• Oksana (9/5): - Расположен в уютном и тихом районе, близко от 2 станций метро, легко добраться куда угодно. Отличная инфраструктура района, в 3-5 минутах много ресторанов, магазинов, массажный салон. Очень чисто, красивая посуда, в целом удобно было жить большой семьей (нас было пятеро включая 3 детей) . Легко нашли, без проблем заселились. Рекомендуем! Душновато в спальне внизу, не поняли как открыть окно, кажется не открывается. Довольно компактный дом. Если вы привыкли к просторным помещениям, может показаться тесновато. Но в целом все эргономично. Не понятно как сушить полотенца после душа, нет никаких приспособлений. Хорошо какой-то был полотенцесушитель был предусмотрен, особенно в сырую и прохладную погоду актуально. Неплохо было бы к посуде добавить какую-то кастрю. Есть мультиварка, но когда надо сварить пару яиц всмятку, это не вариант. Но вообще это конечно все мелочи. За свою цену прекрасный вариант.
• Sasha Tomic (10/5): Excellent choice for a family - Very clean house, excellent quiet neighbourhood, and fairly good connected to the city - with 2 metro lines. The beds and tatami were comfortable, all clean and pleasant. We had everything we needed during our multi-day stay. We even got a few basic things in the fridge such as soy souce and other condiments.

• Elad (10/5): This is a fantastic location for a great price, with a good amount of things within walking distance. - Good location in a non-touristy neighborhood of Tokyo. Excellent access to a variety of restaurants (like an Indian-Peruvian restaurant right around the corner from the property), stores (convenience stores, drug stores, grocery stores, and a cute thrift store), and other amenities. One can also do a beautiful hour walk to Oji Shrine and back, going through a few neighborhoods and following a scenic riverwalk along the Shakuji River. I cannot opine on mass transit accessibility, since we ended up using taxis during check-in & check-out, and did not have time to do any trips beyond the immediate area. The property itself is quite nice. Beds are on the first and third floors. Toilets on those floors as well. Second floor is kitchen, dining, and living room area. Plenty of towels for our needs. Be careful around the washing machine, as there’s a gap behind it where people lose toothbrushes and other small items placed on the machine or edge of the adjacent sink.

• Rosemary (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying here! The house was clean, convenient, and the host was amazing - The house is a quick walk, only a few minutes away, from two train stations, the JR line Itabashi Station and the Shin-Itabashi subway Station. This made it super convenient to get to wherever we needed to go with our JR passes and/or IC cards. There is a 7-Eleven very close by for any quick runs to get drinks or snacks, which is also very convenient if the supermarket that's also right down the road is already closed. There are several restaurants close by and also a couple of pharmacies. The house was very clean, which is extremely important to me. I really appreciated not feeling like I had to clean everything myself before feeling like I was in a clean space where I could relax. The host is AMAZING! We got to the house a little later in the evening and I couldn't figure out how to get the heaters to work. It was very cold outside (we traveled mid-February), so I sent him a message around 10pm at night and I was hoping he would respond to help walk me through it, but it was late so I honestly didn't expect a response. Not only did he respond, he came over right away and showed me how to turn it on and to make sure it was on the auto setting! This was just a level of service I did not expect! I felt so bad because I didn't mean for him to have to come all the way over, but he was very kind and offered recommendations on the activities and food around the area. I loved this little house we stayed in so much! My husband and I stayed with our children on the 3rd floor, and my mother-in-law and sister-in-law shared the bedroom on the first floor. where the entrance is. What I will warn, however, is unless you are staying in the first floor bedroom, or you are not traveling with so many people that the bedroom remains unoccupied, you will not have a whole lot of space for luggage. Some extra pillows would have been nice. I found one extra pillow, and I gave it to my husband, but a few more would have been nice to have (and I'm sure that if I had asked, the kind gentleman that came so late for the heater would have brought additional pillows, but I didn't want to bother him again). Also, not that we got to sleep in too much, if at all, but on the days where we weren't up before the sun and had a somewhat later start to the day, it would have been nice to have dark curtains to block it out. Sunlight doesn't bother me so much (I usually just hide under the covers), but my husband usually can't sleep through it and can't sleep with anything over his face, so being able to block out the sun with some opaque curtains would have helped that. I'm pretty sure this was only in the room my husband and I stayed in on the 3rd floor. I don't think the other rooms had the little sun window near the ceiling like our room had. We also had the door to the terrace which allowed sunlight in. So covering those two things with dark curtains would be a nice touch for anyone that wants to be able to sleep in on their vacation.

• Ying Kiu (10/5): Top choice for family/friends trip - The location is really good. It is not far from the JR station, and it is located near some popular TO-GO places in Tokyo (Mostly reachable within 30~40 of travel time). And there are convenience store and overnight restaurant nearby. One of the road nearby will even go across the JR railway (You can take a good pic of the train and the railway there)

A little difficult to bring the luggage up and down. More information about the services around the area. Could use more English direction for appliances

• Guest (8/5): - Walking distance to some restaurants and supermarket. Quiet neighbourhood. Too many flights of stairs. If travellors are young and able, it's okay. But we had some elderlies with us, who found it quite inconvenient to keep going to the second floor to use the dining and kitchen area. Plus the shower room was on the ground floor, and those sleeping upstairs also had to keep going down the stairs to use the bathroom and climbing up again. Quite tiring.

• Anja (10/5): It was a perfect holiday - Very good place to stay. It is a complete home with one double bedroom downstairs (F1), and two bedrooms upstairs (F3 one with tatami/futons and one with a double bed). One toilet downstairs (F1), and one upstairs (F3) and the bathroom is downstairs (F1). On F2 there is a really good living area with a large kitchen. We could leave our luggage before checking in and the host was very communicative. We asked for a second key and got it immediately. The location is perfect, close to Itabashi station and Shin Itabashi station and very close to several supermarkets and restaurants. Also, for if you are staying in the summer, there is an outdoor swimming pool nearby. The home was clean and well equipped. There were a lot of clean towels, and also toilet paper, shampoo, showergel, et cetera was available. The only thing I can mention is the rather small double bed (in width), but that is because we are large people and we are used to a very large bed. Everything else was perfect!

• Geneve (10/5): Exceptional - When I first booked this property, there weren't many reviews so I was a bit nervous, but the stay went amazingly! First, the house is very new and modern, and when we arrived it was super super clean. There are three floors and additionally a super cute balcony on top! There are 2 bathrooms and 1 shower which was spacious (a bit rare for Japanese accommodations I've stayed in)! For bedrooms, do note that there are only 3 proper bedrooms and the 4th 'bedroom' is actually the living area where you can lay out 2 futon beds. We had 7 adults in our family so this worked out okay (one person who didn't mind less privacy took up the living area). Not as suitable if you had 4 couples. Location wise it's super close to Itabashi station which is an easy walk even with luggage. And is also close to more bustling hubs (one stop away from Ikebukuro and 2-3 stops away from Shinjuku and Shibuya). This makes you close to the hustle and bustle but still in a peaceful atmosphere. The best thing about this place is also definitely the host Koike-san who went above and beyond with all our requests. When we asked for two additional futons for extra cushioning, he was very responsive and delivered new ones to us the next day. We also had left a small item at our previous accommodation and asked if we could have it delivered to the house and he let us do this. He also let us leave our luggage past check-out as our flight wasn't until later in the day. Thank you Koike, my family loved our stay!
• Maarik (10/5): An amazing place to stay while visiting Tokyo - It was a pleasure to stay at the Tokyo Kitaku hotel. The whole building was beautiful and new. The rooms were located in different floors and on the top of the building was a terrace where you could see the city. Everything was also extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighbourhood was quiet and there were many good restaurants, bars and shops nearby. One metro stop away was Ikebukuro where you have everything you need to shop until you drop. Next time we visit we want to stay here rather than in Shinjuku, because of the more relaxed environment.

Kudos for Koike-san for providing superb property in the middle of Tokyo, around warm neighborhood, with very reasonable price. I got greetings and had some talks with neighbors around the house, love the community atmosphere there.
