• gaston (1/5): LA peor experincia que tuve en booking en 20 años de usuario. - NAda. Realmente, nefasto. Ah perdon, si. El wifi andaba. La anfitriona batio el record nacional de las mentiras. Primero me cambio el departamento que habia reservado, por una casa, porque dijoq ue tenia un caño pinchado. Dije que ok. Pero que la condicion de mi reserva era que estuviera habilitado el spa que ofrecia, tanto en las fotos como en los textos. dijo que si. trasnferi en el momento, tengo los comprobantes por supuesto. Cuando me dijo los espero (en la busuqeda puse que viajaba con mis dos hijos de 9 y 6 años y nuestro gato)., le dije sisi perfecto, alli estaremos los 4. Me repregunto y le dije "por el gato" y me dijo Son 10.000 pesos mas por el gato. Le dije que no queria discutir pero que me parecia desagradable. Se los trasnferi. Cuando llegue, a las 11 hs segun lo que se habia acordado en mi peticion, no estaba, tuve que rastrearla en la puerta de seguridad del country. Cuando llegue a la casa finalmente, ella vino despues, me abrio y habia algunas sorpresas: 1) La casa estaba totalmente sucia. 2) El spa estaba habilitado pero el ingreso era posible solo para mayores de edad (yo viajaba solo como adulto, con los dos menores y l gato a cargo). 3) No podia usar la heladera de la casa, porque estaba llena con su comida personal. Me indico que podia usar la heladera de la galeria. 4) No habia dentro de todo el country ni un solo lugar para comprar absolutamente nada de comer, tuve que salir del predio para hacerlo. 5) Cuando volvi de comer de afuera del country, ella habia borrado la ubicacio de la casa del whats up y cuando la llame me dijoq ue no podia darmela de vuelta. Tuvieron que darme un mapa en seguridad, y demore 30 miutos en encontrar la casa 6) Me dijoq ue dijera en el country que era una visita y no un alquiler, porque sino le cobrarian 8) Me pidioq ue diera de baja mi reserva de booking porque sino le cobrarian. Le dije que no y la dio de baja ella. O sea engaño al mismo tiempo a mi, a su country, a booking.... y le faltaba con uno mas: 9) Le pedi la factura y...
