• Christopher John G (1/5): It is a complete scam - It is a scam, wasting my time and transport cost to the property, but Booking.com representative was reachable by phone and promised me a full refund. It is a scam, the agent phone number provided is not active. As we came to the property, no one could be met to provide service. It is a complete scam. Thankfully Booking.con customer service promise me a full refund and 50% compensation for booking alternative property. I hope Booking.com never allowed this scammers have a listing on Booking.com.
• Hien (1/5): extremely bad - I couldn't contact the staff, I waited from 2am to 2pm in the lobby but no one helped me check in, I had to rent another hotel to stay, on the 2nd and 3rd day I still couldn't contact the staff even though I called and texted continuously on whats app and booking’s inbox. I paid the full room fee but was not allowed to check in, I also had to pay 20RM more to have my luggage kept at the hotel lobby. I asked the hotel staff and security, no one knew or could contact the host

Pool and playground alright. Really bad smell in the room - like moth balls or similar. Couldn't sleep the first night because my eyes burned. Cheap and saggy beds with black stained sheets. Really loud at night from the street - they do races on the street. Bad smell in the bathroom - we hat to block the drain when we are not using the shower. Never again!

• Ivaylo (7/5): False advertising low price that more than doubles when you start the payment process - Clean , comfortable and well equiped . False Advertising a price of around 10-11 Euro per night to get you lured in and then on the final steps of the payment process adding unexplainable fees that more than double the price and pump up the stay to 25+ Euro per night. And the Process is designed so that keeps showing you the Low price in BIG BOLD numbers and if you don’t pay close attention to the hidden added Fees in the final steps of the payment process and the final amount you will easily fall in the trap and pay more than Double of what was advertised on Booking site and what was show to you through the whole process. Unfortunately Booking.com is OK with that. Interesting fact while investigating how this happened - it turned out that this Schema where Booking show the low Price of 10-11 Euro per night and then you get BURNED with another ~15Euro on top in Fees happens when you are on an Asian IP address . When I switched to a VPN with European IP the Booking site was showing a price of 23-25 Euro which was more in line with the end amount that you end up paying . So if you are on 4G/5G data connection in an Asian country and checking Booking.com please be extra careful as to what will be the final Price you will pay as it seems there is a practice to false advertise and hit you with hefty Fees that more than Double the price. Also nowhere was written that you need to contact them to give you the key. You are led to believe that you will get your key at the Reception but NO, the reception has nothing to do with this and you need to contact them to come and give you the key. So make sure you have Internet connection.

• Chom.52 (5/5): My stay - The room was pretty spacious, which made it feel nice and open. Everything else was okay and decent enough. The bed sheets were kind of rough, and the mattress wasn’t that comfortable to sleep on. The toilet also had some yellow stains, so the cleanliness could be better. At night, it was quite noisy—sounded like people were racing cars outside, plus there were fireworks too, which made it hard to sleep.

• Bianca (1/5): Not clean and misleading selling, you pay way more fees than your nightly rate! - The location is a bit out of the city. You can take the subway or taxi. I have been lured in with a last minute special rate for the same day. Which was non refundable or to cancel. It said charges may apply, like you see a lot in Malaysia. This is usually some city tax or a small percentage of your total costs. But these people charged my credit card with 300% more than total amount I had to pay. It was nowhere written before in the charges or fees. You can only find this after booking in the small details in the confirmation. And you can’t do anything anymore. You will discover it too late. So you end up paying way more than your nightly rate! The reason I book with Booking, is that there are no hidden fees. Very disappointing! Then the place was disgusting. The sheets smelled really nasty, when I looked the pillows were yellow stained. I had dirty towels which literally had somebody’s makeup face print on it. Then the airconditioning didn’t work well. Check out took over an hour. Really there are better beautiful high apartments available in the city without people trying to steal your money! Probably a lot of people don’t read their confirmations or check their credit card balance right away when travelling, it’s by coincidence that I checked. Of course they didn’t give my money back. This is selling under false advertising and misleading! It’s dishonest, if the consumer would otherwise not have made the choice.

• Baris (1/5): Dirty sheets and pillows that haven't been washed for months - The room was big as in the pictures. Likewise, the gym and pool were like in the pictures but very crowded. The bed was broken and dirty. The yellow pillows and sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in a month. When I told them this, they said there was no cleaning service. By far the worst experience of my trip to Asia.While trying to meet a different person than the person I handed over the money to for a refund of the deposit, I forgot my headphones in the lobby and when I told them, they told me they couldn't find them.TERRIBLE

• Dorian (2/5): Lack of transparency - It is basically a very well done scam, they charge you 4 times what the initial price says by adding tones of “taxes”. That dishonesty and lack of transparency really ruined our stay so make sure you know what you are paying.

The host was quite good at replying to my messages through WhatsApp. As soon as you arrive at the property its quite difficult to contact the host if you don't have any data as there is no wifi in the lobby. I had to ask someone in the lobby for a hotspot. We also had to get some towels changed to cleaner ones but they were also stained so I think the property need to purchase new towels.

Some hidden charges they asked for regular service - There are a lot of service apartment in the same building who are providing some facilities and services, their room are very clean then this apartment. Chambers Luxury Suites are not providing those facilities. Mr. Sen is not cooperating guy. Property took cleaning fees from us but they didn't provide any service. Mr. Sen said we have to pay additional amount for cleaning and toiletries items. 2 bottles Water provided by every other apartment but they didn't provide us any water. Property representative Mr. Sen didn't cooperate us properly. Mr. Sen says they don't provide any toiletries items, they don't provide cleaning service, no tooth paste, tooth brash, cleaning items, there were no push shower, after informing them they didn't respond. I had a discussion with other apartment representative of the Chambers building. They are providing water bottles, cleaning items. washing powder, toiletries but Chambers Luxury Suites didn't provide us those services. They said it's a service apartment. Iron stand was broken, they didn't cooperate. Property representative didn't cooperate us properly. Mr. Sen says they don't provide any toiletries items, they don't provide cleaning service, no tooth paste, tooth brash, cleaning items, there were no push shower, after informing them they didn't respond. I had a discussion with other apartment representative of the Chambers building. They are providing water bottles, cleaning items. washing powder, toiletries but Chambers Luxury Suites didn't provide us those services. They said it's a service apartment. Iron stand was broken, they didn't cooperate. High commode was not fixed properly. No Shampoo and shower gel provided.

Which means the noisy motor bike will keep you up at night. Even on the 25th floor the sound level of a ped is ridiculously loud. Bed was uncomfortable!
