• Raquel (6/5): - Amplio y con variedad de comodidades (tostadora, menaje, electrodomésticos). Renovado. Cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Tiene desperfectos, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y la persiana también (al parecer se acababa de romper y ofrecieron que viniera mantenimiento a solucionarlo). No pudimos entrar a la hora del check in sin aviso previo y sin pedir disculpas siquiera. Si vas con un bebé o niños pequeños mejor olvídate, zona muy ruidosa de fiesta y las ventanas no aíslan bien el ruido.

• Oleksii (9/5): - Отличные аппартаменты: хороший современный ремонт, удобный вход и заселение. В номере есть все необходимое для полноценного проживания: посуда, чайник, кофемашина, плита, духовка. Номер очень комфортный и удобный. Расположение апартаментов очень удобное - рядом пляж (150 метров), остановка автобуса и трама, магазины в пешей доступности. Рядом всегда есть места для парковки, а если необходимо в 300 м есть платная парковка. В целом отличный выбор для проживания. К минусам можно отнести только насадку на душ, которая протекала. Но это легко исправимо и я уверен владельцы это сделают.
• Peter (8/5): Apartment was clean and air-condition worked a treat. - The location of the property is close to all amenities beach ( 3mins walk), transport ( Buses & tram stops) 2 mins walk, a supermarket is attached to the building where you could get a few stuff. The apartment is quite nice as everything looks new. Wifi was also good and the television provided was a smart TV. My 6yr old had a good time watching all his children program on YouTube It was difficult to get into the property after 10pm as there was no one to hand us the keys. We arrived after 23:00pm and it took about 25mins waiting outside and contacting the host before we could access the property, and with a 6yr old at that time of the night, wasn't fun. So will advise anyone booking to be mindful the check in time as its between 16:00pm and 22:00pm
• José María (7/5): Ubicación perfecta, descanso difícil - La ubicación, lo cerca que está de la playa y del tranvía. El aire acondicionado sólo está en el salón, y al hacer calor hace difícil el descanso en los dormitorios. Sería conveniente colocar ventiladores.
• Hector David (6/5): - Ubicación y servicios,. Tamaño del apartamento, buena dotación de utensiolios de cocina, cafetera, microondas y de ropa de cama, toallas, gel y jabón de cortesía. Fácil aparcamiento. Para mejorar, el apartamento no disponia de cortinas o estores y la mampara de la ducha presentaba fuga de agua, junto con desgüe lento, el agua se sale por todo el suelo del baño con las molesitas y peligro que supone.

• Julia (5/5): - Lack of communication. No response. If you arrive late, don't expect to get through to anyone. We only received one message to contact them on WhatsApp, otherwise it would cost an additional €30 (unclear why). No one responded there either. We only received a code to the apartment, but if it weren't for the gentleman who opened the main gate for us, I don't know where we would have slept. No cleaning or towel changes; we recommend bringing your own. There's a washing machine, but no liquids, and a coffee machine, but no capsules, a kettle but no tea .You have to buy everything yourself.

• Nataliia (10/5): Квартира дуже сподобалася! - Я повідомила господаря, що будемо раніше, і все було дуже зручно організовано. Ми приїхали о 13:00 і вже за 5 хвилин були заселені. Квартира чиста, простора й комфортна, є все необхідне для відпочинку. Дуже зручне розташування — зовсім близько до пляжу, поруч магазини та ресторани. Чудове місце для приємного відпочинку в Аліканте, рекомендую!

• Lucía (8/5): - Fuimos un grupo de 5 y estuvimos bastante bien, camas cómodas y el apartamento está reformado, tiene sofá cama y baño espacioso. En cuanto al ruido que comentan los demás comentarios sobre el Bingo que hay al lado, nosotras no escuchamos absolutamente nada, al menos en el apartamento en el que estuvimos nosotras (apto número 5), ni tampoco ruido de la calle. El único detalle a destacar como mejora es que los utensilios de cocina no estaban muy bien fregados, y tampoco hubo suficientes cubiertos para 5, aún habiendo confirmado antes con ellos que éramos ese número de personas. También el aire acondicionado, que solo hay en el salón. Por lo demás todo bien y limpio.

• Marta (9/5): Apartamento sencillo pero completo al lado de la playa en San Juan - Mi familia vino a visitarnos a Alicante y se alojó en este apartamento. Para 4 personas es perfecto, con dos habitaciones y un baño, y un salón/cocina relativamente amplio. Creo que el sofá también era sofá cama, pero para 6 personas creo que hubiese sido muy justo. Aunque no tiene piscina, la ubicación es perfecta, ya que está al lado de la playa, restaurantes, tiendas... y la cocina estaba bastante bien equipada, con horno y lavadora. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, así que se está fresquito en verano, aunque el aire no tiene salida a los dormitorios. Echamos de menos una tostadora y quizá unas cómodas en las habitaciones para tener algo más de espacio para dejar cosas. Pero por lo demás muy bien, han estado muy a gusto.

Here’s a structured and firm but professional review based on your experience: Disappointing Stay – Hidden Fees, Poor Conditions, and Unpleasant Atmosphere Our experience at this property was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, issues started piling up. First, there was no prior information about an extra €30 charge for arrivals after 23:00. The host refused to simply give us the key code, forcing us into this unexpected fee. This lack of transparency felt unprofessional. The walls were incredibly thin, making it impossible to have a peaceful stay. We could hear everything from the neighbors, and they seemed to take issue with even normal activities. One evening, at just 21:00, they even called the police on us simply for watching TV. It was uncomfortable and frustrating. The condition of the apartment was unacceptable: • Several items were damaged or broken (the kitchen sink was literally shaking). • There was nowhere to hang a towel. • The bed sheets were stained, and I have photos as proof. • I even found someone else’s hair stuck on our towel, which raises serious hygiene concerns. On top of all this, the furniture was old and in terrible condition, making the entire place feel neglected and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, we traveled with my elderly mother and her friend, only to be made to feel unwelcome by the neighbors openly speaking badly about us. This was supposed to be a vacation, but instead, it felt like a constant struggle. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Avoid it if you want a stress-free experience.

• Ievgen (5/5): Great location but overpriced - The location is the main highlight of the stay. Really close to the beach, shops, plenty of food options around, close to bus station. Check in and check out was easy, communication was quite efficient. Heavily overpriced. We rented two rooms, so combined it was possible to cook, but each room alone had too little of cookware. Facilities are quite old. Floors were covered with some stinky “cleaning” chemicals, for families with small children it was not acceptable. Under the bed there was a lot of dirt.

• Pascale (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean and up to date property. It was in a non tourist district which we enjoyed. 1. Location was unclear 2. There was a lift to the property however it was inaccessible unless there happened to be a janitor on duty who could unlock it. We had a newborn and toddler along with a double buggy which made it very difficult and bothersome to access 3. Two of the windows did not lock and we were on a first floor level. Having two young children it made us feel unsafe 4. There were homeless people very close to the property 5. We were given a keysafe code but we were able to access the keys using multiple codes 6. The water was cold making it unsuitable for washing our children 7. Booking.com advertises a check-in time.of 3pm. I was sent a message saying 4pm which I queried and was given a response saying no it was 4pm without any explanation. I then received a message on the evening we were staying which was intended for the new occupants explaining their arrival time and check-in details. On this email it stated a check-in time of 3pm. I queried this and they said I was correct but unfortunately it had not applied to us as they needed the additional hour to clean the floor. We would have understood had they been open and transparent. We felt we had caught them put on a lie. 8. There was one central aircon unit in the living space which meant the bedrooms were very hot. 9. Baby cot had not been built appropriately Overall this stay was very disappointing, particularly with two young children.
• Tetiana (9/5): The overall we got nice stay and communication with the host. - The apartment is nice and clean. All new. It has perfect location 5 mins to the beach, bars, restaurants. Not enough space for kitchen utilities and staff. And also we didn’t find the place where to dry clothes after the beach.

• Brendan (8/5): Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable, beach was beautiful close to all amenities. - the location was excellent for the beach, restaurants and shops, very close to a tram line to access other areas also a bus route. The property was very clean and was almost new, the shower facility was excellent The views from the property were poor, there is no balcony from the property, one of the bedrooms had no curtain or blind on the window, the bedrooms could do with having bedside lockers, also a second key to the property would also be useful. Graffiti on the outside of the building does not give a good initial impression.
