• Susana (9/5): Una casa estupenda tanto para estancias largas como para cortas. - -La ubicación es muy buena, para llegar a la playa sólo hay que atravesar el jardín, abrir la puerta, cruzar un paso de cebra y caminar un minuto más. -La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, desde aires acondicionados, hasta tostadoras. No se echa nada en falta. -Cumplieron su palabra: la cama grande era muy grande, justo lo que necesitábamos. -La casa incluye algunos enseres de playa: sombrillas, sillas, palas, churros, etc. (sugerimos incluirlo en la descripción, ya que hicimos el canelo trayendo los nuestros) -La zona es muy tranquila. -Que incluya parking y piscina es un plus muy bueno. -La anfitriona estuvo atenta a todas nuestras necesidades y a los problemas que fueron surgiendo. Un diez para ella, sin ninguna duda. -Había baño y ducha y eso nos vino muy bien para nuestras necesidades. -Hay negocios para comprar alrededor: un chino, un Mercadona, algunos bares, una farmacia. -No había terraza. Entendemos que no se pueda fumar en la casa, pero en las fotos se veía una terraza. En este caso, la habían cerrado con una excusa muy pobre sobre los aires acondicionados. Fue un verdadero engorro, con el calor que hacía, tener que salir a la calle. -El tendedero. No había espacio en la casa para poner un tendedero. Se ofrecía la opción de subir a la azotea, varios pisos por encima, pero no me resulta una opción viable. -La mesa baja del salón. El cristal acabará por romperse. El cristal no está pegado a las patas. Nos golpeamos varias veces y varias veces estuvimos a punto de quedarnos con el cristal en la mano al querer acercar la mesa hacia el sofá. -Muy muy escasos ammenities para el tiempo que estuvimos. En la descripción ponía que sí había y no había. Un poquito de jabón en la bañera y las pastillas esas que no sirven para nada.
• Mona (7/5): Good - 1. In each room was a an AC 2 . 5 min walking distance to the beach 3. We had a washing machine and dish washer 4. Landlord was very easy to reach That was not a big issue but it could went smother : We could not find the entrance of the flat and parking very easy. The given adress brought us in front of a closed garage and we had to ask for help. Landlord forgot to send us the Code of the door. So I had to call her to remind her. 1. An approporiate Soap, shampoo and shower gel was not there 2. There was not even one Tab for the dish washer 3. ACs turned off sometimes out of nowhere and no reason 4. We could not close the door of the living room( it was broken) 5 . We had to let Landlord knows about the missing coffe cups in the kitchen and broken stuff at the flat...it is not Ok. At the end it is the Responsibility of the landlord to ensure that everything is available in the flat for the paid price and what is broken/ does not work properly in adavacne befor a guest comes in!
