• RICHARD (9/5): A modern comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with very good transport links to the city. - Very modern comfortable apartment in quiet accessible part of the city. There are two skytrain stations within 10 minutes walk of the property. Trains run every 2 / 3 minutes and get you to the city centre in around 15 minutes. The property itself was very clean witha almost everything you need for your stay. The hist was easily contacted through the Booking.com app and answered any questions very quickly.. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. Our experience represented very good value for money. On a purely selfish front I love my ice cream so it disappointing that there no freezer compartment in the fridge.

• Suzanne (10/5): - So much value for the price. Very modern and clean. We hope it's available for us to book the next time we're in Vancouver because we'll book to stay here again! Without windows to provide light, it was a little dark, but we weren't there for extended periods of time.

• Carmen (8/5): - Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit kleiner Küche und allen was man braucht in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Alles war sehr sauber. Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. 10 min. zu Fuß zur Metro und weitere 10 min. bis Downtown. Freundlicherweise konnten wir früher einchecken. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! Leider gab es so gut wie kein Tageslicht, da die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt. Aber das war ja vorher ( durch die Bewertungen) bekannt.

Y lo de la parada de metro a diez minutos ,te permite moverte por toda la ciudad. Por cierto hay un bono de día, que puedes comprar en la máquina de Nonaimo,por ejemplo.

• Luis (9/5): - Apartamento muito limpo, confortável e com imensas comodidades num vairro calmo e agradável. Fotos no site não fazem justiça às condições, que são melhores do que parecem. Tem 2 tv, maquina de lavar e secar, maquina de café nesspresso. O anfitrião permitiu um late check out simpaticamente. Recomendo!!! O apartamento é um pouco longe do Skytrain, 10 a 15 min de caminhada. Não tem muita luz natural.

• Daly (6/5): Pleasant and quiet, we probably won’t return - It was very clean and great modern facilities. We did not know beforehand that we would be staying in someone’s basement. There was a book of rules as soon as we entered about staying quiet and not disrupting the hosts upstairs. We were afraid to speak at a normal volume or even use the television after 10pm. Also, as soon as we arrived someone had come down and looked in our window then rang the doorbell and told us that our stay was booked for the following day. This was incorrect and I showed them the confirmation of our booking.
• Minh (10/5): Excellent stay at Vancouver near Skytrain affordable price - The property is very new, I think they just bought everything. The owner is very attentive and took care of small details to ensure the guests feel comfortable. The place is in the middle of 2 skytrains within walking distance (bus stations are v close as well) around 10 mins. N/a though I’d be more appreciated if there’s less stairs on the way to the place (I have lots of suitcases and I’m weak), only 3-4 steps so don’t worry much.
• Elijah (9/5): Fresh and affordable rental out of downtown, yet still connected - We really liked the affordability as well as the high-quality of the rental; it must have been freshly constructed. We got a good laugh watching Murdoch Mysteries on the absolutely massive TV, thanks for hosting us! The only two problems I want to highlight are: #1 the lack of appropriate lighting in the front of the house for when we were settling in; it was hard to see. And #2, I found the bedroom and the bathroom to be a little bit tight for a tall guy like me. But I didn't have any problems getting comfortable.

It had everything I needed—from a coffee maker to laundry facilities. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all close by. I would love to return in the future!

• Bhavna (1/5): Not recommended - The property had required amenities My stay was stressful due to constant messages from the host about noise and an alleged smell, despite us being out all day and only using the space to sleep. The host even had issues with us using the washroom at night. We remained respectful and mindful, but the experience was unpleasant. After checkout, I received multiple disrespectful messages demanding a wire transfer for amenities that were clearly listed as included. Would not recommend.

• Virginia (9/5): I didn't spend a lot of time there as my son lives just down the street. The place was immaculate. - The bed was very comfortable. I could have used another blanket as there was only one extra in the cupboard. Loved the shower. The TV was huge and provided sufficient channels. There wasn't sufficient lighting going through the front gate.

• Sanghyuk (10/5): Exceptional - it is a 15-minute walk from the metro station and a 5-minute walk from the bus stop with access to the city. The facilities were renovated and clean and thoughtful. I forgot to prepare an umbrella for Raincouver in November, but the umbrella in front of the entrance was impressive. There was a washing machine and dryer, so I could do my laundry before leaving the country, and the heating worked well. The host responded to my questions very quick, so I had a great stay without any inconvenience.
• Anne (6/5): Pleasant - Property was new and very clean. Host was excellent at answering questions quickly. Bedding was excellent. Queen bed was comfortable with only one sleeper. The bathroom was very well appointed and clean. Host provided nice extras in kitchen. Overall, the apartment was pretty small. The queen bed filled the room such that one person had to climb over the other to get in and out. There were lots of hangers for clothes but no drawers or shelves anywhere. Fortunately, 2 suitcaseholders were provided so we lived out of our suitcases. Fold out couch was quite uncomfortable.
