Natalia (3/5): Finger weg dies Haus. Alles falsch beschrieben - Wir haben das Apartment für vier Erwachsene gebucht. In die Beschreibung steht ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit und ein Schlafzimmer. Wir haben Schlüssel genommen und mussten uns raten welche Wohnung haben wir gebucht. Von der Vermieter haben wir nicht deutliche Information erhalten. Als wir in die Wohnung rein kamen, haben wir ein Zimmer mit vorbereiteten Bett für zwei Personen und ein Zimmer mit der Küche und Esstisch gefunden. Zuerst haben wir wieder die Beschreibung bei Booking gelesen und wurde festgestellt, dass der Vermieter falsch die Wohnung beschrieben hat. Während der Telefonat mit dem Vermieter wurde ihm noch mal mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung für vier erwachsene Personen anstatt zwei Personen gebucht. Als wir die Schlafsofa ausgeklappt haben fanden wir jede Menge Müll und Speisereste. Das Badezimmer hat keine Heizung und da ist sehr kalt. Um warmes Wasser zu bekommen musste man sehr lange warten.
