Miguel (8/5): Excellent place to stay in Utica - The willingness from the owner to offer an excellent service. She and her team went above and beyond supporting my wife when she felt bad one day after a food poisoning. There are good breakfast options, and we enjoyed it everyday. The pool was fantastic for the kids and we could relax playing board games and having a drink right next to it. Rooms need more ventilation. The humidity get trapped into the rooms not allowing towels and other wet clothes to dry. Places to put stuff like a table or something similar would be helpful to keep the place tidy. Also a mirror outside the bathroom can help and reduce the need multiple people needing to use the bathroom at the same time.

Oscar (10/5): good facility great location - Location, confortable. Good service. Coffee and warm bread in the AM. No AC, no parking, no breakfast but i should have read better.
