• Santiago (4/5): Spacious apartment in a great location, but needs better maintenance and cleanliness - The apartment is very spacious, bright, and in an excellent location in Chelsea. The living areas are large, the kitchen is very comfortable, and the bathrooms were in good condition. It works well for a group and has great potential. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana, especially in the hallways and one of the bedrooms. Cleanliness overall was below expectations. Several maintenance issues: the safe box was not working, the washing machine and dishwasher only worked after we cleaned the filters ourselves, and water pressure in the kitchen was very low (a plumber had to come to fix it). The main bed is also quite small (around 140 cm) considering the size of the room. The apartment would benefit from better upkeep and repainting. We informed the host about the issues and they offered a mid-stay cleaning, which we appreciated, but we preferred not to interrupt our stay. As we were on vacation, we also chose not to request a change of apartment. With better maintenance and attention to detail, this property could be excellent.

• Jennifer (6/5): Good location - comfortable unit - The place was comfortable and location was great. Having 2 bathrooms for a family of 4 was great. The place in general needs some maintenance for the price we paid to stay for 4 nights. Some of the windows aren’t sound proof as they don’t close properly. Would have been good to have more than 1 tea towel and a broom. There was no PowerPoint in the bathroom to use mirror with hairdryer- only 1 that could be used was in the dining room.

• River (9/5): Terrific 2BR/2BA Apartment for Family Stay in London - Terrific location with short walk to tube station, Natural History & V&A museums, Kings Road shops & loads of restaurants. Spacious, clean, relatively quiet apartment; nice kitchen; large sofa and comfortable chairs; lots of closet space for clothes; felt like we lived there (except for the lack of decoration.) Communication with host was a bit lacking on arrival, but did manage to show up after a short interval. Weather was unseasonable hot during our stay (apt does not have A/C) and only 2 vertical fans were provided which were not very powerful (could have used one more for the living/dining area.) There are many windows in all the rooms for ventilation, however, they are a bit tricky to operate (one was also defective) and being on the top floor the wind would frequently cause doors to slam shut. Small suggestions: could use a lightweight blanket instead of down quilts; also washcloths, extra kitchen towels, more than 3 coffee/tea cups. Clothes drying rack was broken.

• Gordana (10/5): Spacious and bright penthouse with great views in one of the best neighborhoods in London - Location was great anyway, and for us in particular as we had a family member living in the neighborhood. This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rental with everything we needed for a comfortable weekly stay. I’ve rented in London before - so space was my first surprise. And secondly - there is so much light in this apartment, there are even skylights in the bathrooms! Views are great from all rooms: bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. We haven’t spent too much time in the apartment and haven’t cooked much, except for heating up food in the oven or microwave. Everything worked great. Having a washer/dryer combo was great. This was a perfect place for the four of us. I would book this apartment again. One strange thing in the kitchen….cold water setting on the kitchen sink faucet sometimes just stops working - no water coming out. Hot water is fine. Maybe the pressure issues in the building?

The apartment is a private property inside a building therefore, the check in and out is a bit difficult and there is no service or support at all from the reception which was surprising and not been declared before.

But, owner was nice and quick response to fixing issues was good except for toilet issues!!!… 🤦🏻‍♀️🤯😖 All aspects of stay….🤦🏻‍♀️ Entrance, faucets, showers, drainage, wooden floors makes noise every steps, all sheets and blankets wasn’t washed, stains on a blankets and sheets, toilets, lists goes on and on….!!!!
