• Vincent (7/5): Bien mais bruyant - L'emplacement est bien. On n'entend pas le bruit de la rue. Mais on est dérangé tôt le matin par le bruit des cuisines des restaurants et la nuit par le ronronnement des chambres froides. Le bruit des restaurants en dessous de l'appartement.
• PALOMA (4/5): Para no volver - Más bien nada Es el patio trasero de un edificio que da al canal. Hay que sortear las mesas del restaurante con la maleta para acceder a la puerta. El patio está descuidado y lleno de basura. No hay ascensor. Se accede a todo con una clave que no te dan hasta que pagues la tasa turística que debería estar incluida. El apartamento huele a cigarrillo. Y hay muchísimo mosquito.
• Andrea (8/5): Buona la posizione, comodi i letti, ma tanto rumore - Appartamento sito in mezzo a due locali nel cuore dei navigli. Estremamente comodo per spostarsi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Genova. Camera da letto spaziosa, letto e cuscini comodi. Divano letto confortevole, anche il bagno non è nuovissimo, ma funzionale. Graditissima la presenza di macchinetta del caffè con capsule! La procedura per aprire il portone esterno non è troppo agevole (si sblocca tramite link online, ma il primo link che avevamo ricevuto non ha funzionato (nonostante ciò, ci è stato prontamente rimandato via messaggio). La zona purtroppo è troppo caotica, dormire presto è complicato perché sembra di stare in mezzo alla strada; ultimo punto negativo, ma che non dipende dalla struttura: la presenza delle zanzare!
• Alessandro (10/5): - Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione sui navigli e la vicinanza alla stazione della metro di Porta Genova. Casa molto pulita e accogliente, l'host dipsonibile per ogni necessità. Mi è dispiaciuto il fatto che il phon non si potesse usare in bagno o comunque vicino ad uno specchio dato che non era presente la presa adatta vicino, sarebbe più comodo fornire un adattatore per quella spina.

• LauraSEVESTRE (9/5): Parfait. Conforme aux attentes. - Appartement idéalement situé ! Au cœur du quartier. Très bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin et très propre. De l eau fraiche nous attendait dans le frigo. Très appréciable par de fortes chaleurs. Place de parking sur réservation, pas très loin de l appartement. Accès très difficile le soir pour rentrer, notamment en poussette, car la terrasse du restaurant s' installe devant la porte d entrée et bloque le passage. Beaucoup de moustiques, une petite bougie répulsive serait la bienvenue.

Apartment simple but spaciouse and with all what you need Late check in. Apartment was bit dark and with no lift, wich is not a problem but for us was a bit unconfortable due the baby pram.
• Sébastien (7/5): Great location in Navigli for a few days - Great location along the canal, quite practical, enough space for a family of 4 for a few days. Also reactivity of the owner when basic equipment was missing. Many mosquitoes both alive and dead on the walls! Also a little maintenance of the place would be in order : check and complete missing equipment, ensure hanging capacity of towels in the large bathroom (1 hook for 4..), take care of the air entry above the doorway, .. little things that make a real difference !

• Alessandro (8/5): Comfortable Stay in a Great Location, With Some Drawbacks - The apartment definitely has some strong points, but also several things that need improvement. Pros: • Excellent location, right in the Navigli area and just a short walk from the metro – very convenient for getting around the city. • Although close to the nightlife, the apartment is located inside the building and not directly on the main street, so it’s relatively quiet at night. • Spacious and generally well-maintained. Cons: • The bathroom is quite inconvenient: there was only one hook for towels, which is really not enough for four people. • Some of the oven accessories (like the trays) were dirty when we arrived, clearly not cleaned after the previous guests. • Access to the apartment is complicated: you have to pick up the keys from a nearby restaurant, and the staff there was quite rude — they just tossed the keys on the table without even being polite. On weekends, the restaurant fills the entire outside area with tables, completely blocking access to the building’s main entrance. With a stroller and suitcases, it was a real struggle to get in and out. • The double bed is very short: I’m 1.80 m tall and my feet were hanging off the edge. • Some power outlets were half-open and not very safe, especially when traveling with a small child. • Lots of mosquitoes in the area (not really the apartment’s fault, but still a factor) — we could barely open the windows. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad, but with some attention to maintenance and guest experience (especially the access situation), it could have been much better.
• Monika (10/5): Amazing place, fully recommended - Very nice and cozy apartment in perfect location. Very clean and lovely design. Comfortable bed, a lots of space and nice spacious bathroom. We visited during cold days, but the apartment has heating everywhere, it was really pleasant staying. We had a small misunderstanding with an arrival time, but the owner was very kind and obliging to solve it promptly. Thank you very much for it and thank you for having us.
• Teja (8/5): Very good - The appartment has everything we need for a short stay. We were there during winter and it was warm. The location is on the navigli, 2 minute walk from the metro stop and walkable distance from the Duomo. The bed has one side (near the window) that is not confortable.
• Deivyda (7/5): Good - The apartment was impeccably clean, and we were also provided with two small bottles of water. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The apartment was quite warm, and the heating could be adjusted if it got too hot. The location is also convenient for those who want to stay in the Navigli district. Since the apartment's windows face an inner courtyard, there is no noise from the main street—except for the church bells on Sunday. The only potential source of noise is passing residents. However, during our stay, it was not noisy at all. The apartment looked better in the photos than in reality. On the other hand, this did not ruin our plans, as we stayed for only one night. All kitchen utensils and dishes are quite worn out and should be updated (for example, there could at least be a cutting board, a universal knife, and a pot with a lid). The TV remote was cracked and taped together, making it inconvenient to use. The most surprising thing was that it is hardly possible to open the windows or get natural light, as the apartment is on the ground floor, in an inner courtyard, right next to the stairs where other residents constantly pass by. The apartment is located directly on the passage to the upper floors of the building, and there are no daytime curtains, so everything happening inside is fully visible. Of course, before booking, we did not pay attention to the fact that the listing did not include photos of the view from the windows. It would be helpful to add additional pictures showing what can be seen through the apartment’s windows.

• Alejandra (8/5): Practical stay before flying out of Milan Malpensa airport - Comfortable bed and hot shower. Many restaurant options outside the door. Steel security door, made us question the safety of the location /apartment.
• Matilda (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing location, large property, very comfy and quiet whilst being in a loud area. My friend and I were bit extensively by mosquitoes during the night and each have at least 20 bites. It would be good if nets were provided.

The wireless door locks got detached while opening and I got locked out of the apartment in the middle of the night. The phone number in booking was not working and by chance I could find a mobile number on another online page. The owners answered immediately and gave me access to keys in a box. It was pretty stressful and I wanted.
