• Susann (4/5): Nie wieder - Gute Lage, Parkplätze gut erreichbar vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft ist total abgewrackt. Überall fehlten Ecken an den Fliesen. Die Zimmer waren über schmale Treppen nur erreichbar (mit kleinem Kind echt nervig) ebenso wie die anderen Räumlichkeiten. Erreichbarkeit der Besitzer war schlecht. Man musste sie mehrmals nach einer Sache fragen. Der „Ausblick“ war auf den Innenhof des Nachbarhaus, wo alles voller Hundekacke war. Wirklich absolut ekelhaft, da kann das Apartment selbst nichts für. Die Fenster unten im essbereich waren komplett zugestellt, welches d n Raum sehr dunkel machte und auch das Licht innen nicht ausreichte.

• Eleonora (1/5): I think it was the worse place I ever booked with booking - Nothing The apartment is really dirty. There is so much dust that you can feel it breathing. I had to keep the window open at night to breath. The place needs to be cleaned and the air changed before guests arrive. In one of the room we did not have sheets on the bed only a blanket. Things in the kitchen were few and because the place was dirty and dusty we did not eat there. There were spider webs in the windows. We were really disappointed. I do not know if the owner knows how the place us kept and if he or she has someone in charge. I imagine so otherwise the flat would be better kept. The problem is you cannot speak with anybody. You find a key to open and by the way the opening of the door is not easy. I was afraid it would break.
• Dal-Moro (7/5): - L emplacement. Le calme. La taille du logement avec ses deux salles de bain et ses deux côtés independants. Peu de vaisselle. Propreté du logement moyenne besoin de quelques petits travaux
• Elisabeth (1/5): Épouvantable. Je ne conseillerais pas ce logement. - Rien - le peu de lumière - aucune vue agréable - le manque évident d’hygiène. L’appartement n’est ni aspiré ni nettoyé. - un carreau est cassé dans l’escalier qui mène à la cuisine - le tuyau du pommeau de douche est à changer. L’interrupteur de la chambre à deux lit est dangereux - le canapé est très sale - l’annonce ne correspond pas au logement. Il y a deux nombreux escaliers très raides et peu praticables pour des personnes souffrant de maux de genoux et de hanches -l’abattant dans la salle d’eau parentale a besoin d’être fixée -l’appartement n’est pas aéré - le prix ne correspond pas aux attentes légitimes des clients - la table de la cuisine a besoin d’être stabilisée.

• De Vos (3/5): Een plek om niet meer naar terug te keren! - Bij het binnen komen, kwam er je een onfrisse geur tegemoet. Trapje omhoog naar de keuken met kapotte stenen, los behang ernaast. Gepoetst maar niet te nauw.

• Benjamin (7/5): Séjour qui répond au attente - L’emplacement en centre ville, le faite que l’appart se trouve dans une petite rue calme ( trés peu de voiture) Le matelas et beaucoup trop mou.
• Didier (4/5): - L'emplacement Une des chambres n'était pas nettoyée (lit pas fait et linge de toilettes utilisé). L'impression est qu'il n'y avait pas eu de passage du propriétaire entre l'ancien locataire et avant notre arrivée (sac poubelle rempli devant la porte). Malgré demandes par mail de corriger, rien n'a été fait. Décevant donc de ne pas avoir de linge de lit propre ni de linge de toilettes. Un remboursement partiel serait le bienvenu.

• Danièle (8/5): Très bien pour un court séjour, excellente relation qualité / prix. - Arrivée autonome avec instructions envoyées dès la réservation. Le chauffage était mis avsnt notre arrivée. Chaque chambre à coucher dispose de sa propre salle de bain. Les lits sont confortables. En cuisine, quelques produits élémentaires. Qq décorations de Noël 🎄. Au matin, bruit (de télé?) certes léger, venant probablement de la maison attenante. Il manque un endroit confortable pour regarder la télé (là où il y a le canapé il n’y a pas de télé, là où il y a la télé il y a un banc peu confortable). Les instructions pour l’arrivée autonome étaient envoyées tellement en avance que je ne m’en souvenais même plus 😅.
• Patrik (8/5): Zum Übernachten und Abend verweilen, top - Bad mir Regendusche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sehr angenehm. Im Oberen Bereich warm (Winter). Neutral.. Konzept "Bad ohne Türen" ist noch jedermann Sache. Am Anfang überascht. Aber nach einer Weile fühlt man sich doch OK. Übrigens, Kochfeld funktioniert! Zahn der Zeit und Abnutzung schauen uns an manchen Stellen an. Unten im Wohnbereich ist relativ kalt. Da es man aber im Preis eindeutig berücksichtigt, man kann ja lesen, was man bucht. Ich muss sagen, manche Bewertungen waren leicht übertrieben, aber trotzdem wahr.

• Rutger (5/5): Onderkomen met potentie - Ruimte Kamer was niet opgeruimd / schoongemaakt tien we aankwamen. Na de schoonmaak was het nog steeds twijfelachtig schoon. Dagmaat kapotte lampen en douche

• Margot Berqué (8/5): Logement spacieux et idéalement situé, confortable pour se détendre malgré quelques désagréments. - Logement très bien situé, facile d’accès. Spacieux et agréable. (Attention : ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.) Très peu d’équipements dans la cuisine (pas de four, plaque de cuisson cassée, ustensiles pas très propres). Le chauffage du salon est défectueux : il chauffe au maximum en continu, rendant la pièce beaucoup trop chaude et inutilisable.
• Erik (6/5): Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, mits schoon gemaakt - Dicht bij centrum Er was niet schoongemaakt toen we binnenkwamen, moesten bellen om dit alsnog te regelen. Verder werkte de waterkoker niet en het servies is aan een grondige schoonmaakbeurt toe.
• Marjolein (5/5): Ondanks de goede zorgen van de host behoorlijk teleurstellend. Slecht geslapen door de muffe lucht. - Het appartement is ruim en heeft voldoende faciliteiten. Host is actief en reageert direct. De schoonmaker was vergeten een deel van het appartement schoon te maken, en hoewel dat slordig was, werd dat snel en accuraat opgelost. Nadat we terugkwamen van eten, was alles schoon. Het appartement ruikt naar rook en natte hond. Dit laatste komt vermoedelijk doordat de radiatoren lekken. Bovendien was er één radiator die niet dicht kon, waardoor het verzengend warm was in het appartement. Zelfs met alle ramen open, was het 's nachts niet comfortabel. Zonde! Want het appartement heeft de potentie om heel prettig te zijn, maar achterstallig onderhoud maakt dat het er niet aangenaam is.
• Elodie (9/5): - L'emplacement au coeur de la ville est formidable, dans une impasse au calme. Nous n'avons pas vraiment utilisé les équipements de la maison car nous étions juste de passage. C'est dommage parce que le billard donnait très envie de l'essayer !

• Anne (9/5): Parfait pour une nuit ou deux! - En hyper centre, aucun problème pour se garer dans la rue. Très propre. Literie très confortable. Les 2 chambres sont bien séparées avec chacune sa salle de bain et c'est bien appréciable quand on est plusieurs. Il faudrait réparer le bouton du radiateur du salon du haut qui est cassé (mais ça ne nous a pas empéché de l'allumer). Aussi La bouilloire électrique ne fonctionne plus.

• Frédéric (6/5): Moyen - Atypique Endroit sombre avec vue sur les détritus et crottes de chien du voisin. Les détritus étaient contre les deux seules petites fenêtres du salon!
• Ben (4/5): - Op 5 minuten wandelafstand van het echte centrum. De code voor het sleutelkastje bleek veranderd maar gelukkig de eigenaar wel snel kunnen bereiken. De geur bij aankomst was erg onaangenaam: muf, vochtig. Donkere keuken en eetkamer. De thermostaatkraan van de verwarming in de TV-hoek was afgebroken, en die stond gloeiend warm: het was er zeker 30graden. Voor 4 vrienden zoals wij die op wandelweekend zijn en het verblijf enkel nodig hebben voor een snelle douche en bed is het nog net oké. Maar wij komen hier toch niet meer terug.

• DUCATI57 (8/5): - Très grand appartement propre, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Avec un billard. Situé au calme et parking proche. Très belle ville. A notre arrivée il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons dû chercher où se trouvait le chauffe-eau et le mettre en route. Suite à la mise en route de celui-ci, un radiateur à l'étage c'est mis à chauffer à fond car le bouton était cassé. Donc pas possibilité de l'arrêter et heureusement nous avons pu fermer la porte de la chambre pour ne pas être incommodés. Et pour le petit déjeuner, il manque des gros bols. Ce serait plus pratique que des petites tasses. Attention à l'escalier conduisant au 2è niveau de l'autre chambre avec lits individuels et salon, un peu raide.

• Lorna (8/5): Very good - Very spacious little house, great location just 5-10 mins walk from the centre of town and value for money. Amenities included like coffee and cooking condiments were fantastic. Everything was great for a short stay.
• Richárd (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartman on 3 floors with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. Very close to the centrum. There was bed linen, towels, koffie, thee and sugar. We liked it.

• Scott (8/5): Very good - The upstairs living room had not been properly cleaned - unpleasant smell coming from the rug / couch. Upstairs bathroom shower tray does not drain properly.

One had no door at all! Which was crazy considering that the bedroom to which this is attached has no door either. And to top it, the bathroom is the first thing anyone will see while coming up the stairs to the room

Public parking space has enough room and it is closeby (30 seconds walk) . late Check in possible. instructions / information in English would be great. Finding the house/key locker was difficult. View is on a wall. No balcony or garden.

• Juliet (5/5): The location is good, but the house is very dark and staircases are dangerous - The beds were really comfortable and the showers were very good There was no door to one of the bathrooms which contained a toilet which is not acceptable. The downstairs is very dark with no natural light. The stairs are not accessible since the steps on the stairs are very short and dangerous. This would not be accessible for the elderly or anyone with even a slight physical disability.
