Une des 2 chambres n'est pas une pièce à part entière.Le lit se trouve dans la pièce commune ( cuisine et salle à manger). Pas de cloison pour séparer cet espace.L'autre chambre est petite et sans fenêtre.Le lit de cet chambre n'est pas confortable en raison d'une barre ressentie en plein milieu.Il manque des équipements pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bains.Le WC n'est pas fixé correctement.

• Inma (8/5): En general bastante bien. - La ubicación está muy bien y el apartamento muy amplio. Eché en falta algunos utensilios más en la cocina: solo había un cuchillo que cortase bien, no había sal, azúcar, aceite... las tazas para desayunar son de plástico... cosas fundamentales para poder comer algo en el apartamento. Había 4 servilletas de papel contadas, y no había papel de cocina. Y en cuanto al apartamento también eché en falta alguna mesa auxiliar y luces indirectas.
• Robert (2/5): Checks minimum requirements for a rental - It was very clean, in face the floors still wet when we arrived. The location is next to a tattoo parlor and a video poker place. It’s like sleeping in a cement box, no windows other than giant one on street. I asked about parking and no one would suggest a parking garage. They only gave 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to purchase our own. The room was not made up for 5 guests even though we paid for 5 guests and registered for 5 guests, we had to make up a bed for the 5th guest. It was very starkly decorated- all white and gray, zero personality. The towels are the cheapest you can buy. It’s perfectly fine if you like 1* places and just care about budget. But if you like something else, this is my honest review to help you make your decision.

• Alina (8/5): Overall a good stay, spacious apartment - It is nice and spacious, has very basic stuff in the kitchen (and I do mean super basic, there is mot even salt in the accommodation, so better not to plan much cooking), spacious bathroom and is decent distance away from the main attractions (25-30 minutes walking) The floor was very dirty, our feet and socks turned black just from walking on the floor, which doesn’t go well with the white couch 😀 also it is quite noisy, the window is not well insulated, so you cannot hear any hear every passing person and car
• Pym (6/5): Would I return? Probably not. - The apartment was spacious, almost too big. It was very modern and a contemporary style of furnishings with a walk in shower and comfortable bed. Kitchen was equipped with a Microwave/grill and an electric hob. Electric shutters on the front were good. It was such a shame that the apartment was let down by poor quality towels, crockery, cutlery and kitchen pans. Pictures on the wall were just paper with no frames or glazing. The toilet seat was loose and kept sliding sideways. The toilet water tank kept banging against the wall as you sit down. Not great at night. The shower hose metal covering was broken. The refrigerator door shelves were broken, causing us to lose a bottle of wine which fell onto the floor and broke. The area was about 20 minutes walk from the Mezquita, being outside the old quarter. The street was noisy and dirty with no parking available as all spaces seemed taken by cars that seldom moved. The property also lacked a safe.

Tiene todo lo q necesitas para una estancia de unos días ...zonas verdes cercanas y muy muy cerca de sitios de interés, restauración y cerca de supermercados . Limpieza , orden y facilidad para hacer entrada y salida . Te responden rápida y eficientemente a las dudas y tienes contacto inmediato con la persona a cargo. Muy recomendable ...solo hay q tener en cuenta q al ser una zona central es un poco complicado aparcar ...por los demás seguro repetiremos . GRACIAS 🫂 Por poner algo y ser objetivos ...el aparcamiento es complicado si tenemos en cuenta q nos gusta aparcar en la misma puerta de los sitios 😁. Todo genial .como sugerencia , tal vez, podría tener algo más de surtido tipo, café, y cosas por el estilo. Pero es solo por decir algo 🤗

The noise feom outside as well as beteeen the stairs were too much at times, I woke up several timesin the middle of the night. The place is big but not comfortable with stairs to and from the bathroom.

Grand appartement avec une chambre et un lit dans la pièce principale La porte de l'immeuble voisin couine et claque fort. L'appartement est directement à côté, heureusement, pas d'allée/venu pendant la nuit... une lampe de chevet serait également bien pour eviter la lumière brutale le matin.

• Nemanja (9/5): Nice stay in Cordoba - It was a good stay, nice looking spacious apartment. It was clean, has all a person could need for a short stay on a good location, 15min walk from the center on one side and 10min to train station on the other. The wifi didn’t work which did stress me out because i contacted them and they couldn’t fix or provide the other. But that is fixable so i do recommend the place.

El apartamento es está situado en un lugar en el que es fácil acceder a cualquier punto de Córdoba El ruido de la calle y sobre todo de la puerta del garaje que estaba pegado al apartamento, pero eso es algo ajeno, por lo demás todo estupendo

• Denise (8/5): Well located and modern - The location from the train station was great and a lovely small park nearby. Short walk into the old town and handy for the hop on bus. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Maybe a screen for the bed area in the living space would be good. The apartment has utilised ground floor units, so there was quite a lot of noise above and with doors and traffic. Although we as 2 adults were comfortable, the lack of natural light is an issue if staying any longer than a couple of nights.

En la descripción del alojamiento pone que tiene dos dormitorios. Sin embargo, solo tiene un dormitorio separado, ya que la otra cama está en el salón.

• Elizabeth (9/5): The apartment was a great base for our stay in Cordoba and we would recommend it! - Excellent location, easy to access, good communications, plenty of space, great shower, comfy sofa. Would be good to have softer lighting for the bedroom (but this is just a minor point!)

• Irina (7/5): - The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, while still being very close to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The photos are quite misleading and don’t really show the actual layout of the place. It is also not a two-room apartment as advertised, but rather a large open hall with a window-like door facing the street and a very small bedroom at the far end without any window. In reality, it feels more like a converted garage — a big open space with limited privacy. To get any fresh air, you need to open what is called a “window,” but it’s actually a large opening directly onto the sidewalk. This makes it uncomfortable to keep open, as people walk by and cars pass very close, so you end up having to keep it closed, even at night. At around 4 a.m., someone tried to get in — it seemed like a neighbor who confused the door, and we could see their feet under the door. It was a very frightening experience, and I would not recommend this place for women traveling alone. Overall, although the space was clean and well-furnished, it truly felt like staying overnight in a converted garage rather than a proper apartment.

Die Gegend ist in Ordnung, direkr nebenan ist ein schöner kleiner Park Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Sie ist lieblos eingerichtet und das Bett im kleineren Zimmer ist so unbequem, dass man nicht darauf liegen kann. Eventuell ist da auch das bettgestell kaputt. Bei jeder Bewegung hat es sehr laute Geräusche gemacht. Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen

• Rebecca (7/5): Very good location a short walk from the train station, nice looking apartment that could use a few thoughtful touches t - Excellent location for a quick trip - I stayed one night so being near the train was useful, then trek into the old town for the day. The property is aesthetic and minimalist, and clean. Super easy check in and communication from the host. Clear videos and instructions - not sure why someone had extensive issues in the middle of the night and tried to enter our door/lockbox instead of their own… it was a super simple process. Quite noisy overnight being on the ground floor and no real soundproofing. You can hear everything going on outside the front door and next door. The property looks nice but has bare basics otherwise - it would be nice to have extra towels or amenities. The shower unfortunately is poorly designed (no ledge to prevent water from getting on the laminate bathroom floor) and no bathmat or floor towel is given, so in the long term that will be an issue for the owner. I’d highly suggest they get at least bath mats or towels to slow down future water damage! There were also a couple massive houseflies but we didn’t stay long so it wasn’t an issue. A little overpriced for what you get but it’s clean and safe!
