• Gareth (6/5): Nice apartment in nice area….. Read this review! - This property is well located and a reasonable price. I will make this review as fair as I can…. Does this property provide a comfortable safe place to stay? - Yes. Does this property match the description and the photos? - At first glance yes, but not completely Are there any issues with quality of furnishings/decor/bedding? - Yes, minor issues. Are there any major issues? - No. Should the price be reduced? - Only if the issues below do not get fixed, if they do then price is fine. Photos of issues were offered, but no response from host. The first impression is what you expect from the images, the size and comfort is as expected. The facilities are perfectly adequate, water pressure is good, kitchenette is perfectly good enough for self-catering (with some dry food goods in cupboards), and the balcony area with partial sea view is nice. Very large Smart -Television and WiFi (WiFi details in welcome pack are outdated so you must connect via the router details) The following issues are all minor but do have an impact…. Cupboard doors - 5 of them are hanging loose and feel like they may soon fall. Fridge - internal plastic is brittle and the lugs holding shelves into the door are broken. Shower - 4-5 significant holes in the plaster meaning water is running into brickwork - this doesn’t affect the use, and the shower itself is perfect. Bedding - although plenty of clean towels and bedding, it is all mismatched in style and size, one pillow was significantly stained (beyond use). The main bed - frame was broken, some glue and attention would easily fix this and it did not cause problems. Balcony door - one latch on right side door is missing meaning you cannot lock them completely. Apartment is 7th floor so security did not feel affected. Entrance door - Lock is temperamental, both myself and the female receptionist who came to help with WiFi got locked out for a very short time. (There is a sweet spot for operation but it does need replacing). Lack of response from host…. The issues detailed above are each minor, but impact your stay when you feel that you may be judged for them on check out. I would happily stay here again if the host has the work completed to fix the above. Being capable myself I imagine I would be able to correct all of these things in one day so there really is no excuse not to repair. I hope the host reads and digests this review then actions repairs. The apartment is lovely on first impression, and deserves to be let out with confidence to provide families with the beautiful stay that it is capable of, without any worry of the listed issues. I have not uploaded pictures - this review should speak for itself. The apartment looks like the images and would not benefit from the shame of a picture that will be outdated with a small effort. EDIT******* eventual response from host after leaving this review telling me I should worry more about enjoying my stay than these issues, but stated they will be repaired in April.
• Lina (9/5): - Patiko lokacija. Gaunasi viduryje kostaadeje ir los kristianos. Puikus susisiekimas. Lovos čiužinys labai minkštas. Jautėsi stiprus kvapas iš dušo kanalizacijos. Turite nusipirkti, skalbimo priemones, tuoletini popieriu, šiuklių maišus.
• Fatime Gloria (5/5): Gyermekes családnak egyáltalán nem ajánlom. Egy fiatal vendég, aki bulizni akar éjszakánként, annak tökéletes. - Minden közel van a szálláshoz: a partot is sétálva értük el, az apartmannal szemben az út túloldalán bolt van. Saját belső parkolóban leparkolhattuk az autót, ami nagy segítség volt. A fürdőszoba, pontosabban a zuhanyzó fala mállik, lyukas, rohad. A kanapéágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt. Nincs klíma, egy ventillátorral próbáltuk hűteni a lakást, hogy lehessen éjjel aludni, de az nem sokat segített. 00:30-ig karaoke buli van minden éjjel az épület aljában, ami nagyon hangos, nem lehet tőle aludni. Nincs terasz a lakáshoz, teraszajtó viszont van, alacsony korláttal, féltem, hogy a gyerekeim kiesnek, nem mertem odaengedni őket.

• Sofia (8/5): Correspondente às fotos e expectativas - Excelente localização, próximo de supermercado e das praias. O facto de estar super bem localizado tem a desvantagem de estar próximo de bares, onde se houve realmente barulho no apartamento. Mas vendo do lado positivo a música dos bares não é pela noite fora ..por volta das 2h da manhã já não se ouve barulho!

• Aurelija (8/5): Very good - location is very good, there is a bus stop on the other side of the street, the supermarket is also on the other side of the street. view from the window is nice. the lock of the door was a bit annoying, sometimes it was hard to lock the door or take the key out, we think it might need to be changed. you have to lock the door, because otherwise it's not staying closed, there's that little thing inside (not the lock) that gets stuck, sometimes it gets stuck when you want to open the door and then you need to play a little lit with it...

Beach not to far away After opening doors were balcony should be the handrail is far to low, and its at least a 70ft drop straight down . if i had my grandkids with me no way could u leave these doors open..this needs to be looked at asap.. No ironing board or iron No safe. Wallpaper hanging down in places.. not the best
• Mark (10/5): Stunning apartment, fantastic host!!! - The apartment was absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new and decorated to the highest of standard. The host was fantastic and addressed any request we had. Would definitely return and have already recommended to other families
• Michael (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE, BEWARE THIEVES. - No access to swimming pool no outdoor space. Tenerife was full of thieves, drug addicts and especially pick pockets.
