• Jerzy (10/5): Bardzo dobry apartament. Ma wszystko co potrzeba na wyjazd 5 dniowy. - Lokalizacja Smrud z kanalizacji- ale to nie wina właściciela, po prostu- w tej dzielnicy pewnie rury kanalizacyjne pamiętają czasy Cestrstwa Rzymskiego. Czajnik elektryczny w kuchni należy wymienić.

• Alexey (10/5): - Nous voyageons beaucoup. C’est un très bel appartement, très propre et très lumineux. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour profiter agréablement de la découverte de la ville.
• Marialuisa (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole a due passi dal Vaticano - Appartamento ampio, pulito e molto luminoso, situato in una posizione davvero strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana Cipro, con ristoranti, gelateria, supermercati e farmacie tutti facilmente raggiungibili. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno pratico e piacevole: aria condizionata, cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero e stoviglie essenziali. L’arredamento è piuttosto particolare, un mix curioso tra elementi pop-art e dettagli in stile barocco/vintage. Un contrasto originale, anche se non adatto a tutti i gusti. Molto comodo il sistema di self check-in con codice, semplice e veloce. L’host Luca è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e facilmente contattabile via WhatsApp. Occasionalmente si avvertiva un odore molto sgradevole proveniente dal bagno, probabilmente legato all’impianto fognario del palazzo, piuttosto vecchio. Inoltre, manca un microonde e un armadio, sono presenti solo pochi appendini per i vestiti. L’appartamento è anche abbastanza rumoroso, nonostante le finestre chiuse, a causa della strada trafficata e delle campane nelle vicinanze. Infine, il letto, seppur comodo, è poggiato su pallet sporgenti, che possono essere fastidiosi o pericolosi se urtati.

• Sylvie (9/5): Rome was an amazing place to visit and glad we stayed as such a nice little apartment. - Great spot that is very quiet. Everything was very well kept along with new kitchen items. Host was very responsive and helpful. There's no views but that's ok. I'd rather a quiet spot in a good location than a noisy hotel!
• Mihaela (9/5): Great location, amenities, great space and friendly hosts. - Great location , close to Vatican, subway station, restaurants, many grocery stores and the largest food market in Rome, convenience stores, upscale shopping in Prati without crowds and thrift/cheap shopping on the streets. There is a church right across the street. Very nice hosts, Luca&wife. I needed a full size mirror in the hallway (there is one in the bedroom). insufficient toiletries for 4 nights. One neighbor complained about too much noise in the living room. Be careful with the elevator doors, all three must be completely closed after use.

No shampoo and conditioner.
