The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is a good value for money and I definetely recommend it! Breakfast could have offered more variety.

Do atendimento dos funcionários: todos se esforçaram para nos atender bem, mesmo com a nossa dificuldade em falar alemão! Das áreas comuns do hotel: tudo limpo, organizado e bem decorado! Espaço de TV, restaurante, recepção muito bom mesmo! Do quarto: camas, travesseiros e cobertores macios, banheiro grande e bem limpo, superou as nossas expectativas!!! Faltou um pequeno frigobar no quarto para as bebidas. Nada que atrapalhou a estadia maravilhosa em Frankfurt!!!

Es gibt einen sehr netten Barbereich mit gut gemixten Cocktails Hi Gestört hat uns ,dass es keine Möglichkeit gab Kleidung abzulegen. Ein oder zwei Regalbretter wären schön. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit im Zimmer Medikamente oder ein Getränk zu kühlen.
- Alexander (10/5): City-Trip nach Frankfurt - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Messe ist praktisch um die Ecke und in die Innenstadt benötigt man auch nur ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten. Die Skyplaza-Mall ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Nette Restaurants sind unmittelbar zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Ein allgemeines Problem vieler Hotels sind die Gebühren fürs Parken..

- Manuel (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist im Vergleich zu den weiteren Hotels im Europaviertel sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. An einem Morgen war der Frühstücksraum sehr überfüllt und das Personal mit dem Nachfüllen von Frühstücksprodukten überfordert

The automatic closing/slamming of room doors caused the shaking of all nearby doors/walls. The breakfast area was not big enough, not enough tables; therefore were the people scattered all around the relaxing area during the morning “rush hour”.
