• Fiona (10/5): Perfect location, highly recommend this apartment - Great location for eating out, going for a drink, shops and attractions.
• Sally (10/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Rome - Location was ideal to be able to explore the city, and the little cafe over the lane was brilliant for our morning coffee. Communication was great and Marcelo was very helpful via whatsapp, answering all of our questions. The apartment was a great size for us and our two kids who shared the very comfortable sofa bed. A small amount of laundry powder would have been appreciated so we could use the washing machine.

• Valeria (10/5): Meraviglioso - Ottimo appartamento, pulito e confortevole,provvisto di tutto l'occorrente utile per il soggiorno! centralissimo ,perfetto per la mia famiglia composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini, ma la cosa che lo ha reso ancora superiore a ciò che ci si può aspettare è la gentilezza,la cordialità e la disponibilità del Signor Marcelo. Avevamo il treno di ritorno nel pomeriggio e lui Ha permesso la nostra permanenza oltre l'orario del check out senza chiedere nulla, lasciandoci l'appartamento a disposizione! Sicuramente sarà la mia scelta per le prossime volte senza guardare altrove. Lo consiglio pienamente

• Cristina (9/5): A great place to stay in Rome - The location was perfect and we appreciated the ease of key collection with a video that explained how to do it. The host was very helpful and available anytime we had any questions. Apartment had everything we needed. Would highly recommend it.
• Cornelia (10/5): A beautifull place to stay in Rome - The apartment is very clean, easy accesible, near to thr historical centre of Rome and very quiet, even very close to noisy places.And of course, the owner, Marcelo, a very involved, open minded owner, and very helpfull with us. It' s not the case.

• Chan (8/5): Best location - Location was right in the centre of everything. Marcelo and his colleague Stefano were kind and approachable. They made sure we were well taken care of. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. A little bit dark on the inside, and expensive for the days we were there, but I suppose this is expected as we were right in the midst of the jubilee.

Plenty of space and we could walk everywhere without too much trouble - only used the metro to get to Termini. Nice neighbourhood and felt very safe. Cafe across the street is perfect for morning coffee or early evening aperitivo. Marcelo is a great host! I’d recommend earplugs, only because it’s a city so there’s always noise of some kind during the night ie service vehicles. Shower could be improved, very hot or cold we just couldn’t get the balance right!

• Ernesto (10/5): This place was great! The cafe out front was lovely - I enjoyed my stay here. There was a festival in the plaza nearby and it was awesome to watch from the sides and then quickly walk home. The area was very chill and the cafe across the street is just perfect! I loved having the doors open in the morning hearing people passing by and chatting. The shower wasn't perfect but it was fine. The water just took a while to drain. I only had to shower once so it wasn't a huge deal.
• Marinella (9/5): Comfortable apartment with proximity to all you need to do and see in Rome - The property is located in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was accommodating and easily contactable. We stayed with two children 8 & 11 year old. It was a good enough size as to not feel like we were living on top of each other. Both the living room and bedroom were air conditioned which was a needed necessity in the heat of Rome.
• Camilla (10/5): Restful, convenient, comfortable, pretty, couldn’t recommend this place more. - The location! In the heart of the city but set in a quiet street and away from the overcrowded parts. The beds were so confortable. The surrounding restaurants were lovely. The sights were all a 15-20 minute walk away. I can’t wait to come back! Nothing. One of the neighbours has a noisy dog but that’s not part of this property.

• Shimrit (9/5): Superb - Great location, very well equipped, very communicative and carrying. Our flight was delayed so we ended up paying the 70 euro addition for a late check in. The owner was very helpful and guided us to a taxi back to the airport 200 meters from the apartment. Very easy to get to the airport and close to everything!

Right between piazza del popolo and the Spanish steps, we were able to easily walk to the main historic sites, discovering many unsung wonders on the way. We were easily able to find a grocer and other shops for small items we forgot. Luca was very helpful in pointing us to local restaurants and such. He was also very accommodating when our arrival was late. Staying in Rome is very expensive.

The communication with the owner/manager was excellent and they were very accommodating and helpful! The bathroom was a bit smallish but it served the purpose and was clean.
