Tristan (5/5): Nice location overall was disappointed - Location was great, apartment was fine. Not good value for money. Didn't have any toilet paper or soap, had to go and buy them.

Lilija Monika (9/5): - Perfect place to stay when you attend courses in Freie Waldorfschule in Kassel. Edeka shop, cafes and a nice lake, also Hercules park is at hand. The apartments had everything one needs for a few days or longer stay. And if the weather is good you can have some tea or coffee in a beautiful garden. If you arrive by car, you can park it in the back yard. The apartment was very cold when we arrived. Also some of the beddings had a strange scent.

Jörg (10/5): - Wir haben nur dort geschlafen da wir auf einer Hundemesser waren. Es war ruhig und sauber. Die Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend. TV Waschmaschine Geschirrspüler alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht war vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Hund darf man nach Absprache ohne Probleme mitnehmen,..
Claudia (7/5): - Super Lage in direkter Nähe zum Bergpark, schnell erreichbare Tram für Anschluss Richtung Stadt. Schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung. Badezimmer mit Wanne ohne Duschvorhang oder Abtrennung aufgrund einer Schräge - daher Duschen nur im Hocken möglich, wenn man nicht das ganze Bad fluten möchte. Doppelbett recht schmal.
Keil (1/5): Raucherwohnung - Nichts gutes Die ganze Wohnung hat nach Rauch gerochen, leider kein Verständnis dafür gehabt und bekommen trotz nicht Belegung kein Geld zurück...
Antje (8/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt am Berkpark Wilhelmshöhe - Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch die Hunde waren sehr relaxt.
Incobus (7/5): Für kurzen Aufenthalt gut, top Lage, leider ein paar Beanstandungen - PRO: - Top Lage, wer die Nähe zur Therme und vor allem zum Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe sucht - Schlüsselübergabe easy, Kommunikation vor der Anreise super - Sehr große Wohneinheit mit einem tollen Ausblick - Preis-/Leistung trotz einiger Beanstandungen top, da vergleichbare Objekte in der Gegend deutlich mehr kosten - Sauber - Bequemes Bett + Matratze! :) - Kalt - Heizkörper sind voller Luft und werden nicht richtig warm. Gerade der große Wohnraum bliebt sehr kalt, selbst mit Pullover - Vermieter wurde diesbezüglich kontaktiert - Leider keine Reaktion des Vermieters auf unseren Hinweis, dass die Heizungen entlüftet werden müssen. Das dauern ja kaum 10 Minuten. - Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung minimal - Dunstabzugshaube ohne Funktion. Kochutensilien so gerade vorhanden, aber nicht einmal eine Suppenkelle oder ein Brotmesser. Restliche Messer stumpf. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt wie bei uns also okay, für länger, sehr müßig.
A.B. (5/5): Ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage - Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Couch komfortabel. Positiv ist auch der Parkplatz mit Rolltor und Fernbedienung. Die Küchenausstattung ist schlecht, kaum Geschirr und Töpfe. Keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen ect.,kochen ist dann im Kurzurlaub eher nicht möglich. Bäder sind ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig.
