• Peer (5/5): - Die Lage ist top. Zentrumsnah und der ÖPNV schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus entspricht den Vorstellungen, obwohl die Fotos etwas suggerieren was nicht vorhanden ist. Die Sauberkeit war unter aller Sau. Hier muss dringend eine Grundreinigung gemacht werden und die Unterhaltsreinigung muss wesentlich sorgfältiger werden. Viele Dinge sind kaputt und müssen ausgetauscht werden.
• Michael (1/5): Katastrophe in jeder Beziehung. - Eigentlich könnte diese Unterkunft ein echtes Topziel sein, aber nicht unter diesen Umständen. Wir sind nach 2 Nächten zu dem Entschluss gekommen, diese Unterkunft zu verlassen und uns für die restlichen Tage in Wien eine andere Ferienwohnung zu mieten. Es ist alles ungepflegt und riecht unangenehm. Gardinen sind richtig dreckig. Die Rollläden sind teilweise funktionstüchtig. Der Backofen funktioniert auch nicht. Die Duscharmatur konnte nur mit viel Kraft auf die passende Temperatur eingestellt werden. Die Terrasse war richtig verdreckt und offensichtlich lange Zeit nicht gepflegt worden. Wer auch immer für diese Unterkunft verantwortlich ist, kommt seinen Pflichten nicht nach. Den Verwalter konnten wir per Mail und telefonisch erreichen. Er zeigte Verständnis, konnte aber nicht helfen. So kann man diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, sondern ganz im Gegenteil, es ist in jedem Fall davon abzuraten. Was uns sehr gestört hat, ist ferner die große Baustelle des angrenzenden Hotels, die über den gemeinsamen Hof abgewickelt wird. Der Bereich vor der Unterkunft wird von den Bauarbeitern als Aufenthaltsbereich für Pausen andere Zusammenkünfte genutzt. Außerdem gibt es reichlich Lärm wegen der Baustelle. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber es muss vorher bekanntgegeben werden. Wir hätten schon alleine deshalb die Unterkunft nicht gewählt.
• Ilona (4/5): Tas nav tā kā izskatās. - Tas nav kā izskatās. Atrašanās vieta ir tiešām laba, bet blakus remonts un ir ļoti skaļi, Nedomājiet, ka apartaments izskatās tā kā bildēs. Tā tur nav, viss ir novalkāts, nolietots. Mums diemžel bija ļoti, ļoti negatīva pieredze. Par visu nekavējoties ziņojām arī īpašniekam, diemžēl atbildi saņēmām pēc divām dienām. Problēmas netika risinātas. Arī iepriekš ir atsauksmes par līdzīgām problēmām jau sen, bet tās netiek risinātas. Žalūzijas salauztas, tai skaitā arī guļamistabā. Turpat pretī dzīvokļu māja. Aizkari netīri, aizdomīgi aizbazti aiz logu rāmjiem. Grīda netīra, to paši mazgājām, visur uz plauktiem putekļi, sienas sasmērētas. Griestu lampa sasista, trūkst spuldzes.Tualetē un dušas telpā tecēja ūdens, radot slapju grīdu. Dzīvokļa aprakstā minētas čības, peldmēteļi, tualetes piederumi- bija tikai šķidrās ziepes. Saldētavai durvis salauztas, to nevar atvērt un izmantot. Terasei izlauzti vārtiņi- var nākt kas grib. Viss pilnīgi netīrs, izskatās šausmīgi, krēslu pārvalki sasmēreti ar zābakiem. Mēs to vispār nevarējām izmantot. Tā kā palikām tur 3 naktis, bija ļoti neomulīgi un arī saimnieks, zinot problēmas, tās nerisināja. Komunikacija ļoti vāja.. Arī ziņa par tikšnu iekšā tika nosūtīta ļoti novēloti un pēc mūsu pieprasījuma. Apartaments ir stipri cietis un tas būtu jāsalabo pirms tajā ļauj palikt cilvēkiem un prasa par to samaksu. Manuprāt negodīgs uzņēmējs.

All'arrivo problemi con numero PIN per aprire la porta di casa.Ambiente fuori trascurato, sporco sacchi di plastica pieni fuori porta,giardino abbandonato ,sporco senza manutenzione.Materasso destro nel letto matrimoniale sfruttato non comodo,Cusini altissimi non si riesce a dormire.Le tende sganciate, tapparelle rotte e non funzionanti.Netflix non siamo riusciti a vedere nessun film senza password.L'appartamento non curato presente polvere e mancanza di pulizia.Siamo stati nel appartamento 3 notti ,prima mattina ci siamo svegliati circa le 6.30 con trapano,Flex martelletto non si riesce a riposare poi rumori presenti tutto giorno per gui tornado a casa finalmente passiamo riposare .Non consiglio questo l'appartamento per un cantiere aperto attaccato alla casa.

• Bas (1/5): Verschrikkelijke ervaring - Ruim en goed inrichting Midden in een bouwplaats van de bouw van een nieuw appartementencomplex. Elke ochtend om 7.00 begonnen de drilboren en hamers, direct tegen de muur van het appartement aan. Dit ging de hele dag door, zo luid alsof het in appartement zelf was. Onmogelijk om er te verblijven en het appartement had nooit verhuurd mogen worden onder deze omstandigheden! De eigenaar was enorm onvriendelijk en niet bereid iets op te lossen. Na 1 dag een ander appartement geboekt. Zonde van het geld. Gelukkig wilde Booking nog wel iets compenseren, omdat die de situatie ook belachelijk vonden. Dus: HUUR DIT NIET! Zolang de bouw gaande is.

• Joseph (7/5): Good house, bad service. - House itself is absolutely wonderful. House needs a better maintenance. Blinds are broken, half of lamps do not work and need to be changed. We were not warned about construction works just over the wall. There are no instructions about house, for example, where is WiFi password and where should we through out the garbage. Also we did not receive instruction how to get into the house in spite of my conversation with responsible person. I told him that our flight was changed and we arrive at midnight. He promised to send us the instruction by email and also said that we can reach him by phone any time. But our call at midnight was not answered .Finally we reached the locker code through booking help center. It was very unpleasant experience.
• Anisha (6/5): Definitely not value for money. - Location is great, and it’s a beautiful house with a yard. It’s not well maintained or clean. No bins anywhere in the house apart from the kitchen. No bins in the toilet either. Yard was very dirty - leaves hadn’t been cleaned. Many surfaces had dust on them. Tried plugging the washing machine in, and it was extremely dirty behind that, including clothes under it. Mattress is not good, sinks in the middle.

• Khamis (9/5): Great location and friendly staff - Location is excellent with great privacy. The staff were helpful. It wasn't very clean up one arrival, especially the balcony.

• Gkardava (10/5): cute house - Great place with a super quiet environment. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! We have stayed in multiple places with a baby, but this one is definitely a great option.
