• Valeria (6/5): - Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung der Wohnung war gut, jedoch waren wir verärgert, dass bei unserer Ankunft der Schlüssel nicht wie vereinbart im der Schlüsselbox hinterlegt war. Nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem Mitarbeitern, kam nach 45 Minuten eine Person, die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat. Wir mussten solange vor verschlossenen Türen in der Hitze warten. Das Apartment hatte alles was man benötigt, jedoch war leider nicht ordentlich gereinigt worden. Überall waren dunkle Haare auf dem Boden und barfuß konnte man Sand unter den Füßen spüren. Eine gründliche Reinigung ist nicht vorgenommen worden! Die Bettwäsche im Kinderzimmer hatte Stockflecken/schwarze Schimmelflecken. So etwas ist nicht akzeptabel. Die spülmaschine hätte eine ordentliche Reinigung benötigt mit Klarspüler und Spezialsalz,  dort kam ein unangenehm Geruch nach jeder Benutzung.  Auch die Waschmaschine wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß gelüftet und hatte schwarze Flecken und Ansammlung von Wasser innen im Dichtungsbereich. Vermutlich wurde die Tür nicht zum lüften offen gelassen und im Inneren der Waschmaschine nie gereinigt! Das Geschirr haben wir komplett vor gespült, denn es war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ordentlich abgewaschen worden bzw. Kontrolliert worden, ob es sauber war. Die Stühle waren mit Stoff bezogen und ungewaschen u voller Flecken. Ein Stuhl war sehr instabil. Die Terrasse war sehr schmutzig- sowohl der Boden voller Sand und Staub als auch die Sitzgarnitur völlig staubig und verdreckt.  Der Wischmopp und Wischeimer waren völlig verdreckt und nach der Benutzung nicht geeinigt worden. Als wir den Mopp benutzen wollten, haben wir den Boden mit alten  fremden Haaren  von dem Mopp noch mehr verteilt anstatt zu putzen. Daraufhin waren wir gezwungen eigenen Wischmopp und Handfeger mit Flegeblech zu kaufen.
• JUAN JOSE (4/5): Publicidad engañosa - La piscina Es contratado apartamento por tener parking y luego no nos le dieron, el coche los siete días en la calle de mala manera, informando de que las sillas del salón rotas las ventanas sucias el mobiliario de la terraza muy sucio, nos dicen que gracias por informar ,pero nada de solucionarlo.

• Kalin (2/5): Bad experience. - Location was kind of ok. Important: they charge 150€ on top of the price! Eventually you should get back this deposit 7 days after you leave! Check in process is horrible! You need to fill in data online in some strange page and take picture of your ID documents. After you manage to do that with the system full with bugs and pay the 150€ you get very poor instructions to go play a riddle game! Where the keys are hidden, how to unlock the box and search for the flat that is not even signed on the door! They charge big money but expect you to do everything! Few things were broken in the flat! We reported them and then we had to deal with a service man! What a holiday fixing someone else apartment! Rooms are extremely small, dark and hot! Air-conditioning is only in the living room! No towels for the pool and in general not enough towels and some of them were falling apart! Garage is extremely narrow! If you have slightly bigger car you won't fit! Searching where garage also was challenging as nobody care to come and show you anything! Not only garage was narrow and very difficult to enter and park but they left their bicycles behind so you can't even use the full space.
