• India (6/5): Good location but too expensive for what it was and needs a good cleaning and new carpets/furniture. - Location can't be beat. Beds super comfy and towels nice. Owner communicated well. AC was good. Carpets were stained and dirty. Furniture felt worn and tired. An infestation by washer/dryer. Terrace was dirty and really unusable. Door to apartment goes straight to sidewalk and twice homeless man who was quite aggressive was sitting in front of door making it uncomfortable to enter/leave.
• Guillaume (9/5): - Les lits sont confortables, l'appartement est très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied de différentes lignes de métro. Pouvoir déposer ses bagages en avance ou les laisser avant de partir est pratique ! Évidemment vu l'emplacement c'est plutôt bruyant, il faut prévoir ça à l'avance, il n'y a pas de surprise.
• Wendy (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - Comfortable, warm, well equipped and a fantastic location near to a subway and therefore the sights we were keen to see. Noise from traffic, bought some ear defenders as we were aware of this so they helped to muffle the noisy traffic.
• Robak (8/5): - Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Przepiękny parkiet w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie nie za duże, ale te 3 sypialnie dają komfort 6 osobom. Mieszkanie jest naprawdę głośne. Nie jestem inżynierem, ale wydaje się, że wymiana/wygłuszenie tych okien przyniosło by odpowiedni skutek. Jestem świadomy, że koszt byłby duży, ale może warto to zrobić bo mieszkanie oprócz tego hałasu naprawdę nie ma innych wad. Słaby kontakt z hostem. Ogranicza się do wysyłania szablonowych wiadomości. Inne prośby są niestety całkowicie ignorowane.

• Samuel (9/5): - Appartement parfait pour un groupe. Localisation parfaite, plusieurs stations de metro très proche permettent d’aller partout dans la ville très rapidement. Seul petit bémol, le bruit, mais c’est aussi ça New-York! Prévoir une paire de boule quies et ça ira !

Property was excellent in west village. There is a main road junction and a fire engine station- which made a little noise - we would still stay here again. Every little detail was thought of.

• Angela (10/5): Perfect! - I couldn’t fault this property. It was exactly as it is in the photos, high-spec with extremely comfortable beds, very clean and well-equipped with everything we required. It has two toilets which was a bonus given the limited space, which was more than comfortable for the three of us. The location was perfect for exploring all areas of Manhattan, either by foot or via nearby subways. The deli below the apartment is handy for grocery products, although limited, and for grabbing snacks and a breakfast sandwich. There are plenty of bars and places to eat within easy reach. Larger grocery stores are not too far away and a Target is a 10 minute walk along W Houston St. It wasn’t as noisy as I feared it might be given the busy roads outside however we visited in comfortable weather. We used the aircon in the main room only a few times, and opened the windows once or twice, but not at night time as we did find it to be noisy then. There was just one aircon in the main room which reached all rooms with the doors left ajar. I was expecting units in each bedroom however we didn’t need them. The hosts were very responsive and offered to install them should we need them. I would most definitely stay here again. I have nothing negative to say, everything was perfect.
• Tarja (8/5): Business and pleasure with the family. - The location was good. Very nice area. Enough kitchen ware. Two toilets was practical. Beds were comfortable. Washing machine and dryer were extra. Only Four chairs by dining table, eventhough there were beds for 5-6. Recycling was not advised. Heating and cooling was not working properly. Bedrooms did not have air conditioning.
• Stuart (9/5): Comfortable and great location - The apartment is actually smaller than the photos make it look but it was still very comfortable for a family of 5, which included 2 teens and a pre-teen. It had everything you needed and was very clean. The location for us was perfect - easy access to various subway lines to get where we wanted to visit but still also walking distance from a lot of attractions. The basketball court across the road was perfect for our 15 year old who is basketball mad. We had an issue with the heating the first night and they had sorted it within 24 hours. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Handy 24 hour deli underneath the apartment which we frequently used! Nothing really but there was a ventilation duct in one of the bedrooms which was noisy but the outside noise was also loud if you are not used to big city life, like us. The apartment is right next to a fire station so there were frequently fire truck sirens in the day and during the night and the general nightlife noise of the big city. However, we had brought ear plugs with us and that helped immensely.

• Kim (10/5): Wonderful! - This property is amazing! Located on the very cusp of Greenwich Village makes this the perfect location! Beautifully decorated and equipped for longer stays! The beds were divine! Located by 100’s of restaurants made it super convenient and the subway was just a short 3 minute walk!
