• Iulia (10/5): Noi come famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene . Vicino alle fermate della metropolitana e pullman che ti permettono di p - Lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile. L’appartamento molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario: lavatrice, asciugamani, piatti , pentole ecc.. aria condizionata. Insomma tutto per sentirsi a casa. Niente da dire sul appartamento e lo staff. I vicini un po’ “ particolari” 😂😂😂… non dimenticate le porte dell’ ascensore aperte😂😂😂😂

• Rogelio Fabian (10/5): - Luca el anfitrión fue muy atento, tuvimos un problema con la llave y a la media hora ya estaba en el apartamento resolviéndolo. Las camas muy cómodas, ambiente espacioso y cocina equipada. La zona muy tranquila y cerca del metro. Todo estuvo perfecto.

• Sergii (9/5): Superb - Great apartment in a good location, close to subway, 15 minutes away from Termini station. Also, the host arranged a meeting for me to pick up one thing forgotten in the apartment. The host insisted to get the payment in cash, which, according to his instructions, I had to drop into a mailbox without receiving any receipt. It took a lot of chatting to have someone coming over to receive the cash in person. Otherwise, everything was fine, very comfortable.
• Wilson (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely convenient Cafe right outside the front door which makes for a nice parental getaway/morning start. Good restaurants in close walking distances. Metro station 3 min walk from door No microwave for the quick travel meals, otherwise everything was great

• Sandra (9/5): Blue skies in Roma - The Apartment is close to the Metro and some nice Cafes and Restaurants (recommendations much appreciated). We had everything we needed and some extra :) The size of the apartment fits 4 people comfortably, five or six work fine (a bit cozy for some parts). It has blinds in each room, which makes it dark for sleeping. check in was easy and we were really happy to get in to the apt an hour before! Thanks :) Train tracks next to apartment and noisy street (with closed windows it was ok, my sleep is pretty light tho).

• Elisabeth (10/5): RECOMMENDED TO STAY!! - I would love to say that this apartment is WORTH IT and RECOMMENDED to stay!!! The Location is near to the train station. The house is neat and clean. The Owner, Luca and his house manager was nice and responsive. All the equipment is complete. They manage the house to make us comfortable❤️. The price of the property was reasonable. The lift is amall,,so need 2 times to get all the luggages because we have 6 luggages. but It's not a big problem. and the sound of the train which pass regularly a bit loud when we opened the window.

• Edisherashvili (10/5): Perfect experience - The flat is located close to the bust station which helps you to connect to the city center very easily. On the ground floor there is a market where you can buy buss tickets. Next to it there is a cafe where they make perfect coffee and easy breakfast. The flat condition is perfect. There are 3 air conditioners. Everything works perfectly. Luca - the host - is super friendly and helped us a lot. Communication with him was very pleasant. After a long road to Rome starting our Roman experience with a big smile on our faces was very important:))) he also recommended some local restaurants. The stay was perfect value for money. In general, we are very thankful and full of emotions.

The city tax was collected in cash and the rest amount I paid through card - The room is conveniently located at 10 min walking distance from Ponte Lungo metro station. The host Luca is a nice person and suggested us some of the good restaurants nearby. Some coffee is given in the kitchen which was nice after waking up in the morning. The whole apartment has air conditioning facilities and it has a lift too to reach the apartment in 2nd floor. The apartment is located beside railway track and as such the roads are not very clean in the surrounding. But it's the same picture all around Rome so can't complain really.
