• DANIEL (7/5): - On a apprécié le calme de l'appartement , la proximité de la grande promenade en front de mer et les piscines lago Martinez . On n'a pas apprécié le nombre restreint de places de parking au pied de l'immeuble , il est impossible de trouver une place . On mettait la voiture sur un parking gratuit en front de mer à 1,5 km de l'appartement ( 20 mn de marche ) . La piscine de l'immeuble n'était pas accessible . 5G
• Viktor (10/5): Super good place to stay!! - The kitchen was fully equipped and we didn’t have to buy salt, pepper or such. The bathroom had enough space for the 3 of us and even had shampoo! We were traveling with a baby and the owner gave us baby chair , bed, towels and beach equipment. In general, they were so kind and helpful! We will definitely get back there whenever we can! As the apartment is nearly at the city center, the parking was a bit tricky and one of the evenings we had to park far away. All in all everything was great about the apartment!

• Andrew (8/5): - Great location. This apartment should not be listed as having parking on-site. There are a few spaces outside but is completely luck of the draw, if you get one. Parking is a nightmare in the resort and after a day trip, we had to park over a mile away. Also very difficult to find the apartment. There is no signage & the apts are behind another block.

• Philippe (10/5): Super séjour à Puerto de la Cruz - Très bon emplacement, appartement confortable, tout y est même la crème solaire ! Super accueil, merci. Difficile de se garer, nous avons opté pour le parking du mercadonna situé à 200m, un tarif abonnement existe.
• Encinas (9/5): Tranquilidad - La amabilidad de Luz, la anfitriona, hubo un problema con la tv. y en cuanto se lo comunicamos mandó un técnico al apartamento, no hay duda de que si podemos volveremos al mismo apartamento.

• Marcin (5/5): I do not recommend - Location I had the most demanding check in experience ever. Until the day of arrival I didn’t know what flight I will take and the host was texting me every day asking for my exact time of arrival! Dear host, If you decide to do the check in in person and you include the check in times on the website, please just wait there in these times. Also - I haven’t seen the information about 150€ deposit during the booking process. I have never had a requirement of a deposit before and I felt highly uncomfortable sending money to a stranger beforehand.
• Natalia (8/5): - Lokalizacja, wyposażenie apartamentu, bardzo kontaktowa i komunikatywna obsługa apartamentu i właściciele. Materac mógłby być nowy. Suszarkę też przydałoby się wymienić, bo prawie nie suszy włosów
• igor (10/5): - Limpio re cómodo(ducha cama)bien equipado (cocina/baño) buena ubicación todo cerca (supermercado, shoping, balnearios) . Me recibieron muy bien, Mary gracias!
• Fermin (7/5): Estancia buena calidad precio - El alojamiento se situaba a un paso del centro de puerto la Cruz, con supermercados cerca. No había casi nunca sitio para aparcar. Los aparcamientos de pago eran muy caros y sino tienes que ir a aparcar muy lejos.
• Taibi (8/5): - Davvero un buon appartamento , dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. A due passi dalla spiaggia in una cittadina veramente carina, la posizione permette di visitare molto bene il nord dell’isola. Unico piccolo neo la difficoltà nel trovare il posto auto, che risulta comunque presente nel condominio, gratuito ma difficilmente libero in alcune fasce orarie.

• Valeria (10/5): Muy a gusto - Todo está en perfectas condiciones: completo, limpio y muy cómodo. Tanto Mary como Marina se destacan por su amabilidad y por estar siempre atentas a nuestro servicio.
• Paula (10/5): - Me encanta la ubicación. El departamento es muy cómodo, accesible. Puedes ir a todo andando. La piscina está genial. El personal es maravilloso. La mejor es Mery cuando te recibe. Nos han tratado genial. Queremos volver muy pronto! Al departamento le falta una batidora y una tabla para cortar, pero son cosas totalmente subsanables. No quisimos molestar y no la pedimos, pero la dueña es muy maja.

• Rosaura (10/5): - Muy agradable nuestros días en este alojamiento ,,a la llegada la señora que nos entregó la llave fue bastante amable ,nos explicó todo muy bien ,con un trato exquisito , la ubicación muy buena , volveremos !
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean appartement. Exactly as shown on the photos. Fully equipped with everything you can need - there was even coffee and washing powder. The location is perfect- near a shopping mall and the most pictoresque beach in Puerto de La Cruz. The windows are not facing the ocean but the cliff, but its is very green, besides it gives you privacy and because it is the fourth floor, it is not dark. At night it was very quiet. The staff nice and helpful. Overall if you are looking for accomodation on the north of the island highly recommend.
• Paul (10/5): Quiet and comfortable accommodation - It was convenient for all the local facilities. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage space. Our flight was late and as the caretaker was not on site we had a €30 overtime fee for her to return. She was however very nice and helpful.
