JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Katarzyna (2/5): Very poor condition of the flat and no air conditioner. - Not much The place was dirty and dated. Air conditioned didn’t work and on the last day of the stay we were provided with fans.

Paola (7/5): It looked much better than it actually was - The location was fantastic. Also the fact that there were 2 separate apartments made it very easy to leave together and have moments of full privacy. It was not particularly clean. From Both apartments the coffee machines were missing. Many lamps were burned, in the pink apartment all bathroom lamps but one were burned, the microwave oven did not work, the kettle was extremely dirty, the shutter in the bedroom did not work and the bath door was broken. I had asked the manager to fix at least the lamps and send us coffee makers and although they promised to do so they never appeared. Both houses were not clean either. The bathrooms were dirty. There was no coffee, sugar or salt which I consider a must have in rentals, but ok I bought them all and left them in the apartment. The managers didn’t allow earlier check in although they asked me the time of arrival to make it more convenient. And in spite of the discomfort caused by all the above they didn’t even offer a complimentary later check out.
