• Antonia (4/5): - L’emplacement La piscine n’est même pas comme sur les photos. Il s’agit d’une piscine gonflable et en plus de ça il n’y avait pas d’eau dedans. De plus la chambre est sur le toit, on n’avait l’impression qu’on allait s’envoler avec le vent qui faisait un bruit horrible toute la nuit. Nous n’avons pas dormi. L’hôtel est sans doute mieux pour les chambres d’en dessous, sans la « piscine »

• Itziar (5/5): Bona ubicació però manca molt manteniment a les instal·lacions. - La ubicació als afores de Queparo, en mig d’un camp d’oliveres i a 10 minuts de la platja caminant. El manteniment de les habitacions deixava molt que desitjar. L’armari estava mig trencat i no tancava bé. La llitera de dalt estava fatal i vem haver de baixar el matalàs i un dels meus fills va dormir amb el matalàs a terra per seguretat. No hi havia aigua calenta. El preu no estava malament, però si comptes que no inclou l’esmorzar tampoc està tant bé… Els llençols i tovalloles una mica velles. Els llits no eren molt còmodes.

Malgré une réservation confirmée par Booking, nous avons dû les relancer pour être sûrs d'avoir notre chambre ''de luxe'', très grand lit, vue sur la mer et terrasse. Nous avons bien senti en arrivant qu'ils étaient embêtés, avaient déjà dû donner notre chambre et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre avec un lit 140 défoncé, sans vue et sans balcon. Vu le prix que nous avons payé, c'est du vol, et c'est inadmissible .

• Petra (6/5): - Měli jsme rezervovány dva apartmány s terasou, která byla opravdu velká a prostorná. Na naši terasu měli přístup i jiní hosté. Paní majitelka nás prosila abychom na terase nic nejedli (byli jsme dvě rodiny s malými dětmi). Možností kde jíst, byla venkovní jídelna s kuchyní. Tyto dvě místa oddělovaly tři patra. Dokážete si tedy představit komfort s dětmi. Jako plus beru, že jsme mohli využít venkovní kuchyně. Paní majitelku jsme měli neustále za zády, kontrolovala nám děti, kam jdou, když začali běhat a řádit, napomínala je, aby byly zticha. Zároveň nás při snídani upozorňovala ať nešoupeme židlemi. Na terase chybělo místo k sušení ručníků a plavek. Není zde šňůra ani sušák.

• Liaigre (3/5): A fuir ! - Le confort des lits L’hôte était pas très courtoise du moment où j’ai commencé à lui parler par message (elle voulait que j’annule ma resa sans me donner de solution sous prétexte que booking avait beugé). Arrivée sur place on a même pas eu un sourire. On loue 3 chambres de 4 personnes on se retrouve avec une chambre de 5 avec un lit de camps, une chambre de 4 et une chambre de 2. On prend un logement avec piscine et spa, grande tristesse de découvrir que les deux sont vides et avec des têtards. Pour couronner le tout à 11h elle frappait à nos chambres et est même rentré dans certaine en nous menaçant de devoir payer la nuit d’après pour que nous partions rapidement (nous sommes partis à 11h10).

• Pedro (3/5): Terrible experience - The location is ok and in a walking distance of Qeparo’s beach. But overall the experience was terrible. The owner son tried his best but the mess was huge. At the arrival we were given the wrong room were we slept the first night. That made us move the next day with all the logistics that a family of four requires. The most anoying aspects came from the fact that there we never had warm water for the showers, also the flush didn’t work and when going for breakfast the only option was toasts with eggs. We really regret having booked this “guest house”.

Cucina eccezionale tutto fatto in casa da Irini e le sue collaboratrici,bio a kilometro zero.Raccolto direttamente dal suo giardino. , tanta ospitalità, molto premurosi e gentili.insomma tutto fantastico. Consiglio vivamente. Andate da Irini , Vi sentirene davvero in famiglia. Parlano italiano,greco e inglese quindi Nessuna difficoltà da questo punto di vista .le camere molto pulire con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Noi abbiamo affittato le due camere al ultimo piano con le due terrazze con tanto di piscinetta e jacuzi ,un sogno per i nostri piccoli .Abbiamo passato un ottima vacanza Pensiamo di tornarci senz'altro ancora Manca ascensore

Qëndrova këtu për punë në jug të Shqipërisë dhe pata një përvojë shumë të mirë. Stafi ishte jashtëzakonisht mikpritës, bujar dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm të ndihmonte me gjithçka që kisha nevojë. По итогу - в qeparo есть отели лучше и дешевле чем этот

Freundliche Besitzer, englisch und griechisch sprachig. Ausstattung o.k.. Leckeres traditionelles Frühstück gegen Aufpreis erhältlich - nach individuellen Wünschen serviert im überdachten Innenhof (Außenküche).

• Pavel (10/5): Great accommodation and very warm and kind owners. - We spent 7 amazing days in this accommodation. It is a family business. In addition to accommodation, they also grow olives and produce olive oil, which cannot be compared to the one from the market. The owners were kind and took care of us as if we were their own. We will remember this vacation with joy and we hope to come back next year. Our daughters will want to pet the dog Ari and the cat again. And I will enjoy the magic tea and the wonderful salad and home made marmelade from figs, that the lady was preparing. If you are looking for a human approach, excellent food prepared from home ingredients, go here. I apologize to Ioannis (and his mother - she had to clean it) for making him drunk with plum brandy. :-) Nothing.

• MELANIE (10/5): Endroit magnifique. Belle vue et logement propre - Le cadre est magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'accès à la plage est proche. Il y a possibilité de commander des repas sur place, ou juste boire un verre dans la cour. Nous avons pu réserver le dîner et le petit-déjeuner, fait maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, l'hôte s'est aperçu qu'il y avait eu un problème avec notre réservation qui avait été annulée. Ils ont pu nous trouver une chambre et ont été adorables. Je conseille de vérifier quelques jours avant votre arrivée que la réservation à bien été prise en compte.

Hanno tanti animali meravigliosi, cani gatti galline,un grande parcheggio tutto immerso nel verde, si mangia benissimo la colazione è ottima e fatta dalla mamma tutte le mattine, le camere sono enormi e pulitissime. Avremmo voluto restare qui per tutta la vacanza. Scegliete questo posto !!! .

• Sara (7/5): Bene, ma non benissimo. - La struttura è molto pulita, lo staff è molto cordiale e parlano in inglese molto bene. Per chi è amante della natura sarebbe un posto perfetto. Vi consiglio di fare lì colazione, davvero molto buoni i loro ‘pancakes’ con marmellata homemade e feta, piatto tutto da scoprire con sapori unici e delicati. Io non sono amante della natura, avevo scelto quel posto solo per avere la terrazza con la piscina e la vista mare, ma abbiamo avuto una stanza vista montagna col balcone. Non avrei mai scelto un paese in montagna se non ci fossero stati questi servizi. Vi consiglio di contattare la struttura prima di andarci, così da capire in quale stanza andrete. Ps attenti quando andate a Borsh, non girate MAI dove c’è la casetta, ma proseguite fino al benzinaio, quella è una strada senza uscita sul ciglio della montagna senza guardrail che vi dà maps, abbiamo rischiato la vita

• christophe (10/5): Hâvre de paix au milieu des oliviers - Nous avions lu beaucoup de commentaires de toutes sortes avant d'y aller. En ce qui nous concerne, Irini, Denisa et tout le personnel ont été très agréables avec nous. Par ailleurs, nous avons pu échanger avec le mari d'Irini lors d'une soirée où nous avions la chance d'avoir à la table d'à côté un albanais parlant également notre langue. Cette soirée a été riche pour en apprendre davantage sur certaines coutumes et sur la vie en Albanie. Nous avons pris nos repas du soir à la guesthouse et les plats proposés étaient copieux et à des prix tout à fait corrects. Enfin, ce que nous avons adoré est l'emplacement au milieu des oliviers. Un vrai bonheur d'admirer ce paysage sur le balcon. Tout en étant à la "campagne", on reste assez proche de Qeparo centre et de la plage et on a une vue imprenable sur Qeparo village du haut. Pour conclure, nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous en avons l'occasion. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que l'heure prévue mais nous avons néanmoins pu laisser nos affaires dans la chambre, juste avant qu'elle ne soit nettoyée, afin de pouvoir aller nous promener. C'est déplorable de voir comment certains touristes laissent la chambre derrière eux... Certes, une femme de ménage passe à notre départ mais on se doit d'être un minimum respectueux des lieux en laissant l'endroit tel qu'on le laisserait chez soi (ne pas laisse des feuilles de papier toilette partout par terre autour des WC, réunir tous ses déchets et les mettre dans la poubelle...)
• nadege (4/5): - On ne sait pas, nous n'avons pas dormi dans ce lieu. Il se trouve que le gérant a fait du surbooking. Nous étions 2 familles et une des chambres a eté annulée. Le proprietaire nous a logé dans une chambre d'un hotel a côté. La chambre avait été booké depuis plusieurs mois. Nius voulions annuler mais booking a repondu a nos messages le lendemain!. Attention donc, pas tres fiable

• Biorentina (2/5): - Es war anders als in der Fotos gezeigt wird , Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig, die Gastgeber dennoch sehr unfreundlich, da wier mit Kindern und selbs gekocht haben, waren die Gastgeber ser ungemütlich vermutlich wollten das wir bei denen zu essen kaufen,ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Besonders die Gastgeber, waren ser unfreundlich, und die Konditionen sehr schlecht, die Anlagen waren alle kaputt.

И цены демократичные ниже чем в ресторане. Были за время отпуска и в разрекламированых местах ривьеры Саранда Ксамил Влера. Лишний раз убедилась какое шикарное место мы попали в Кепаро. Рекомендую для уютного отдыха с детьми и просто с любимым человеком это.то что надо. И еще что не маловажно есть приват парковка. Это кто побывал в Албании очень большой плюс. Рекомендую. Всем хорошего отдыха.

They drove us to our next accomodation and to many beautiful beaches. We loved our stay so so much. I loved everything about it. Irini and her sons are so generous, and Denisa was so beautiful and accommodating.

• Monique (9/5): Fijn appartement geeund door hartelijke mensen. - Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw Irini. Zij heeft zelfs een maaltijd voor ons bereid. Ze beschikken over een fijne binnentuin waar je heerlijk kan zitten en wij onze fietsen konden parkeren. De keukenuitrusing in het appartement. Wij konden daardoor geen thee zetten.

• Horn (10/5): - The Family is so nice and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful mountain view! And the selfmade bread for breakfast was Delicious. We even got Tea when we werent feeling Well and got a ride to himara :)))
• Deniz (10/5): - - The location is stunning, nestled in the middle of an olive forest. The beach is nearby, and the road leading to it is fantastic. We met Klodi and Detijon, the brothers who manage the place. They are extremely helpful, open-minded, and intelligent. We learned a lot about the region from them. They generously allowed us to use the tavern's kitchen, grill, and oven, and they kindly offered us tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables from the garden. In short, we had an amazing time in Qeparo thanks to this place, its people, and Ari.

• Pascal Agha (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno - La posizione e perfetta, un agriturismo siutato tra le Montagne, ma comunque a due passi Dal mare e anche dalla movida Di Himara e Porto Palermo. Le camere Sono spaziose e accoglienti, dotate Di tutti I comfort e la vista sugli oliveti Dal balcone é spettaccolare. IL personale e molto attento e accogliente, pronti a venire in contro Alle tue esigenze e offorno anche la possibilita Di mangiare li, Cosa Che consiglio molto, IL cibo é tradizionale e abbondante, con ingredenti freschi, preparato da irini in persona, e come mangiare a casa Della nonna! Consigliatissimo, ritorneremo sicuramente

• Fabrizio (1/5): Stare lontani da questa struttura - Nulla Nulla. Per iniziare.... Struttura non segnalata. Telefono non contattabile... Poi arrivato nella stanza trovate mutande sporche nel bagno, cestino con bucce di frutta ammuffita e maleodorante. Nel terrazzino scatola aperta di cibo per cani e cicche di sigaretta in terra.. cose forse li da mesi. Mancanza di acqua calda. Che altro aggiungere? Dovevo stare 3 giorni e sono andato via la seconda notte per disperazione. Ho chiesto se, viste tutti questi disagi/ inefficienze ci potesse essere una "revisione" del prezzo per notte ma mi e' stato risposto di no. Non basta (da parte del figlio dei gestori che ho trovato sul posto) dire che la madre che e' il gestore della struttura e' fuori, in Grecia, che lui sta soltanto lì a lavorare a fare il carpentiere, etc.etc Se ci sono queste condizioni la struttura non si lascia disponibile su booking e si affittano le camere: si toglie da booking.

• Telha (10/5): - In the middle of a beautiful olive garden and just a few meters away from the stunning beaches of Qeparo and close to those of Himara, Irini's Olive Garden is a pearl of authenticity and serenity that I highly recommend for a typically southern Albanian feeling.
• Andi (2/5): Scammers!! - The location is great Don’t let the photos fool you. We booked the most expensive room listed, however, upon arrival we were placed in a room with a broken AC, uncomfortable beds, etc. After we spoke with some other guests, we were informed that our booking price was 40% more than the normal rates. On top of not being offered the room we chose, a 40% markup, and terrible hosts, we were asked arrogantly to pay more because we charged our electric car on the first day. Avoid this place!!

• Jadran (4/5): - Kraj je bil zanimiv.Tudi lastniki so bili ustrežljivi in ok Oznaka do apartmaja, (smo ostali brez interneta). Postelja je škripala ko si se obrnil, hrup ŝe dolgo v moč. Za prespat 1 noč je že, za kaj več pa ne. Opreme v kuhinji sploh ni.
• Lukas (7/5): Gut. Hier kommt man international mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. - Lage: ruhig und abseits. Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch abends Spaghetti Bolognese war sehr gut. Strand Nemo ist in der Nähe zu empfehlen. Hier ist nicht ganz so viel Müll wie an anderen Stränden… Sauberkeit (Bad) und Service (aktiver Getränke anbieten und servieren) ist noch ausbaufähig.
• Isabella (7/5): Un soggiorno tra gli ulivi - La location è immersa nel verde! Pace e tranquillità assoluta! Le stanze erano un pochino trascurate, ma si sa gli insetti in campagna non mancano mai.
• Rea (1/5): - First of all Irini wasn’t helpful and polite at all,we called her 2 hours before check in to let her now that we should arrive at 16h and she responded rudely ‘ and so what do you want from me?’ , the ´room ´ she told us to go wasn’t at all as we expected. There was no air conditipning and there was an old fridge near the bed who seamed pretty uncomfortable and filthy. The bathroom was a total mess with beard hairs all over the sink and the bathroom seamed not to have been cleaned since a while. Anyway after all this Irinis son ‘offered’ for us to wait for the cleaning lady to come even tho we were there 1 hour after check in.

• Karima (9/5): Rustgevende plek met vriendelijk personeel - We hadden op de bovenste verdieping van het gebouw onze slaapkamer en een terras met privézwembad. Je zit privé en hebt een mooi uitzicht! Beneden kun je gezellig zitten met andere mensen. Op zich niks. Het is wel een stukje van het strand Wiil je vooral tot rust komen en genieten van de natuur en bergen is het ideaal.
