding noise and the walls are not soundproof therefore it kept us up quite a lot. Also the amenities we had to buy ourselves as the place barely had anything, etc toilet paper, kitchen roll, scarcity of drinking water in the filtered tank.

Wioletta (7/5): LOUD but LOCATION PERFECT! - Location is amazing, right in the heart of Old Town so easy and enjoyable walking distance to main sites, restaurants, shopping.. everything! The staff were wonderful, highlight was the late check out when we left - GREATLY appreciated - Thank you! They provided fresh drinking water when we ran out, more saucepans and frying pans and washing powder so we could use the washing machine in our apartment. The apartment was spacious and had lovely windows so we could have fresh air all day long. The apartment had a lovely “Old Town” character, which is what we were after. LOUD… VERY LOUD & OFTEN ! I underestimated the previous reviews on this, so that’s on me but the music from either neighbouring venue or Bar downstairs was loud until 1am almost every night of our stay (13nights) Between this, party people, taxi’s radio or motorbikes/cars. We did buy ear plugs to get some sleep, this helped. The beds were comfy enough, pillows were ok, kitchen was sufficient, bathroom shower was not good (leaky and poor pressure). Kettle had build up from tap water (we used saucepan to boil water). Dishwasher was not emptied from previous guests and not working properly. Couch and cushions were a bit dirty and the walls could use some attention. Overall I’d say dated and could use a thorough clean and freshen up.

Haris (10/5): Perfect place to stay in old town - Loved the host and the place. It’s perfectly located in old town with most of the main attractions near by. Happy that we choose this over multiple places we filtered out.
Wei Koon (7/5): Good stay for group - Good size for our family of 4 with older children. Location inside old town with easy access to town shops and marina and tour pickup. The reported pub sound issue was less than I expected which was a great relief. Toiletries not provided, just lotion. The shower head is broken. The kitchen is poorly equipped - not even enough glass or coffee cup for 4. It has some spices but no oil. We bought some eggs and ended up just microwaved them. The sofa is really uncomfortable, really - which defeats the purpose of a seating space I had wanted.

Host was good but wasn’t always available

Taxi stand is outside apartment near the main road. The apartment was exactly liked it was in the photo and well equipped. We loved the choice of nearby restaurants. You can hear music from nearby bar but this didn’t bother us, the apartment is in the centre so we expected it to be lively.

The music is so loud that the building vibrates this went on for 4 out of 5 nights that we were there for. There was no information on the Booking.com site regarding this. The rooms are NOT sound proof. The furniture is not comfortable in general; the kitchen is ill equipped- not a dishcloth or tea towel; the couches are too low and uncomfortable; the kitchen bench - unable to sit at it as no leg room; the towels were brand new but never been washed - not very absorbent. Claims to be luxury accommodation - it is not; the entry foyer is untidy and full of cleaning equipment
Olga (2/5): Loud music in the bar downstairs till very late night (1AM); feels like no sound isolation at all. If you plan to get re - Central location. All in all apartment looks good and stylish. Kitchen is relatively big and probably would be comfortable for cooking. Noise is terrible. It felt like being in the centre of night club. Very loud music till 1 AM at night. Impossible to sleep! We were super tired and couldn’t get rest before our flight. I was travelling with my mom, who is elder person, and sleepless nights impacted her health negatively. I was considering changing the place to sleep. Also when we arrived it seemed like no one was expecting us to come. We had to wait outdoors so that apartment could be prepared. I was asked to pay, even though Payment was done with Booking. So I was trying to explain the situation and show my reservation. All in all it felt like clean, especially kitchen, but towels were wet. Bathroom is really small. Chairs need cleaning, there were visible dark spots. There was no communication through booking, no one responded my message and I didn’t have any other contact person.

Host Kaan was absolutely brilliant very accommodating and easily reachable via WhatsApp. Would definitely stay here again.
