• Chris (5/5): Fairly disappointing - Nice pool table and table tennis Mould and damp in the room, leak when it rained, cockroaches, light triggered outside front room from motion all night. Air con alarm kept going off during the night in one room

• Anis (8/5): Great price/value - The appartement is big, good value for the price. Really clean and smells great. Check-in was quite easy. The table, TV and bed were great. To join other review, the jacuzzi would fill up only through the shower head, and not enough hot water. Really Humid place, fortunately, the host added a small dehumidifier, a bigger one would be better. Some “spices” in the kitchen would’ve been great, to buy salt and pepper for a few days is not really practical. And that didn’t affect our stay but there wasn’t any final touch, between the wall plug that is not fixed on the wall or below the kitchen having a lot of tapes is not really nice to see.

• Krzysztof (5/5): Warto odwiedzić Walencję, ale nie zatrzymywać się w tym miejscu. - Nic Zimne i ciemne mieszkanie przerobione z korytarza brak okien ze światłem dziennym, pochyła podłoga i nieznośny zapach z kanalizacji. Pełno niedoróbek takich jak: uszkodzone jacuzzi, i meble, nie wypoziomowany stół do bilard. Ściany tak cienkie że słychać trzaskanie drzwiami z sąsiedniej kamienicy, szpary w drzwiach wejściowych.
• Lucia (10/5): Bonita estancia en Valencia - Alojamiento muy bien situado Instalaciones en super buen estado, muy espaciosos Cabe destacar el billar, que se convierte en mesa de ping pong Todo genial!!
• Susana (2/5): - Diagustados por eö frio que hacia en el ban̈o el jacussi no tenia agua caliente la caldera hacia mucho ruido para dormir igual klos aires El ruido delos aires el frio del ban̈o y el ruido de la caldera y el pono cuidafo del piso
• Romel (8/5): Buen lugar, piso bien equipado y ubicado, limpio. Solo revisar operación de wifi y aires. - Ubicación, limpieza, equipamiento, atención para llegada. Falló WiFi varias veces. Aires acondicionados deben ser revisados, creo que hay 2 que no funcionan correctamente.
• laurie (8/5): Très bon séjour . - L espace est vraiment très grand . On se sent à l’aise . La proximité avec les magasins et une longue ligne droite nous mène au jardin Turia La baignoire jacuzzi ne donne pas trop envie d y aller . Le wifi n a jamais fonctionné mais c’est un détail .

• Anja (9/5): - Veliko stanovanje, dobolj prostora za 4 osebe, kuhinja ima vse kar potrebujete. Plus točke za biljard mizo in pinkponk. Dobra lokacija, lepo stanovanje kot na slikah. Priporočam. Edina stvar kar bi lahko izboljšali je, da je škoda masažne kadi(ni dovolj tople vode) in je zato nismo uporabili. Prav tako za štiri ljudi tople oz. vroče vode ni dovolj. Če spite v prvi spalnici so zelo tanke stene in se zelo sliši ropotanje vrat sosedov.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Gracias Valencia. - Casa moderna molto accogliente , con un bellissimo biliardo e Ping pong all’occorrenza. Un bagno super spazioso con vasca idromassaggio e un bagno più piccolo. Nel complesso molto buono. Si sentiva molto la puzza della tubatura fognaria, posta al di fuori della casa a causa di un tombino rotto, ma credo che sia un problema facilmente risolvibile.

• Margherita (8/5): Bello ma non bellissimo - Molto accogliente, bella esteticamente e soprattutto il biliardo/ Ping pong bellissimo L’appartamento viene venuto fino a un massimo di 5 persone, ma 5 persone diventano già tante quindi consiglio um massimo di 4 Un altro problema è stato con il lavello della cucina, purtroppo perdeva acqua (tantissima acqua) e di conseguenza non siamo riusciti a lavare i piatti. Abbiamo provato a lavarli una volta e ci si é allagata casa, quindi controllate meglio prossima volta . Bisognerebbe mettere più asciugamani e procurare le cose fondamentali per una casa,.
