• Lubomir (6/5): Generally satisfying but don't stay there during business trips - troubles with correct invoicing. - Spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Sunblind and one chair broken at our arrival. The unlocking procedure was not exactly described for this apartment in the text messages for check-in. For the first time it was very confusing, then it was easy (but - see the video shared by the provider - it is well instructive, comparing to the text instruction). The provider has issued an incorrect invoice to us. He does not respond to emails (direct, messages through booking.com, even directly through the booking.com client line). For this reason I've recently decreased my rating, considering the provider unreliable.
• Yulia (8/5): All in all, it was still a good stay, but with a few fixes, it could be even better! - The apartment looked just like the pictures—renovated, clean, and really nice overall. The shower had great water pressure, which was a nice surprise, and the bedrooms were big and super comfortable. The kitchen’s on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed and was easy to cook in. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it! One of the rooms didn’t have a working shutter — it was completely broken, so there was no way to get privacy or block out light, which definitely took away from the comfort of the stay. Also, the internet was really slow, which made things a bit frustrating at times.

• Adrien (2/5): Rooms without blinds, broken door, very disappointing - Bonne localisation, et hôte assez réactif. We arrived at an apartment where there was no blind in one of the bedrooms (see photos). Although this was not specified at the time of booking, it is very problematic for sleeping as the daylight wakes you up. Small curtains have been installed, but they're very thin and the light gets through. Also in the bathroom, we found a door that had not been fitted. The host promised to repair the blind, but finally told us that the technician was not available. Disappointing

• Wout (6/5): Nice stay, but neglected cleanliness and no AC. - Good Location, spacious apartment with good kitchen and kitchen supplies. The building is nice and it is close to a supermarket and tramstops. The bedrooms are big and there is a small dining and sitting area. The bathroom is nice and modern. There was no airconditioning, which in the midst of summer would have been a dealbreaker if we didn´t assume that there was one. There were fans tho, which made it bearable. Also the provided towels were dirty and the floor covered in dust and hairs, which is not acceptable from a hygiene perspective.
